<正> 血栓形成在临床上是一种常见的多发病,它的形成与血抗凝血酶元Ⅲ(以下简称AT-Ⅲ)有直接关系。AT-Ⅲ系反应血栓敏感的指标之一,在正常的血浆及血清内皆含有AT-Ⅲ,它是一种脂蛋白,其作用是使凝血酶失去活性,对凝血因子V_(11)和Xa起灭活作用,以阻止纤维蛋白的形成,起抗凝血和抗血栓形成的作用。但是人体内的AT-Ⅲ是否和摄入微量元素锌、铜等有关?即AT-Ⅲ在体内的合成是否与血清锌、铜、锌/铜比值有直接关系,尚未见有报导,为了解正常健康老年人与脑血栓病人锌、铜的营养水平与AT-Ⅲ之间有无连系,以指导改善膳食铜、锌摄入量,为防治脑血栓提供科学依据,进行了本研究。  相似文献

测定地方性克汀病患者、病区正常成人血液中Cu、Zn、Se含量及细胞CuZnSOD、SeGSH-PX活性,发现克汀病患者及病区正常人血Zn、Se含量低,红细胞CuZnSOD、SeGSH-Px活性显著低于非病区成人,克汀病人SOD活性还显著低于病区正常成人。同时测定病区粮食、饮水、土壤中相应元素含量,发现病区居民主食Zn、Se含量低,病区人群Zn、Se代谢紊乱可能正是由于环境中两种元素缺乏的结果。  相似文献

61Cu was produced by natCo(α, xn)61Cu reaction. 61Cu production yield was 89.5 MBq/μAh (2.42 mCi/μAh) at the end of irradiation (EOI). A simple radiochemical separation method using anion exchange resin and ascorbic acid has been employed to separate the product radionuclide from inactive target material and co-produced non-isotopic impurities. The radiochemical separation yield was about 90%. Radiochemical purity of 61Cu was >99% 1 h after EOI. Final product was suitable for making complex with N2S2 type of ligands.  相似文献

目的:介绍一种在野外临时断电或无市电可利用的紧急情况下能够正常使用的便携光伏型野外多功能应急电源。方法:将目前最先进、实际光电转换效率高、弱光性强的铜铟镓铟(CIGS)薄膜太阳能电池片镶嵌在纤维基布上,制作成柔软的"薄膜太阳能光伏布",使用时展开与控制电源箱相连对其供电;不用时折叠包装后放入电源控制箱内。整个电源以太阳能光伏输入为主,以市电、发电机或汽车发动机等为辅,经过DC/AC、DC/DC、AC/DC等各种变换和系统控制后,产生直流为混合超级电容电池充电储能,最后输出直流和交流电源。结果:经过野外测试,该电源采用多种形式输入,多种途经输出,交流稳定,负载范围大,功能多,便携可满足常规设备的使用。同时质量轻、组合简单,便于野外携行、搬运。结论:该研究设计对薄膜太阳能电池光伏在移动应急电源应用方面意义重大。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine the hypothesis that serum levels of phospholipid (PL) fatty acids (FA) and minerals are associated with the components of metabolic syndrome (MetS) in the Chinese population and the profiles of changes may differ from patients with MetS from Western countries. The levels of serum PL, FA, and minerals were examined in 201 subjects (52 with MetS and 149 healthy controls without any MetS components) in China. The saturated FA proportion in serum was significantly higher, whereas the proportion of total polyunsaturated FA (PUFA), n-3 and n-6 PUFA (22:6n-3: −16%, P = .006; 20:4n-6: −36%, P < .001), and estimated δ-5 desaturase were significantly lower in the MetS group compared with those that are not MetS. Subjects with MetS had higher levels of serum Zn (P = .037) and Mg (P < .001) than subjects without MetS. The proportion of n-3 PUFA was significantly negatively correlated with body mass index and waist circumference. In conclusion, serum PL FA composition and serum minerals in Chinese men with MetS differed significantly from that of healthy individuals, reflecting a decrease in n-3 and n-6 PUFA, especially 22:6n-3 and 20:4n-6, and an increase in saturated FA, magnesium, and zinc. These changes may reflect improper dietary intake in subjects with MetS, and dietary modification could be useful to prevent MetS and as an adjunctive therapy.  相似文献

目的:采集一批上市的新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉。方法:采用湿法消化-火焰-原子吸收分光光度法对其进行铜元素含量的测定。结果:新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉中铜的含量依次为(2.302±0.004)mg/kg(、2.007±0.004)mg/kg(、4.338±0.004)mg/kg;超标率依次为2.94%,0%,8.57%。结论:检测数据表明,猪、羊肉中铜都有不同程度超标。  相似文献

Nitinol shape memory alloys (SMAs) are attracting considerable attention as core materials for medical guidewires because of their excellent flexibility and shape retention. However, since Nitinol guidewires possess low rigidity, the pushability and torquability of the guidewires are insufficient. On the other hand, although guidewires made of stainless steel have high pushability, plastic deformation occurs easily. We have developed a new class of superelastic guidewires with functionally graded properties from the tip to the end by using new SMA core materials such as Cu‐Al‐Mn‐based or Ni‐free Ti‐Mo‐Sn SMAs. The tip portion of the guidewire shows excellent superelasticity (SE), while the body portion possesses high rigidity. These functionally graded characteristics can be realized by microstructural control. These guidewires with functionally graded properties show excellent pushability and torquability and are considerably easier to handle than conventional guidewires with Nitinol or stainless steel cores. Moreover, a metallic catheter using a Ni‐free Ti‐based SMA with high biocompatibility is introduced.  相似文献

Purpose. The effects of transfection with the human Cu, Zn-superoxide dismutase (hSOD)4 gene on active oxygen-induced cytotoxicity in rat skin fibroblasts (FR) were studied for the purpose of developing the novel delivery system of hSOD using hSOD gene. Methods. An expression plasmid for hSOD, pRc/RSV-SOD, was constructed and used to transfect FR cells. Xanthine (X)/xanthine oxidase (XO) system were used to generate active oxygen species. The effects of transfection with the hSOD gene on active oxygen-induced cytotoxicity were assessed by comparing the number of surviving cells and the level of lipid peroxidation in host and transformants after exposure to X/XO system. Results. The cellular SOD activity in RSV-SOD cells transfected with pRc/RSV-SOD was significantly increased in comparison with host or RSV cells transfected with the pRc/RSV plasmid containing no hSOD gene as a control. Furthermore, Western blot analysis using an anti-hSOD antibody indicated the production of hSOD in RSV-SOD cells. On the other hand, although the numbers of surviving cells in both host and RSV-SOD cultures after exposure to X/XO system decreased in a time-dependent manner, the decrease in number of surviving RSV-SOD cells was less than that in host cells. In the presence of catalase, the decreases in number of surviving cells in both host and RSV-SOD cultures after exposure to the X/XO system were also less than those in the absence of catalase. However, the decreases in cell survival in RSV-SOD cultures were significantly less than those in host cells in the presence of catalase. Furthermore, the levels of lipid peroxidation in RSV-SOD cells exposed to the X/XO system in the presence or absence of catalase were lower than those in host cells. These results indicated that the increase in cellular SOD activity by transfection with the hSOD gene protects cells from oxidative stress. Conclusions. Human SOD gene therapy may be useful for treatment of diseases in which oxidative tissue damage is produced.  相似文献
