两种消毒液取用装置对外科手消毒效果的影响

目的：检测医护人员使用两种消毒液取用装置外科手消毒的效果，比较两组的无菌率、消毒液的使用量，探讨外科手消毒的最佳方法。方法：按随机分组抽样100名手术医护人员，将感应式消毒液取用装置外科手消毒作为实验组，将按压接触式消毒液取用装置作为对照组。结果：两种消毒液取用装置均达到卫生部《消毒技术规范》标准，但感应式消毒液取用装置用液量少于按压接触式消毒液取用装置。结论：感应式消毒液取用装置使用方便，节省消毒液。

Embodiment and the supervisory task: The supervision of Dance Movement Psychotherapists in training

Supervision is an intimate act of creation and this article endeavours to understand the mercurial nature of this task, drawing on theoretical perspectives grounded in a Jungian framework. With a focus on training, supervisor and supervisee negotiate a labyrinth as they co-create a process within a triangular relationship, in which one key player, the client, is absent. The role of embodied knowing shapes a process involving the body as an active agent of change, whilst the wider matrix of the institution offers a multi-layered universe of parallel processes. The article offers composite vignettes to illustrate how unarticulated embodied wisdom transforms into a conceptualised understanding of clinical material through the transcendent function. The article illuminates the value of the body as radar for unconscious communication within the supervisory relationship.     

Tracing the Development of Clinical Supervision

Abstract

Major developments in clinical supervision over die last twenty-five years are reviewed and contrasted with supervision as it was understood and practiced early in its development. Recent areas of growth are divided into those that attend to the infrastructure of supervision (organizational matters, ethical and legal issues, and evaluation), variables that affect the supervision relationship (individual differences, relationship processes), and the enactment of supervision itself (models of supervision, modalities for conducting supervision). Commentary is included on all major developments.

以深圳市生活垃圾全过程管理为研究对象,分析其现状及存在的问题,并提出一套基于物联网技术的信息化管理的可行性方案。该方案利用RFID、传感器、GPS、GIS等信息感知采集设备,3G、GPRS、因特网等网络传输方式,可实现以小区为单位的源头垃圾计量以及生活垃圾全过程的信息化监管。

Supervision: Critical Reflection for Transformational Learning,Part 1

Rooted in medicine and psychology, genetic counseling is a unique practice with a defined set of skills. Training is guided by practice-based competencies that define the requisite skills of an entry-level practitioner. Practicing genetic counselors with expertise in a variety of medical settings provide direct supervision that guides student development. In this article, we provide background on the history of genetic counseling, the model of practice, accreditation and certification standards, and an overview of clinical supervision as well as a review of supervision literature specific to the field.     

新医改前后我国东中西部卫生监督人员配备比较研究

目的:了解“新医改”前后我国东中西部地区卫生监督人员变化趋势.方法:定量研究.结果:(1)“新医改”后东中西部地区卫生监督人员数量显著增加,但与需求仍有差距；(2)“新医改”后东中西部地区卫生执法人员比例稳中有升,综合业务人员比例下降明显,行政后勤人员比例相对稳定；(3)“新医改”后高学历卫生监督人员比例大幅提升,尤以东部地区最为突出,但仍不能完全满足实际要求.结论:(1)东中西部各区域应因地制宜,缩小地区间差异并进行卫生监督人力管理体制改革；(2)加强卫生监督队伍建设、提高人力资源质量.
