目的 分析心理健康教育干预(抑制控制训练联合积极情绪训练)对大学生手机依赖的干预效果。方法 对河南省3所高校600名大学生采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表对其手机依赖情况进行调查,筛选存在手机依赖大学生随机分为对照组(66人)与观察组(67人),对照组给予抑制控制训练干预,观察组在此基础上联合积极情绪训练干预,比较2组干预前后手机依赖程度及心理健康状况的变化。结果 干预前2组手机成瘾量表评分、手机使用时间、心理弹性量表评分、认知情绪调节量表评分、抑制冲突效应量对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组手机成瘾量表评分(37.11±5.01)分,低于对照组的(41.25±6.33)分;观察组手机使用时间(2.72±0.71)h,低于对照组的(3.37±0.55)h;观察组认知情绪调节量表评分(88.79±5.66)分、心理弹性量表评分(76.63±3.97)分,高于对照组的(81.14±4.79)分、(71.75±4.55)分;观察组抑制冲突效应量(40.35±10.22)ms,低于对照组的(45.14±5.66)ms,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大学生手机成瘾倾向量表评分与认知情绪调节量表、心理弹性量表评分呈负相关(r=-0.397、-0.453,P<0.01),与冲突抑制效应量呈正相关(r=0.498,P<0.01)。结论 手机依赖直接影响大学生认知情绪调节及心理韧性;而以积极心理学为指导,开展抑制控制训练联合积极情绪训练,可减轻大学生手机依赖,提升认知情绪调节能力及心理韧性,改善自我控制能力,有助于促进其心理健康发展。  相似文献

非自杀性自伤(NSSI)在各国青少年群体中均有很高的发生率,且其发生率正逐年上升,已成为现阶段全球公认的影响青少年身心健康的重大公共卫生问题之一,备受国内外广大专家、学者的关注与重视。然而,其发生机制尚不明确,目前的研究也正处于初级阶段。据目前研究显示,NSSI的影响因素主要有个体因素、环境因素和神经生物学因素。家庭作为青少年成长过程中最重要的外部环境,在青少年身心发展中起着至关重要的作用。良好的家庭环境能在一定程度上预防和减少青少年NSSI等风险行为的发生, 并可能成为未来早期干预工作的一个重要途径。本文拟对近年来国内外相关文献进行综述,为下一步研究家庭因素对青少年NSSI行为的影响提供思路,同时为临床干预和治疗提供参考。  相似文献

Emotional eating is associated with an increased risk of binge eating, eating in the absence of hunger and obesity risk. While previous studies with children and adolescents suggest that emotion regulation may be a key predictor of this dysregulated eating behavior, little is known about what other factors may be influencing the link between emotional regulation and emotional eating in adolescence. This multi-method longitudinal study (n = 138) utilized linear regression models to examine associations between childhood emotion regulation, adolescent weight status and negative body image, and emotional eating at age 17. Emotion regulation predicted adolescent emotional eating and this link was moderated by weight status (β = 1.19, p < 0.01) and negative body image (β = −0.34, p < 0.01). Higher engagement in emotional eating was predicted by lower emotional regulation scores among normal-weight teens (β = −0.46, p < 0.001) but not among overweight/obese teens (β = 0.32, p > 0.10). Higher scores on emotion regulation were significantly associated with lower emotional eating at high (β = −1.59, p < 0.001) and low (β = −1.00, p < 0.01) levels of negative body image. Engagement in emotional eating was predicted by higher negative body image among overweight/obese teens only (β = 0.70, p < 0.001). Our findings show that while better childhood emotion regulation skills are associated with lower emotional eating, weight status and negative body image influence this link and should be considered as important foci in future interventions that aim to reduce emotional eating in adolescence.  相似文献

Although there is a large body of research connecting emotion to eating behaviors, little is known about the role of caregivers’ responses to children’s emotions in the context of child feeding. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relation between caregivers’ emotional responsiveness and feeding responsiveness. The mothers of 137 children between 2 and 6 years of age reported on their responses to children’s negative emotions using the Coping with Children’s Negative Emotions Scale and on their feeding practices using the Comprehensive Feeding Practices Questionnaire. The results showed that mothers’ supportive emotion responses (e.g., problem-focused, emotion-focused, and expressive encouragement reactions) tend to be positively associated with responsive feeding practices (e.g., encouraging, modelling, and teaching healthy food-related behaviors). Instead, mothers’ unsupportive responses (e.g., distress, punitive and minimization reactions) tend to be positively associated with nonresponsive feeding practices (e.g., food as reward or to regulate emotions, and pressure to eat) and negatively associated with responsive feeding practices. Our results suggest that emotional and feeding responsiveness may be intertwined and that differences in parent’s emotional responsiveness may translate into differences in their feeding styles, setting the stage for parents’ use of positive vs. negative feeding practices.  相似文献

Existing empirical evidence suggests that the prevalence of undernutrition in remote and poor, rural areas is still high among Chinese children. While evidence reveals that undernutrition may detrimentally affect child development, studies focusing on rural Chinese preschoolers are sparse. Using the baseline survey of a preschool’s free nutritious lunch pilot program, this study examined the relationship between child undernutrition and developmental outcomes among a preschool-aged sample in poor, rural areas of China. We conducted the baseline survey in Hunan province in south central China in September 2018. A total of 1293 preschoolers living in two (then) nationally designated poverty counties in rural Hunan served as our study sample. Children’s nutritional statuses were measured using height-for-age z-score, weight-for-age z-score, and anemia, while their cognitive and socio-emotional skills were assessed using the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI) and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), respectively. We find that 33% of sample preschoolers were anemic, whereas the incidences of stunting and wasting were 11% and 2%, respectively. About 54% of the sample children had delay in at least one of the developmental domains measured in this study. Our findings provide suggestive evidence supporting that children from certain backgrounds tend to experience worse nutritional and developmental outcomes than their counterparts. After controlling for socioeconomic status, we observed that both anemia and stunting were negatively associated with children’s cognitive performance; however, they were not associated with socio-emotional performance. As such, this study suggests that free lunch programs have the potential to change children’s developmental trajectory in preschool. We believe that our results will contribute to the debate surrounding whether the nutritious lunch program in China should be expanded to the preschool education level.  相似文献

The influence of dietary choline availability on cognition is currently being suggested by animal and human studies which have focused mainly on the early developmental stages. The aim of this review is to systematically search through the available rodent (rats and mice) research published during the last two decades that has assessed the effect of dietary choline interventions on cognition and related attentional and emotional processes for the entire life span. The review has been conducted according to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement guidelines covering peer-reviewed studies included in PubMed and Scopus databases. After excluding duplicates and applying the inclusion/exclusion criteria we have reviewed a total of 44 articles published in 25 journals with the contribution of 146 authors. The results are analyzed based on the timing and duration of the dietary intervention and the behavioral tests applied, amongst other variables. Overall, the available results provide compelling support for the relevance of dietary choline in cognition. The beneficial effects of choline supplementation is more evident in recognition rather than in spatial memory tasks when assessing nonpathological samples whilst these effects extend to other relational memory tasks in neuropathological models. However, the limited number of studies that have evaluated other cognitive functions suggest a wider range of potential effects. More research is needed to draw conclusions about the critical variables and the nature of the impact on specific cognitive processes. The results are discussed on the terms of the theoretical framework underlying the relationship between the brain systems and cognition.  相似文献

Summary The 2A-adrenoceptors in rat spleen, kidney, spinal cord and cerebral cortex were studied using [3H]-RX821002 radioligand binding. In the spleen, spinal cord and cerebral cortex, the ligand bound to saturable sites with a K d of about 1 nmol/l and capacities of 134, 240 and 290 fmol/mg protein, respectively. Computer modelling competition curves for 39 drugs, including those for 2A-, 2B- or 2C-adrenoceptor selective drugs, indicated that the sites labelled by [3H]-RX821002 in the spleen consisted of a single population of 2A-adrenoceptors. However, the competition curves for guanoxabenz were definitely biphasic and resolved into two site fits, indicating that guanoxabenz was binding to both high affinity (K d = 35 nmol/1) and low affinity (K d = 8900 nmol/1) 2A-adrenoceptor sites in the proportions 57% and 43%, respectively. The K d Sfor a number of 2-adrenoceptor subtype selective drugs, measured in competition with [3H]-RX821002 in cerebral cortex and spinal cord, were highly correlated with those obtained in the spleen indicating their 2A-adrenoceptor nature. However, by contrast to the results with the spleen, the guanoxabenz competition curves for the spinal cord and cerebral cortex were monophasic and resolved only into one site fits, the K d of guanoxabenz being about 4000 nmol/l for both tissues. Drug K d Sfor kidney 2A-adrenoceptors were also determined using [3H]-RX821002. For nearly all drugs tested, the K d Swere highly correlated with those found for the 2A-adrenoceptors in the other rat tissues. However, for guanoxabenz, the data indicated that it competed with [3H]-RX821002 at a single 2A-adrenoceptor site with a K d of 39 nmol/1. When the rat 2A-adrenoceptor gene RG20 was transiently expressed in COS-7 cells and its ligand binding properties probed using [3H]-RX821002, the drug K d Sobtained were also highly correlated with those found for the 2A-adrenoceptors in the spleen, cerebral cortex, spinal cord and kidney of the rat. For the RG20 encoded receptor, the guanoxabenz competition curves were steep and monophasic and modelled best into one site fits, with the Kd of guanoxabenz being 5200 nmol/1.It is suggested that guanoxabenz can differentiate between two forms of 2A-adrenoceptors in the rat: 2A1 and 2A2. The 2A1-form is present in the spleen and kidney where it shows a high apparent affinity for guanoxabenz. The 2A2-form shows a low apparent affinity for guanoxabenz and is present in the spleen, cerebal cortex and spinal cord. The 2A2-form of the rat 2-adrenoceptor appears to be encoded by the RG20 gene. The 2A, and 2A2-adrenoceptor forms do not represent high and low affinity receptor forms for agonists because assays included EDTA, Gpp(NH)p and Na+, which eliminated the high affinity receptors for agonists.  相似文献

目的探讨重度颅脑损伤病人康复期智力、记忆力及情感等方面的改变。②方法根据格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)所规定的等级,对41例重度颅脑损伤病人进行智力、记忆力能力测验,并与我国常模比较。③结果康复优良组病人的操作智商、语言商数均在正常范围。重残组75.0%的病人语言商数明显降低,36.8%轻残组病人和100%重残病人操作智商降低。④结论严重颅脑损伤病人存在着智力、记忆力和情感障碍,重度残疾病人以操作智商降低为主,康复优良病人常出现智力与记忆力缺陷。  相似文献

Laboratory and home dream recall was studied in four subjects with agenesis of the corpus callosum and in four control subjects who were matched for age, gender, and handedness. In addition, the structural and emotional content of home dreams was compared for these two groups. Results indicate that acallosal subjects recalled fewer dreams in the laboratory than did control subjects, but recalled the same number of dreams at home. They also reported more contentless dreams in both situations. Furthermore, although acallosal subjects used fewer words to describe their dream content in both contexts, the number of content categories they reported differed little from the number reported by control subjects. However, some trends were found for acallosal's home dreams to differ from those of controls, i.e. more dreams with known characters and fewer dreams with unknown characters, animals, and colours. Differences in emotional contents were few; acallosals reported more distress than controls. The shorter length of acallosals' dreams might be explained, in part, by their lower verbal IQs. Other characteristics of dream content (e.g. more distress, fewer dreams with unknown and animal characters) may reflect limited social experiences in this group. However, the greater frequency of contentless dreams and the lower frequency of dreams with colour are trends consistent with the possibility that the corpus callosum may be implicated in processes of dream production and dream recall.  相似文献
