Localization of adhesion molecules on human spermatozoa by fluorescence microscopy

Summary.  The expression of adhesion molecules on human spermatozoa of healthy probands was analysed. The localization patterns of adhesion molecules (AM) on the spermatozoal surface were documented by fluorescence microscopy. Spermatozoa were incubated with antibodies against α1 (CD49a), α2 (CD49b), α3 (CD49c), α4 (CD49d), α5 (CD49e), α6 (CD49f) chains of β1 integrins, β1 (CD29), β2 (CD18), αV (CD51), β3 (CD61) and β4 integrin chains, the LFA-3 (Lymphocyte function antigen, CD58) from the immunoglobulin superfamily and the extracellular matrix proteins laminin, fibronectin and collagen IV. For collagen IV, α1 and α2 chains no expression could be noticed. Laminin was detected at the acrosomal membrane, fibronectin and β4 chain mainly at the equatorial membrane. The fibronectin receptors α3, α4 and α5 chains of the β1 integrins were mainly located on acrosomal and equatorial membrane areas. Laminin receptor α6 chain was located postacrosomal and less frequently acrosomal. β2 chain and vitronectin receptors αV and β3 chains had a mainly postacrosomal localization pattern. LFA-3 was found constantly on postacrosomal membrane areas. Double staining technique was used to prove the simultaneous occurrence of fibronectin and its integrin receptors α3, α4 and α5 chains and of αV and β2 chains on spermatozoa. The localization patterns of integrins on double stained spermatozoa were similar to the patterns described for single stained spermatozoa. The localization of fibronectin appeared to be influenced by the presence of integrins: the typical equatorial fibronectin band disappeared in case of an equatorial localization of integrins.

原发性肾紫癜诊治体会（附5例报告）

目的：探讨原发性肾紫癜的诊断和治疗。方法：总结1994～2001年收治经手术和病理证实的肾紫癜5例的临床资料，其中误诊肾盂肿瘤2例，肾结核1例，血尿查因疑肾紫癜2例。结果：5例均行肾脏切除，其中4例因短时内大量出血超过500ml而急诊行肾切除，包括疑肾紫癜还未用上激素治疗的2例。1例反复出血不能排除肿瘤而行肾切。结论：本病的术前诊断比较困难，应结合临床具体分析，尽可能早期用激素治疗以保存肾脏，只有在血尿严重，威胁生命或不排除恶性肿瘤时才考虑行肾切除。     

超声定量检查技术新进展

近年来，超声定量检查技术在临床的应用为心血管疾病患者的心功能评估提供了量化的依据，本文介绍了超声诊断仪的使用部分最新定量检查技术。     

腰椎间盘突出症患者手术前后血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的变化

目的　探讨血浆内皮素 (ET)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在腰椎间盘突出症(PLID)患者手术前后的变化及其意义。方法　采用放射免疫法检测 40例正常人及 40例患者手术前后的血浆CGRP及ET值。结果　 40例PLID患者术前血浆ET值明显高于正常对照组 ,术后ET值明显低于术前 (P <0 .0 1) ,但患者术后血浆ET值与正常对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。40例PLID患者术前血浆CGRP值与正常对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,40例PLID患者术后疼痛明显改善 ,且其血浆CGRP值明显高于术前及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。正常对照组ET与CGRP无明显相关 ,病组术前ET与CGRP呈正相关 ,而术后两者无明显相关。结论　ET与CGRP共同参与了PLID的发病过程 ,为探讨PLID保守治疗方法提供了依据。     

健康教育防制儿童营养性贫血的可行性研究

本文以大规模随机化人群实验,用铁剂治疗、铁剂预防和空白对照的方法论证了健康教育做为儿童营养性贫血防制对策与措施的可行性.结果证实健康教育与药物治疗相比前者具有受益人群广泛、发挥作用长效、预防病种广谱、投入少效益高和人群依从性好等优点,比传统的药物治疗和预防更有推广价值,对儿童营养性贫血和类似的儿童常见病的防制是经济、有效的措施.特别是对大规模的人群实施干预只有健康教育是可行的.在预防和治疗疾病过程中也应转变唯药物有效的观念,重视心理和行为的作用,对健康教育给予应有的重视.     

无毒棉籽液抗腹泻作用研究

通过对正常小鼠、生大黄致泻小鼠及脾虚小鼠的作用研究表明，无毒棉籽液有较好的抑制排便频度、治疗腹泻的作用．无毒棉籽液６ｇ／ｋｇ可极其显著地抑制正常小鼠的排便频度，无毒棉籽液６ｇ／ｋｇ和３ｇ／ｋｇ可极其显著地抑制生大黄致泻小鼠及脾虚小鼠的排便频度．６ｇ／ｋｇ无毒棉籽液且可极其显著地抑制正常小鼠及脾虚小鼠的小肠推进运动．     

Biochemical analysis of plasma-soluble invariant chains and their complex formation with soluble HLA-DR

The invariant chain (CD74) is preferentially localized in the cytoplasm and regulates the loading of exogenous derived peptides into HLA class II heterodimers. In addition, a small proportion of CD74:class II complexes is also expressed on the cell surface. We identified and quantified soluble CD74 (sCD74) molecules in the plasma and sCD74:sHLA-DR complexes by ELISA. EDTA plasma samples from 86 healthy probands were analyzed. sCD74 could be detected in all samples with a mean concentration of 1.14 relative units±1.04 SD (range 0.17-4.31). Approximately 10% of the samples had increased amounts of sCD74 (3.0 relative units). Complexes of sCD74 and sHLA-DR were detected in all samples and their quantities were positively correlated (r=0.83, p0.001) with the sCD74 concentrations. SDS-PAGE analysis of plasma samples with high sCD74 concentrations (3.0 relative units) revealed four isoforms of sCD74 with molecular weights of 45, 43, 35, 31 kDa corresponding to known sizes of intracellular CD74. However, only molecular weights of the 45 and 43 kDa isoforms of sCD74 are found complexed with sHLA-DR. Our data demonstrate, that CD74 molecules are present in their soluble form in the plasma of healthy probands and form complexes with soluble HLA-DR molecules.     

提高H2O2/甲酸体系选择性氧化抽提脱硫效率的研究

为了降低焦化蜡油(CGO)-甲酸／H2O2选择性氧化体系中H2O2的无效分解速度，屏蔽重金属离子对H2O2分解的催化效应，考察了造纸行业中常用的硅酸钠、硅酸镁和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)等稳定剂和螯合剂的加入对有机溶剂抽提后CGO中含硫量的影响。实验结果表明，EDTA可以很好地和重金属离子螯合，氧化后CGO抽余油中硫含量大幅降低。     

骨盆骨折槽型固定器的研制及临床应用——附62例临床分析

为解决骨盆不稳定性骨折固定难，易产生并发症的难题，结合骨盆的特征进行研究，设计出一种新型骨盆骨折固定器，经62例骨盆不稳定性骨折的治疗观察，随访6个月～2年零6个月，治疗前后X线检查及临床疗效评定：治愈50例，好转12例，认为该固定器设计合理，操作简便，固定牢靠，有加压、撑开、纠正旋转等多项功能结合干一体，仅通过四枚4mm螺纹针，穿入髂骨的髂前上棘处，是一种治疗骨盆不稳定性骨折比较新颖和理想的外固定器。
