单细胞凝胶电泳检测烹调油烟对淋巴细胞DNA的损伤作用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
目的 研究烹调油烟对体外和体内小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤作用。方法 采用单细胞凝胶电泳 ,检测细胞DNA单链断裂 ,观察在不同剂量及浓度下的DNA损伤情况。结果 以 10、50、10 0及 2 0 0 μg/L的油烟颗粒有机提取物染毒小鼠淋巴细胞 ,各剂量组均可引起小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤。以 10、2 0、4 0mg/m3的烹调油烟染毒小鼠 ,也可引起小鼠体内淋巴细胞DNA损伤。烹调油烟引起的小鼠体外和体内淋巴细胞DNA损伤均存在剂量 -效应关系 ,且整体染毒显示存在时间 -效应关系。结论 一定剂量的烹调油烟能引起小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤  相似文献

目的 探讨膝胸卧位红光照射联合肛提运动对产后痔急性发作的改善效果.方法 将68例经阴道分娩并发产后痔急性发作的产妇按入院时间分为对照组36例、观察组32例.两组产妇产后给予相同的产褥期知识宣教、母婴护理指导等常规护理措施,在此基础上,对照组采用屈膝侧卧位配合红光照射,观察组给予膝胸卧位红光照射联合肛提运动.观察两组产后24 h和产后5d痔疼痛程度、肛周水肿程度、治疗效果、治疗过程舒适度.结果 干预后两组疼痛评分、肛周水肿程度、治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组治疗过程舒适程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 产后痔急性发作的产妇应用膝胸卧位红光照射配合肛提运动能有效减轻产妇疼痛及肛周水肿程度,治疗效果较好.  相似文献

BackgroundSurvivors of childhood cancer may be at increased risk for treatment-related kidney dysfunction. Although associations with acute kidney toxicity are well described, evidence informing late kidney sequelae is less robust.MethodsTo define the prevalence of and risk factors for impaired kidney function among adult survivors of childhood cancer who had been diagnosed ≥10 years earlier, we evaluated kidney function (eGFR and proteinuria). We abstracted information from medical records about exposure to chemotherapeutic agents, surgery, and radiation treatment and evaluated the latter as the percentage of the total kidney volume treated with ≥5 Gy (V5), ≥10 Gy (V10), ≥15 Gy (V15), and ≥20 Gy (V20). We also used multivariable logistic regression models to assess demographic and clinical factors associated with impaired kidney function and Elastic Net to perform model selection for outcomes of kidney function.ResultsOf the 2753 survivors, 51.3% were men, and 82.5% were non-Hispanic White. Median age at diagnosis was 7.3 years (interquartile range [IQR], 3.3–13.2), and mean age was 31.4 years (IQR, 25.8–37.8) at evaluation. Time from diagnosis was 23.2 years (IQR, 17.6–29.7). Approximately 2.1% had stages 3–5 CKD. Older age at evaluation; grade ≥2 hypertension; increasing cumulative dose of ifosfamide, cisplatin, or carboplatin; treatment ever with a calcineurin inhibitor; and volume of kidney irradiated to ≥5 or ≥10 Gy increased the odds for stages 3–5 CKD. Nephrectomy was significantly associated with stages 3–5 CKD in models for V15 or V20.ConclusionsWe found that 2.1% of our cohort of childhood cancer survivors had stages 3–5 CKD. These data may inform screening guidelines and new protocol development.  相似文献

BackgroundTo investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (rs10078761, rs12696304, rs2853669, rs16847897, rs2736100, rs10069690) of telomerase gene (TERT) and the risk clinical benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in a Chinese Han population of the Northwest region.MethodsA total of 150 BPH patients and 150 healthy older males from the northwest Chinese Han population were included in this study. The sample size for this unmatched case-control study was estimated by the look-up table method. Meanwhile, the general information and disease data of patients were collected. Age was only collected in healthy control subjects for statistical correction. Genotypes were detected using a multiplex PCR + ligase detection reaction (LDR). Typing results and clinical data were statistically analyzed using multiple linear regression and logistic regression. Pearson correlation was used for Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.ResultsThe included population is in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. There was no significant association between SNP and the risk of BPH by correlation analysis. However, 4 haplotypes (TCTGGT, TCTGTC, TGCCTC, and TGTGTC) were identified as risk factors of BPH by haplotype analysis. The SNP rs2853669 is an independent risk factor for smooth muscle type of hyperplasia. Besides, rs2736100, rs10078761, and rs10069690 which are in linkage disequilibrium are associated with the severity of BPH.ConclusionsPolymorphism of the TERT gene determines the different disease development and pathological manifestations of BPH in the Chinese Han population the Northwest region.  相似文献

Transgenic expression in medaka of the Xiphophorus oncogene xmrk, under a pigment cell specific mitf promoter, induces hyperpigmentation and pigment cell tumors. In this study, we crossed the Hd-rR and HNI inbred strains because complete genome information is readily available for molecular and genetic analysis. We prepared an Hd-rR (p53+/−, p53−/−) and Hd-rR HNI hybrid (p53+/−) fish-based xmrk model system to study the progression of pigment cells from hyperpigmentation to malignant tumors on different genetic backgrounds. In all strains examined, most of the initial hyperpigmentation occurred in the posterior region. On the Hd-rR background, mitf:xmrk-induced tumorigenesis was less frequent in p53+/− fish than in p53−/− fish. The incidence of hyperpigmentation was more frequent in Hd-rR/HNI hybrids than in Hd-rR homozygotes; however, the frequency of malignant tumors was low, which suggested the presence of a tumor suppressor in HNI genetic background fish. The effects on tumorigenesis in xmrk-transgenic immature medaka of a single 1.3 Gy irradiation was assessed by quantifying tumor progression over 4 consecutive months. The results demonstrate that irradiation has a different level of suppressive effect on the frequency of hyperpigmentation in purebred Hd-rR compared with hybrids.  相似文献

<正> The effect of radiation on lymphocyte subpopulations and T cell subsets of peripheral blood was studied in mice after X- and y-irradiation.lt was found that (1) there were neither marked changes in the percentage and absolute number of acid alpha-naphthol acetyl esterase "positive(ANAE + )cells of different granular patterns, nor significant lowering of the T11/Ts ratio after single whole body X-irradiation in the dose range of 25-250 mGy with a dose rate of 12.5mGy/min. At the same time no significant changes were found at different time intervals after irradiation. After continuous low level irradiation with 60Co γ-rays with a dose rate of 5.4 mGy/6h.d,the ANAE grauular pattern of lymphocytes showed no significant changes with cumulative doses of 32.4 -520 mGy. (3)There was no decrease in the "splenocyte Ts index in Kunming mice after low dose X-irradiation. 目的 比较研究E838、WR-2721茜草、盐酸胱胺和炔雌醇等5种辐射防护药对放射损伤和放烧复合伤的防治作用及其相互间的协同作用。方法 采用小鼠腹腔注射、灌胃的方法在致伤前/或和致伤后按常用量给药,观察30d存活率,死亡动物平均存活日和保护系数K的差异。结果 (1)致伤前预防给药,5种药物均明显提高了放射损伤和放烧复合伤的存活率,并延长了死亡动物的平均存活日,其中以E838和WR-2721效果最佳;(2)致伤后给药则仅E838和茜草显示了治疗效果;(3)联合用药实验显示所研究的5种配伍用药方式均有较好的防治效果。但以WR-2721 E838治效果最好。结论 E838和WR-2721与其它辐射防护药相比具有较理想的辐射防护作用,且E838还有一定的治疗作用。两者合理配伍可发挥协同治疗作用。  相似文献
