目的 调查坚持参加早教学习班的父母亲的心理健康状况.方法 采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对常规参加早教学习训练的父母亲在婴儿4个月、6个月时进行心理健康评估,与未坚持参加早教训练的父母亲的心理健康状况作对照.结果 在婴儿4个月和6个月时,两组在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑4个因子为筛选阳性的例数有差异,实验组4个月和6个月时例数分别为40例和20例;对照组分别是119例和81例,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 坚持参加早期教育训练班对父母亲心理健康有积极的正面影响,能有效地减轻躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁的症状.  相似文献

目的调查小儿外科患儿父母的情绪状态,为促进临床治疗及改善医患关系提供干预依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对200例小儿外科患儿父母进行调查,将结果与常模进行比较。结果小儿外科手术患儿父母的SAS和SDS评分分别为(38.58±7.42)分和(48.26±8.59)分,明显高于常模的(29.78±10.07)分和(41.88±10.57)分(t=9.16,5.45,P〈0.01)。结论小儿外科患儿父母存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁情绪,临床医护人员对他们应给予积极干预。  相似文献

Early intensive interventions have become popular. Thus, not surprisingly, the amount of research surrounding this topic has increased and evolved rapidly. The persons providing treatment, the settings in which treatment is provided, and the methods used have varied considerably. This paper reviews current trends. For example, 20–40 h of therapy weekly has consistently characterized the literature. Conversely, the role of parents has transformed as they have increasingly become co-therapists. One major concern is that little effort has been put into the transition from these intensive programs to educational settings. These factors and related parameters are reviewed and the implications are discussed.  相似文献

Some have suggested that parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) may present with less recognizable autistic-like phenotypic characteristics, leading them to highly systemizing occupations. Using secondary analysis of data from two previous studies of children with ASD, we tested associations between parental occupations and ASD diagnosis and the association of parental occupational characteristics on ASD severity. We found that fathers in healthcare (P < 0.01) and finance (P = 0.03) were more likely to have children with ASD. Additionally, joint effects of parental technical occupations were associated with communication (P < 0.01) and social impairment (P = 0.04). These results support that a “broader phenotype” and possible assortative mating in adults with autistic-like characteristics might contribute to intergenerational transmission and having offspring with greater ASD severity.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo evaluate the impact of parental education on the success of Asthma Educational Intervention (AEI).MethodsAEI took place after the children's hospitalisation. Parental asthma knowledge was assessed at three time points: before AEI, immediately after, and 12 months later. The Intervention (I) group of parents (N = 231) received complete AEI. The Control (C) group of parents (N = 71) received instructions for proper use of asthma medications and the handbook.ResultsAsthma knowledge in I group increased immediately after the AEI (p < 0.01), and had not changed (p > 0.05) 12 months later. There were four subgroups in group I divided based on education level: elementary school, high school, college, and university degrees. Taking into account the parental education level, there were no differences in the baseline and final knowledge of asthma between subgroups (p > 0.05). The number of asthma exacerbations decreased after AEI (5.96:2.50, p < 0.01), regardless of the parental degree. Knowledge of asthma in group C did not improve during the study (p = 0.17). Final asthma knowledge was higher in group I compared to group C (p < 0.01).ConclusionThe parental education level did not influence the level of asthma knowledge after the AEI. The motivation and the type of asthma education had the greatest input on the final results.Practice implicationsAll parents should be educated about asthma regardless of their general education.  相似文献

This paper provides new empirical evidence on the impact of parental health shocks on investments in children's education using detailed longitudinal data from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our study controls for individual unobserved heterogeneity by using child fixed effects, and it accounts for potential misreporting of self-reported health by employing several, more precise, health indicators. Results show that co-living children of ill mothers, but not of ill fathers, are significantly less likely to be enrolled in education at ages 15–24. Moreover, there is some evidence that mother's negative health shocks are likely to raise the employment probability of children due to the need to cover higher health expenditures.  相似文献

Objective

to analyze the answers of parents and health care professionals concerning the involvement of parents in the care provided to hospitalized children.

Method

exploratory study based on the conceptual framework of pediatric healthcare with qualitative data analysis.

Results

three dimensions of involvement were highlighted: daily care provided to children, opinions concerning the involvement of parents, and continuity of care with aspects related to the presence and participation of parents, benefits to the child and family, information needs, responsibility, right to healthcare, hospital infrastructure, care delivery, communication between the parents and health services, shared learning, and follow-up after discharge.

Conclusion

the involvement of parents in the care provided to their children has many meanings for parents, nurses and doctors. Specific strategies need to be developed with and for parents in order to mobilize parental competencies and contribute to increasing their autonomy and decision-making concerning the care provided to children.  相似文献
