Design and preliminary results of FRENSHOCK 2016: A prospective nationwide multicentre registry on cardiogenic shock

Many health-related research studies among Seventh-day Adventists (SDA) were published since 1958. Californian and Norwegian studies have shown that SDA have lower coronary mortality rates than the general population. This finding is usually attributed to the lifestyle advocated by the Seventh-day Adventist church with greater physical activity, lower median BMI, abstention from use of alcohol and tobacco, food habits characterized by a large intake of fruits, vegetables, cereal fiber, unsaturated fatty acids and a low consumption of saturated fats. The results about cancer incidence were discussed. Californian studies have shown significantly decreased relative risk in SDA than in the general population. Japanese studies have also reported lower risk of cancers in men with lifestyles similar to those of SDA. By contrast the Norwegian study of SDA has shown that the risk of cancer seems to be similar to that of the general population. Some studies reported a greater prevalence of type 2 diabetes in the non vegetarian SDA than the vegetarian. Compared with vegetarian, non vegetarian SDA reported more medication use, more chronic diseases, more hospitalizations and surgeries. Lifestyle choices of SDA as above described could prevent a great many coronary artery disease and type 2 diabetes. This lifestyle is now emphasized by French PNNS.     

Incidence clinique des psychotraumatismes dans la consultation externe d’un service de psychiatrie

The authors aimed at evaluating the impact of psychotraumas in psychiatric outpatients. One hundred forty psychiatric outpatients were consecutively included, without distinction of their current pathology. They filled in an inventory of potentially traumatic experiences, a psychological dissociative experiences scale, a somatoform dissociative experiences questionnaire, and underwent a structured interview for diagnosis of posttraumatic stress disorder (according to the DSM-IV). One hundred subjects related psychological trauma, and 76 patients suffered from posttraumatic stress disorder. Dissociative disorders are found significantly correlated with traumatic experience and to posttraumatic stress disorder. The traumatic impact is found more substantial as the number of events was elevated. This study confirms the elevated prevalence of the psychological traumas and psychotraumatic aftermaths in outpatients of a department of psychiatry, independently from the mental disorder.     

Dénutrition et affections neuromusculaires de l''adulte et de l''adolescent

Patients with neuromuscular diseases have protein malnutrition related to the muscle mass decrease. When associated with a decrease in food intake below requirements, patients become cachectic. Respiratory complications are then frequent and severe. In case of respiratory distress, the acute stress might aggravate the protein loss which will be particularly difficult to restore if the muscular activity is reduced. Although there are no curative therapies for neuromuscular diseases but all symptomatic treatments are useful in maintaining function and quality of life; therefore the prevention of malnutrition is essential. Nutritional care is difficult because of the lack of norms for body composition and protein and energy requirements. The nutritional support must take into account the swallowing difficulties, the digestive and polyvisceral involvement and the natural history of the disease. The nutritional support is usually enteral. Feeding through a gastrostomy tube, feasable at home, has improved the quality of life of the patient. Parenteral nutrition is prescribed for limited periods for surgery or acute respiratory failure.     

中南邵阳、华东南京、西南成都组织胞浆菌感染流行病学调查

目的 :组织胞浆菌是一种真菌 ,由家禽及鸟类传播 ,可引起人的深部真菌病。我们进行的流调工作 ,对掌握疾病流行情况、制定防治措施及对结核病的防治工作具有重要意义。方法 :调查对象是健康人、住院的肺结核病人、住院的非结核性肺疾患病人。使用的方法是在前臂内侧皮内注射酵母相组织胞浆菌素 (Histolyn -CYL)。同时在另一前臂做PPD皮试 (1∶1万 )。结果 :中南邵阳地区健康人组织胞浆菌素皮试阳性率2 2 .4 0 %。肺结核病人阳性率 31.6 0 %。非结核病肺部疾病阳性率 15 .85 %。华东南京地区健康人阳性率15 .10 %。肺结核病等阳性率 17.74 %。西南成都地区健康人阳性率 2 1.77%。肺结核病人阳性率 5 4 .4 4 %。结论 :组织胞浆菌感染率很高 ,与人文地理条件密切相关 ,差异很大。因此制订防治措施也应有所不同 ,应结合当地具体情况。     

Le syndrome de Lazare: une problématique de la rémission. Réflexions autour de la maladie cancéreuse chez l’adulte

Résumé: La rémission du cancer peut être l’occasion pour certains patients d’une réelle détresse émotionnelle ainsi que d’une désadaptation psychologique appelées: syndrome de Lazare. Nous émettons trois hypothèses explicatives quant à la survenue de tels troubles. La première confronte l’issue du cancer aux concepts psychanalytiques de dette et de masochisme. La deuxième envisage les symptômes sous l’angle d’une réaction de sevrage. Et la dernière évoque le contrecoup traumatique des traitements.Dossier: «Cliniques du cancer»     

酶联免疫吸附试验、间接荧光抗体试验、间接免疫过氧化物酶染色试验诊断人体旋毛虫病的初步研究

用ELISA、IFA和IIP试验检测11例旋毛虫病人血清特异性抗体,阳性率分别为72.72％、81.82％和81.82%。它们之间无统计学差异,3项试验结果间存在良好一致性。 同时检测了30份健康献血员血清和20例其他寄生虫病人血清(包括华支睾吸虫病、四川肺吸虫病、日本血吸虫病、包虫病和阿米巴肝脓肿),旋毛虫病人组的ELISA、IFA和IIP阳性率明显为高。 由于3项免疫学试验均具有较好的特异性和灵敏性,故可以单独或联合用于人体旋毛虫病的诊断和流行病学调查。
