护理干预对放疗科头颈部肿瘤放疗患者生活质量的影响

目的本文主要研究和探讨护理干预对放疗科头颈部肿瘤放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2017年2月份至2018年10月份收治的100例头颈部肿瘤放疗患者作为本次研究的对象,在随机原则的指导下把100例患者分为对照组和实验组,每组患者的数量为50例。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者实施护理干预,对两组患者的生活质量、睡眠质量、护理满意度和护理依从性等进行对比分析。结果在生活质量、睡眠质量、护理满意度和护理依从性等方面,组间进行对比分析,实验组都明显优于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者实施护理干预可以让患者的生活质量、睡眠质量、护理依从性以及护理满意度等都得到显著的改善,从而让患者以一种积极、乐观的心态接受放疗,这对于放疗效果的提高具有重要的作用。总之,这一护理模式应该在临床中进行推广和使用。     

Anatomically contoured large femoral heads can reduce iliopsoas impingement: A cadaver verification study

While use of large heads in total hip arthroplasty (THA) continues to grow, concerns have been raised regarding anterior hip pain resulting from impingement of the prosthetic head against soft-tissues like the iliopsoas. To address these concerns, a new anatomically contoured head (ACH) was developed. In this study cadaver tests were utilized to show that iliopsoas impingement/tenting caused by conventional heads is significantly relieved with the more rounded and reduced distal profile of the ACH. Thus, the ACH implant may be able to decrease the risk of soft-tissue impingement with conventional heads, particularly in the smaller hip.     

Arthrogram assisted reduction of radial neck fracture in a child with unossified radial head – A case report and review of literature

Radial neck fractures account for 1% of all paediatric fractures and constitute 5–10% of elbow injuries. Radial neck fractures rarely occur at age 2 or less. It is difficult to assess and reduce radial neck fractures in children with unossified radial head. We report a case of 2 years old female child presented to emergency with history of fall from stairs on an outstretched hand. Radiograph showed a metaphyseal spike in the proximal radius which prompted us to think of a radial neck fracture. Since the radial head was not ossified, the amount of displacement and angulation was not exactly quantifiable on radiographs only. Hence an arthrogram was planned. Intra operative use of radio opaque dye injection into elbow joint delineates the radial head and capitellum. It helps in identifying the fracture morphology and will also assist in reduction. We reduce radial head by K wire leverage technique and the intramedullary elastic titanium nail was added to assist in reduction and to improve fixation stability. We recommend arthrogram to be a safe and reliable option for proper assessment and reduction of radial neck fracture in an unossified radial head.     

临床护理路径用于ICU重症颅脑损伤患者护理中的价值

目的 探讨临床护理路径用于ICU重症颅脑损伤患者护理中的价值。方法 选择2017年11月～2018年10月进行ICU重症颅脑损伤治疗的患者100例作为对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在其基础上应用临床护理路径,15 d护理后比较患者依从性情况、对患者护理前后心理状态进行评分,对不良并发症产生情况进行比较。结果 观察组康复锻炼依从、按时用药依从及饮食依从高于对照组(P0.05)。护理前两组SDS与SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),护理后,观察组SDS与SAS评分低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组出现压疮、泌尿感染、以及发热的发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 将临床护理路径用于ICU重症颅脑损伤患者的护理中,提高了患者的护理依从性,减少了不良情绪以及不良并发症的产生,有助于患者整体治疗,值得推广应用。     

实体化创伤中心建设提升严重创伤救治能力

为明确实体化创伤中心建设对提升严重创伤救治能力的作用,笔者以兴义市创伤中心实体化建设后所取得的初步成效,从院内多学科团队建设及核心能力维护、创伤救治流程优化、创伤时间节点质量控制与持续改进等方面进行介绍,为实体化创伤中心建设提供借鉴和参考。
