不同种属脱细胞真皮与自体皮复合移植的比较性研究 总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3
目的 观察不同种属脱细胞真皮基质 (acellulardermalmatrix,ADM)与自体皮复合移植的效果 ,为异种ADM的临床应用提供理论依据。 方法 本地产白色小猪 6头 ,分为异种 (人 )ADM +自体刃厚皮组 (A组 )、同种异体 (猪 )ADM +自体刃厚皮组 (B组 )、单纯自体刃厚皮组 (C组 )及单纯自体中厚皮组 (D组 )。观察术后 2、4、8、12、2 4周内移植物存活率 ,以及移植皮片收缩程度、移植区组织学变化等情况。 结果 A、B组移植后皮片外观光滑、有弹性 ;两组均获得了满意的皮片成活率 ,并可迅速诱导成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞等宿主修复细胞的长入 ;两组移植皮片收缩面积有大于C、D组的趋势 (P <0.0 5);术后 2 4周移植区组织与单纯中厚皮移植组织结构一致。 结论 在观察期内(复合移植后 2 4周 ) ,与自体皮复合移植时 ,同、异种ADM具有相近的生物学作用 ,异种来源的ADM可能具有更广阔的应用前景 相似文献

慢性胰腺炎的临床表现包括疼痛、脂肪泻和糖尿病。在西方国家,慢性胰腺炎最常见的病因是酗酒。70%以上的病人在就诊时有疼痛的临床表现,而且,这些患者中又有75%以上会在几年之后出现疼痛减轻或完全消失。对于所有的慢性胰腺炎的病人来说,均应排除非胰源性疼痛和胆道梗阻、胰腺假性囊肿等胰腺局部并发症。应建议所有慢性胰腺炎病人戒烟、戒酒。阿片类镇痛剂仅应用于治疗疼痛严重的病人。尽管有报道认为胰酶替代治疗有助于止痛,但是,对于已经确诊的慢性胰腺炎病人来说,该疗法无效。激素类药物进行腹腔神经丛阻滞术可能有助于病人度过剧烈疼痛期。顽固性疼痛是进行胰液引流或胰腺切除的适应证。建议应用适量胰酶替代联合(或不联合)制酸剂治疗营养不良。慢性胰腺炎导致的糖尿病与原发性糖尿病的治疗原则相似。 相似文献

An appropriate paradigm for explaining the evident problems of motivating the workers' compensation claimant toward occupational recovery may be found in the learned helplessness model. This article examines the critical relationships in the workers' compensation system and the potential for development of the injured worker helplessness within that system. The author offers the learned helplessness model as an alternative framework through which injured worker behavior can be explained and understood. It is suggested that the non-contingent rewards and the uncontrollable dynamics characteristic of workers' compensation systems lead to claimants' learning helplessness. Ex vivo testing techniques were used to determine the ferromagnetic qualities of, presence of heating in, and artifacts produced by 13 different heart valve prostheses exposed to a 1.5-T (64-MHz) magnetic resonance (MR) system. None of the heart valve prostheses showed a measurable deflection in the 1.5-T static magnetic field. Only minimal artifacts were produced during MR imaging with a fast spoiled GRASS (gradient-recalled acquisition in the steady state) pulse sequence. The largest temperature changes measured during a “worst case” MR imaging sequence (estimated average specific absorption rate, 2.5 W/kg; estimated spatial peak specific absorption rate, 7.6 W/kg) were +0.2°C with the implant imaged “in air” and +0.3°C with the implant imaged in normal saline. Therefore, MR procedures performed with a 1.5-T (64-MHz) MR system may be performed safely in patients with any of the 13 different heart valve prostheses evaluated in this study. 相似文献

Two programs have been developed to manage linkage analysis data. The first program, LABMAN, is a comprehensive laboratory data management system organizing pedigrees, blood DNA samples, DNA markers, Southern blot or polyacrylamide gels, autoradiographs, and marker-allele typings generated from these samples. Output includes mendelization checks for genetic incompatibilities in typings and formatted files ready for linkage analysis. LABMAN can also compress highly polymorphic allele systems into smaller allele systems facilitating analysis of large systems. The second program, LINKMAN, provides data management for lod score output from linkage analyses. It reads linkage analysis output files, calculates lod scores by family, associates lod scores with specific marker and family identifiers, and stores these data in a database where they can be combined with lod scores from previous analyses. LINKMAN easily incorporates any of a wide variety of genetic models. It produces formatted output of lod scores by user-specified criteria for reports or as ASCII files for input to other programs. If desired, tests of homogeneity of linkage across families can be run via the HOMOG program [Ott, 1991] and their output included in reports. The programs include features critical for conducting genome searches of complex diseases: They are easy-to-use, well-tested, and reliable. Data from multi-center investigations can be easily combined for analysis. Moreover, they include extensive error-checking capabilities, and they are specifically set up to protect blindness between laboratory workers and data analysts. 笔者通过报道162例气管插管患者的气道管理,阐述痰痂形成的原因:(1)气道干燥,湿化不够。(2)吸痰管插入深度不够,吸痰不彻底。管理措施:(1)用金霉素眼膏润滑吸痰管,使之易于插入,保证吸痰管插入深度超过插管远端3-5cm。(2)预防气道干燥,注重湿化效果,重视吸痰环节。认为气囊不需定时放气,只需不定时调整气囊压力。 相似文献
