非脱垂子宫经腹、阴式全切除术临床比较   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道与经腹全切术的临床比较。方法 2000年5月~2001年1月对阴式子宫全切术 (TVH)28例及腹式子宫全切术 (TAH)35例分为两组进行手术 ,对临床指标进行观察比较。结果 28例TVH手术均成功。平均重量255g(120~510g)。与TAH手术比较 ,其术后病率、肛门排气时间及术后住院天数有显著性差异 ( p<0.001及 p<0.05) ,但其手术时间及术中出血量无显著性差异 ( p>0.05)。结论 随着微创手术的开展 ,利用阴道天然孔道 ,经阴道切除较大的子宫是有效和安全的 ,手术的成功与术者经验、技术及子宫活动度有关 ,有合适器械也是手术成功的因素。  相似文献

从感染病毒乳鼠脑组织提取总RNA,采用RT-PCR和分子克隆技术将扩增到的G2糖蛋白基因插入含CMV启动子的pcDNA3.1/His质粒载体中,通过脂质体介导转染COS-7细胞,用SDS-PAGE、Western-blot及IFIA方法分别测定表达产物的相对分子量及特异性。结果证明获得正向插入的G2-pcDNA3.1/His重组表达质粒,表达产物的相对分子量为56ku,与理论预期大小一致,并且可与汉坦病毒H8205株的腹水抗体起特异反应。表明构建的G2-pcDNA3.1/His重组质粒所表达的蛋白为中国汉坦病毒株特有,能在哺乳动物细胞中表达并具有抗原性,重组质粒可应用于汉坦病毒的DNA疫苗研究。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to subclassify the soma-dendritic α2-autoreceptors in the locus coeruleus (LC) of the rat by means of antagonists. To this end, the frequency of spontaneous action potentials was recorded extracellularly from single LC neurones in brain slices. The neurones fired spontaneously at an average rate of 1 Hz. The selective α2-adrenoceptor agonist 5-bromo-6-(2-imidazolin-2-ylamino)-quinoxaline (UK 14,304) and noradrenaline decreased the action potential discharge with IC50 values of 5 and 510 nM, respectively. The concentration-inhibition curves of UK 14,304 and noradrenaline were shifted to the right by phentolamine (0.15 μM) and rauwolscine (0.15 μM) but not by prazosin (1 μM). Apparent K d values of phentolamine were 17 nM (against UK 14,304) and 20 nM (against noradrenaline). Apparent K d values of rauwolscine were 47 nM (against UK 14,304) and 70 nM (against noradrenaline). (+)-Oxaprotiline (1 μM) suppressed the firing of the neurones within 10 to 33 min. In the continued presence of oxaprotiline, phentolamine and rauwolscine restored firing with EC50 values of 120 and 250 nM, respectively. Prazosin (1 μM) again was ineffective. All three antagonist affinity estimates – against UK 14,304, exogenous noradrenaline and endogenous noradrenaline (that accumulates in the extracellular space in the presence of oxaprotiline) – yield an affinity order phentolamine > rauwolscine >> prazosin, prazosin being ineffective even at a concentration of 1 μM. These findings identify the soma-dendritic α2-autoreceptors of the LC as the rat variant of the α2A/D-adrenoceptor, i.e. α2D. Not only presynaptic but also soma-dendritic α2-autoreceptors may at least predominantly be α2A/D throughout the nervous system. Received: 3 March 1997 / Accepted: 21 April 1997  相似文献

功能性消化不良是一种人群中发病率很高的消化系统症状群,其发病机理未完全阐明,本文通过对2742例各类型功能性消化不良患者的胃粘膜的幽门螺杆菌感染情况作分析,发现动力障碍型HP阳性率65.3%,溃疡型HP阳性率74%,胃食管反流型HP阳性率24%,特发型HP阳性率21.4%,前两型与后两型的阳性率差异有显著性(P〈0.05),而前两型之间阳性率差异无显著性(P〉0.05),说明HP与动力障碍型和溃疡  相似文献

Newer policies of community care for those with disabilities have resulted in the home becoming the usual site of care. Policy makers must now give attention to the needs of those at home giving this care. This article explores the constraints on sociability opportunities of 73 mothers who were caring for children with disabilities. These opportunities are often built into leisure pursuits for women without caring responsibilities. However, choice of out-of-house leisure activity was circumscribed for the mothers in this study and their reported leisure activities revolved around home and neighbourhood. Even these sites offered limited scope for sociability because of the way in which caring affected domestic space and because of the characteristics of the modern Australian suburb. It is argued in this paper that personal time and personal domestic space are needed by care-givers so their sociability needs can be fulfilled. An understanding of the constraints imposed by use of the home as a place of care may make possible the planning of a rearrangement of domestic space to increase sociability opportunities for carers.  相似文献

Summary Cytochemical staining of normal human bone cells in monolayer cultures for alkaline phosphatase (ALP) indicated that the cultures contained mixed-cell populations. Time course evaluations of the cytochemical staining revealed, in addition to the ALP-negative cell population, at least two subpopulations of ALP-positive human bone cells with different levels of ALP. A cytochemical method has been developed which separates the ALP-positive cells into high and intermediate ALP subpopulations. In this method, human bone cells were stained for ALP using an azo-dye method and incubating at 4°C for 10 and 30 minutes, respectively. We defined the cell population that stained positively for ALP at 10 minutes as strong ALP-positive cells, and both strong and intermediate cells were stained at 30 minutes. The intermediate cells were determined from the difference between the values at the two time points. The intra- and interassay variations of the assay, with the same investigator in blinded investigations, were both less than 10% and the interobserver variation was approximately 25%. Analysis of the distribution of ALP levels in cells with a laser densitometer confirmed the presence of at least three cell subpopulations. 1,25(OH)2D3 treatment increased the proportions of both ALP-positive cell populations, whereas TGF-beta treatment increased only the intermediate ALP-positive cell population. On the contrary, fluoride increased the proportion of the strong ALP cells, and IGF-1 had no effect on the proportions of either ALP-positive subpopulation. When the ALP-specific activity was compared with the percentage of each ALP-positive subpopulations for the cells treated with effectors, the ALP-specific activity correlated with the total ALP-positive and with the strong ALP-positive populations but not with the intermediate ALP-positive subpopulation. In summary, this study represents the first evidence that normal human bone cells in monolayer cultures contained at least two subpopulations of ALP-positive cells, and that bone cell effectors could have differential effects on each cell population.  相似文献

采用横断面研究方法,对180名小学三年级学生脑力工作能力与其智力、性格、学习动机等心理因素和学习、睡眠时间等作息因素的关系进行分析研究。验证了学习、睡眠时间是影响学生脑力工作能力重要的外部因素;脑力工作能力与智力和学习成绩呈正相关。学生自身的心理因素中,学习动机对脑力工作能力有重要影响,所以激发和强化学生的学习动机,是保持和提高学生学习工作能力的有效手段;而性格内外向性、情绪稳定性等因素,对脑力工作能力的影响不明显。  相似文献

CYP2E1 and ALDH2 Genotypes and Alcohol Dependence in Japanese   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The genotypes of the CYP2E1 and ALDH2 loci of alcoholic (alcohol dependence) and nonalcoholic (healthy) Japanese were investigated to examine the relationship between the polymorphism of CYP2E1 (C1/C2) and ALDH2 ( ALDH2*1/ALDH2*2 ), and the susceptibility to alcoholism. There was no significant difference in C2 gene frequency between alcoholics (0.19) and nonalcoholics (controls) (0.20), whereas there was a significant difference in ALDH2 allele frequency, suggesting that, in Japanese, the C2 genotype of CYP2E1 may have nothing to do with the risk of developing alcohol dependence. However, the ALDH2*1 allele may influence drinking behavior and the development of alcohol dependence. Furthermore, racial interethnic differences in the frequency of the mutated allele of the CYP2E1 gene (CJ were found, like the ALDH2 gene. Japanese healthy controls showed a significantly higher frequency of the C2 allele than did Swedish healthy controls (0.05; reported by Persson et al., FEBS Lett. 319:207-211,1993).  相似文献

Serotonin (5-HT) is a mediator (through 5-HT1P receptors) of slow EPSPs in myenteric ganglia of the small intestine. The effect of 5-HT can be mimicked by elevating cAMP; therefore, we tested the hypothesis that the slow EPSP-like response to 5-HT is cAMP-mediated. Guinea pig gut was enzymatically dissociated; myenteric ganglia remained intact and were collected by filtration. Neurons in the isolated ganglia retained their ability to manifest the slow EPSP-like response to 5-HT. Exposure to 5-HT raised the ganglionic level of cAMP (ED50 0.3 μM). This effect was not antagonized by the 5-HT1P antagonist, N-acetyl-5-hydroxytryptophyl-5-hydroxytryptophan amide (100.0 μM), or mimicked by the 5-HT1P agonist, 5-hydroxyindalpine (10.0 μM). Increases in cAMP were also evoked by the 5-HT1 agonist, 5-carboxyamidotryptamine (10.0 μM), the 5-HT2 agonist, (±)-1-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenyl)-2-aminopropane (DOI; 1.0–10.0 μM), and by the 5-HT4 agonists, renzapride (1.0–10.0 μM) and 5-methoxytryptamine (1.0–10.0 μM); however, neither the 5-HT1/5-HT2 antagonists, spiperone, methysergide, and methiothepin, nor the 5-HT4 antagonist, tropisetron (ICS 205–930; 10.0 μM), were able to inhibit the rise in cAMP evoked by these compounds or by 5-HT (0.1–10.0 μM). The 5-HT-evoked elevation of cAMP was antagonized by ketanserin (10.0 μM), which also blocked the effects of 5-methoxytryptamine and DOI, but not those of renzapride. The effective concentration of DOI, however, was higher than that needed for activation of 5-HT2 receptors, and Northern analysis using a cDNA probe encoding the rat 5-HT2 receptor failed to reveal the presence of 5-HT2 mRNA in myenteric ganglia, although it hybridizes with mRNA of the right size in the guinea pig brain. Compounds that failed to change levels of cAMP or to antagonize the action of 5-HT included 8-hydroxy-di-n-propylamino tetralin, R58639, R88226, and sumatriptan. It is concluded that the receptor responsible for the 5-HT-induced rise in cAMP in ganglia isolated from the guinea pig myenteric plexus is not a known subtype of 5-HT receptor. Since the pharmacology of this novel receptor is different from that of the slow EPSP-like response to 5-HT, the receptor probably does not mediate the slow EPSP. © 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献
