秦皇岛港来自西尼罗热疫区的入境国际航行船舶携带输入性蚊媒情况监测报告

目的掌握来自西尼罗热疫区入境国际航行船舶携带输入性蚊媒的情况,为制定有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法在检疫锚地对来自西尼罗热疫区的入境国际航行船舶携带的输入性蚊媒情况进行调查研究,对采集的标本进行计数和分类鉴定,并对结果进行统计分析。结果2001-2005年共调查13艘次来自西尼罗热疫区入境国际航行船舶,携带输入性蚊类船舶阳性率平均为84.62%(11/13),已鉴定确认的蚊种达6种,分属蚊科的库蚊属、伊蚊属。凶小库蚊、淡色库蚊和三带喙库蚊等可传播西尼罗热的媒介蚊种为优势种。结论调查证明来自西尼罗热疫区的入境国际航行船舶携带输入性蚊媒的情况相当严重,对此应给予高度关注。     

Juvenile xanthogranuloma of the nasal cavity

JXG is a benign lesion of unknown incidence. It is the most frequent type of non-langerhans histiocytosis with a median age of 2 years. It usually presents as isolated cutaneous lesions. Multiple lesions, especially over the head and neck, may occur. The skin lesions tend to regress slowly with time. Extra-cutaneous and visceral involvements have been observed, the most common site being the eye. When the lesions are numerous, they may persist, hence the need for treatment with corticosteroids or chemotherapy. Histologically, the lesion consists of histiocytes admixed with an inflammatory infiltrate of variable density. The lesions are initially monomorphic and very cellular, progressively enriched with multinucleated giant cells of Touton and foamy cells, followed by spindle cells. We report an 8-year old girl with JXG of early type without multinucleated and foamy cells. This case presented as a tumour in the inferior meatus of nasal cavity, clinically simulating a rhabdomyosarcoma. This atypical clinical and histological presentation with benign evolution should be recognized since it requires only local treatment.     

Approche historique des classifications en psychiatrie

The question of finding criteria to help classify diseases started arising from the middle of the 19th century onwards. As for mental diseases French (Morel) and German (Kahlbaum, Kraepelin) authors proposed several classifications. From the end of the 19th century the International Bureau of Statistics (Paris) started publishing an International Classification of Diseases, to be reviewed every ten years (J. Bertillon). The Health Bureau of the League of Nations (Geneva) continued this work in the years between the two world wars, then the WHO carried on after the second world war for the fifth edition onwards. A specific chapter V (F) was devoted to mental illness. Several national classifications have been revised and modified to establish a concordance with the successive editions of the ICD especially, regarding the area of child psychiatry, the French Classification of Child and Adolescent Mental Diseases in the 2010 version.

Using the psychosomatic theory of the Paris School (Pierre Marty), which emphasizes trauma and fixations, the author inquires into these different clinical configurations as well as into their possible relations.
