LYMPHOCYTE HYPERSENSITIVITY IN COW'S MILK PROTEIN INTOLERANCE

Demonstration of lymphocyte sensitization to bovine milk proteins detected by blast transformation or migration inhibition provides an additional in vitro test for the diagnosis of milk allergy.     

冲击伤对大鼠心脏功能的影响

作者用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠７０只，随机均分为７组，除正常对照组外，其余６组用ＢＳＴ－１型生物激波管致闭合式单纯超压伤。观察幸存大鼠伤后８ｈ到１５ｄ过程中６个时相点离体灌流工作心脏功能的变化。与对照值相比：伤后８ｈ心率减慢至５４％，心缩及心舒期分别延长到１．５和２．０倍；左室内压、＋ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ和－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ分别降至５４％、３２％、４２％；伤后１周，心率维持在６０％左右，心缩期进行性地延长，可长达１．９倍，心舒期维持在１．６～１．７倍；左室内压及其变化率维持在４６％～６１％；伤后１５ｄ心功能主要指标可恢复到或接近于正常对照水平，自律性恢复早于收缩性的恢复。因此，心脏保护措施宜及早进行，且持之以恒     

Effect of cytosine arabinoside on nuclear labelling of leukaemic myeloblasts with tritiated thymidine triphosphate

The incorporation of ³H-thymidine-5-triphosphate (³H-TTP) into nuclei of leukaemic myeloblasts (MB) was studied together with various other cytokinetic parameters. In 13 cases with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) the ³H-TTP labelling index (³H-TTP LI) exceeded the fraction in DNA synthesis by a factor 3–85. After a single i.v. bolus injection of cytosine arabinoside (ARA-C) an initial decrease of ³H-TTP LI after $\text{1}\text{2}$ h and a nadir after 6 h was seen in short-term studies. Long-term studies showed a decrease in the ³H-TTP LI up to 120 h after ARA-C. The data suggest that ARA-C acts on MB also outside of S-phase.

小剂量阿糖胞苷治疗急非淋──骨髓内白血病原细胞的动态观察

综合早期的文献报道，小剂量阿糖胞苷诱导急非淋（ＡＮＬＬ）完全缓解，其缓解率达５０％～８０％之高，且认为此疗法无明显骨髓抑制和血液学毒性。综合近期的报道，此疗法的完全缓解率只有２２％～２３％，且常见血液学毒性、缓解期亦短。动态观察治疗前后骨髓原细胞的变化，解答了各家疗效如此悬殊和有关的问题。     

Mixed megakaryocytic-granulocytic differentiation during diffusion chamber culture of peripheral blast cells from the blast crisis of chronic myelocytic leukemia

Morphologically and cytochemically undifferentiated peripheral blast cells from three patients in blast crisis of Ph'-positive chronic myelocytic leukemia were analysed morphologically, immunologically and cytogenetically prior to and during in-vivo diffusion chamber culture (DC) to investigate their differentiation capacity. In two patients immunological markers characteristic of the megakaryocytic lineage were found on the original cells, but lineage-specific differentiation markers were absent on the blast cells of the third patient. During DC culture multilineage differentiation capacity could be demonstrated immunologically and morphologically in all three patients with expression of megakaryocytic and granulocytic markers as well as terminal differentiation along these lineages. Cytogenetic analysis prior to and during DC culture provided evidence that the cells differentiating in culture were derived from the blast crisis clones and that the event leading to blast crisis might have occurred in a pluripotent precursor cell which retained its differentiation capacity along several lineages.     

SYSTEMIC ALLERGIC REACTION TO INITIAL INSULIN THERAPY IN A JUVENILE DIABETIC

Systemic allergic reaction to initial insulin therapy in a juvenile diabetic. Enhanced blast transformation to insulin. Acta Paediatr Scand, 64: 773, 1975–A 14-year-old girl with recent onset of diabetes developed a severe systemic allergic reaction to beef-pork insulin on the third day of insulin therapy. The same reaction developed following the injection of pork insulin and monocomponent insulin. The patient was induced to tolerate pork insulin by systemic de-sensitization to this insulin over an interval of 6 days. Peripheral blood lymphocytes from the patient cultured in the presence of insulin responded by increased blast cell transformation, as compared with controls, who either had previously presented local allergic reactions to insulin or never had manifested insulin allergy.     

负压封闭引流技术治疗爆炸伤致猪全层腹壁缺损的实验研究

目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术（Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD）对于爆炸伤导致的全层腹壁缺损后的疗效。方法：20只健康家猪制作腹部爆炸伤开放模型随机分为两组。所有创面均在伤后6～8h内清创,实验组将带孔硅胶膜覆盖于脏器表面后应用VSD敷料进行治疗,压力设定于-125mmHg,对照组将硅胶膜覆置于脏器表面,盐水纱布覆盖包扎,常规换药,比较两组修复前时间,换药次数,创面及腹腔感染率。结果：实验组修复前时间为（7.20±2.39）天,换药次数为（2.20±0.79）次,创面及腹腔感染率为10%;对照组修复前时间为（10.30±2.11）天,换药次数为（11.90±2.23）次,创面及腹腔感染率为70%。两组各项比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：VSD治疗对于爆炸伤导致的全层腹壁缺损能缩短治疗时间,有效控制创面及腹腔感染,减少换药次数。
