工业企业建设项目卫生预评价规范的研制

为对城乡规划和新建、改建、扩建的工业企业建设项目实施预防性卫生监督，保证建设项目竣工后，符合卫生要求，改善工业企业的劳动环境，特制定“工业企业建设项目卫生预评价规范”。本文为“规范”的研制报告，介绍了规范的主要内容，论证了制定规范的目的和意义、理论依据、评价原则和方法、综合评价指数以及可操作性等，并对《规范》作出了结论性的评价。

目的阐释运动系统祖国医学解剖学术语与现代医学解剖学术语的对应关系及其异同.方法查阅资料,制作卡片,比较二者异同.结果祖国医学与现代医学运动系统解剖术语所指结构,在名称上有较大差异,而在形态、功能上差异不大.结论很多运动系统现代医学解剖术语来源于祖国医学解剖术语,二者既有相同之处,又有不同之处.     

Improving model selection by nonconvergent methods

Many techniques for model selection in the field of neural networks correspond to well established statistical methods. For example, architecture modifications based on test variables calculated after convergence of the training process can be viewed as part of a hypothesis testing search, and the use of complexity penalty terms is essentially a type of regularization or biased regression. The method of “stopped” or “cross-validation” training, on the other hand, in which an oversized network is trained until the error on a further validation set of examples deteriorates, then training is stopped, is a true innovation since model selection doesn't require convergence of the training process. Here, the training process is used to perform a directed search of the parameter space for a model which doesn't overfit the data and thus demonstrates superior generalization performance. In this paper we show that this performance can be significantly enhanced by expanding the “nonconvergent method” of stopped training to include dynamic topology modifications (dynamic weight pruning) and modified complexity penalty term methods in which the weighting of the penalty term is adjusted during the training process. On an extensive sequence of simulation examples we demonstrate the general superiority of the “extended” nonconvergent methods compared to classical penalty term methods, simple stopped training, and methods which only vary the number of hidden units.     

Effects of, and corrections for, cross-term interactions in Q-space MRI.

The present study assesses the effects of cross-term interactions between diffusion and imaging gradients in magnetic resonance imaging q-space analysis, and corrects for those effects for both spin echo and stimulated echo diffusion-weighted sequences. These corrections are demonstrated experimentally in unrestricted media for water and theoretically by simulating the case of restricted diffusion in a sphere. By correcting for the cross-term interactions, large imaging gradients can be used without compromising the results. Ignoring cross-term interactions could lead to a misunderstanding of the q-space analysis; for instance, the microstructural size of the sample could be overestimated, or isotropic media could be misinterpreted as being anisotropic.     

胆汁反流性胃炎的中医研究述评

:从病名、病因病机、辨证分型、治疗规律等诸方面 ,对胆汁反流性胃炎的中医研究现状和进展进行了评述。认为今后应在胆汁反流性胃炎的中医病名研究 ,建立完整客观的诊断指标 ,完善辨证分型标准及疗效评定标准 ,加强实验研究等方面多做工作。以利于进一步提高中医药治疗本病的临床水平     

New self-retaining retractor holder to facilitate surgical exposure

A new self-retaining retractor holder has been developed which is so simple in design that no additional expensive, cumbersome or complicated equipment is needed. It invaginates the sterile draping to hook onto a standard ether screen in any position desired. It holds most standard retractors and can be quickly applied, repositioned or removed without breaking sterility. It will provide simultaneous forceful and gentle retraction. It is extremely versatile. An extra ether screen appropriately applied to the operating table will provide support for multidirectional cervical, thoracic, abdominal or perineal exposure. The retractor holder greatly reduces the need for extra operating room personnel.     

论中医脉象术语的翻译

目前中医脉象术语的翻译比较混乱,给中医诊断的学习和研究带来了困扰.笔者提出中医术语翻译的4项准则,即区分术语命名和术语内涵解释、使用常用词、使用常用词缀“造词”、区分相近术语.针对一脉多译的情况,笔者择出最佳译法,并阐述了选择理由.     

Multiple digital glomus tumors.

In 28 patients with glomus tumors of the digits, 21 were relieved of symptoms by excision of a solitary tumor. Seven other patients had multiple tumors, four of which were the cause of recurrent symptoms. Three patients had multiple tumors--five in one patient, four in another, and two in a third, which had been found at the time of the first operation. A 25% incidence of multiple tumors and a 15% incidence of recurrent symptoms indicates that a careful search should be made for additional tumors.     

Linear pharmacokinetic models and vanishing exponential terms: Implications in pharmacokinetics

A series of models more closely related than classical models to known facts about drug absorption and disposition are presented. It is shown that mathematically such models require the same number of exponential terms in the equation describing the plasma concentration following intravenous administration as in that describing the plasma concentration following oral administration. However, it is also shown that one or two of the exponential terms of the intravenous, and sometimes the oral, equation often are relatively unimportant and appear to vanish on stripping or fitting of data. This phenomenon leads to ambiguity concerning which model to assign to one or more sets of data. The number of potential models in a given situation has now been greatly increased. It is also shown that if data obey these models then neither the Wagner-Nelson nor the Loo-Riegelman method provides estimates of absorption rate constants when the A_t/V_p, t data are analyzed by conventional methods.Supported in part by Public Health Service Grant 5P11 GM 15559.
