荆花胃康胶丸对溃疡大鼠胃黏膜NO,NOS和ET含量的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:观察荆花胃康胶丸对溃疡大鼠胃黏膜内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量的影响。方法:采用Okabe氏法造成大鼠胃溃疡模型,随机将模型动物分为蒸馏水对照组、荆花胃康胶丸30,20, 10 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)组、硫糖铝10 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)及法莫替丁5 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)组,每组8只。各组均灌胃给药,qd,连续10 d。末次给药后次日,测定各组溃疡面积,并测定溃疡周围组织NO,NOS及ET含量。结果:与对照组相比,荆花胃康胶丸30,20,10 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)组的溃疡面积显著降低,溃疡周围组织NO及NOS的含量明显增高,ET的含量明显降低(P<0.01),且呈现剂量依赖性;荆花胃康胶丸30 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)组的保护作用优于硫糖铝及法莫替丁组(P<0.05)。结论:荆花胃康胶丸可能通过增加胃溃疡组织NO及NOS的含量及降低ET的含量来发挥胃黏膜修复作用。 相似文献

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定银菊散结口服液中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90)为流动相;检测波长为327nm。理论板数按绿原酸峰计算应不低于1000。流速:1ml.min-1。结果绿原酸线性范围为0~0.05mg.ml-1(r=0.9994),回收率(n=6)为102.2%,RSD=0.98%。结论本方法分离效果好,准确可靠,是控制银菊散结口服液内在质量的有效方法。 相似文献

目的 对泡桐属植物抗菌中草药毛泡桐花Paulownia tomentosa中酚性类活性成分进行分离纯化和结构确定。方法 利用普通硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离、纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)等现代波谱技术确定其结构。结果 从毛泡桐花的乙醇(95%)室温提取物中获得5个黄酮类的化合物,其结构被确定为:5,4′-二羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基双氢黄酮(I),5-羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基双氢黄酮(Ⅱ),diplacone(Ⅲ),mimulone(Ⅳ)和洋芹素(V)。结论 黄酮类I~V为首次从该属植物中获得,大量黄酮类成分很可能为毛泡桐花的主要活性成分。 相似文献

Prevalence of occupational allergy to Chrysanthemum pollen in greenhouses in the Netherlands 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
BACKGROUND: An increasing number of allergic complaints appear to have occurred among Chrysanthemum greenhouse employees. The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence of work-related allergic symptoms and the prevalence of sensitization to pollen of different members of the Chrysanthemum family. METHODS: We studied 104 employees who were invited to answer an extensive questionnaire and to complete a rhinitis quality of life questionnaire. In addition, they were skin prick tested on location with inhalant allergens and home-made pollen extracts of seven different members of the Chrysanthemum family. Radio-allergo-sorbent tests were performed to confirm IgE-mediated reactions. RESULTS: Work-related symptoms were reported in 56.7% of all cases, with the main symptom being rhinitis. Sensitization to Chrysanthemum pollen was found in 20.2% of the employees without one member of the Chrysanthemum family in particular being most prevalent. Sensitization to Chrysanthemum pollen was considered to be an important risk factor for the occurrence of work-related symptoms of the upper airways. Furthermore, inhalant atopy as well as sensitization to common airborne pollen including mugwort were closely associated with sensitization to Chrysanthemum what might be suggestive for cross-sensitization. CONCLUSIONS: There is a high prevalence of work-related symptoms in Chrysanthemum greenhouses. In one-third of the employees these symptoms were caused by an IgE-mediated allergy caused by the pollen of the flowers. Inhalant atopy appeared to have a great impact on the development of such a sensitization. Measurements to reduce the pollen exposure are necessary to prevent a further increase of this occupational allergy. 相似文献

Flower‐Like Multicompartment Micelles with Janus‐Core Self‐Assembled from Fluorocarbon‐Terminated Pluronics 下载免费PDF全文
Multicompartment micelles (MCMs), whose cores have at least two compartments, show potential applications in various areas, but the synthesis of polymers for preparing MCMs is usually tedious and time‐consuming. In this work, two well‐defined telechelic fluorocarbon‐terminated triblock copolymers, F8‐PEO100‐PPO65‐PEO100‐F8 (F8‐F127‐F8) and F8‐PEO132‐PPO50‐PEO132‐F8 (F8‐F108‐F8), are synthesized via a single‐step coupling reaction of Pluronics F127 or F108 with perfluoro‐1‐octanesulfonyl fluoride and characterized by Fourier‐transform infrared and NMR spectroscopies, as well as gel permeation chromatography and surface tensiometry. Both of these fluorocarbon‐terminated Pluronics can self‐assemble into spherical MCMs with Janus‐core in aqueous solution, as evidenced by transmission electron microscopy imaging. Since the lipophilic block (PPO) and fluorophilic segments (F8) are separated by the hydrophilic blocks (PEO), these fluorocarbon‐terminated Pluronics will loop to give rise to flower‐like MCMs, and the calculations based on thermodynamics and dynamics support the formation of such unique aggregates. A “pre‐self‐assembly” mechanism is proposed to explain the formation process of flower‐like MCMs with Janus‐core prepared by these telechelic fluorocarbon‐terminated triblock copolymers. 相似文献
