目的 研究痤疮患者血清性激素水平与痤疮的关系。方法 对86例痤疮患者以放免法检测患者血清睾酮、卵泡刺激素(男性称精子生成素)、黄体生成素(男性称间质细胞刺激素)、孕酮和雌二醇;并对其中20例患者检测了泌乳素。结果 男性寻常痤疮、男和女聚合性痤疮和痤疮伴四肢或乳晕多毛(女性)63.89%患者血清睾酮增高,75%患者雌二醇增高;男性疮疮90.91%患者精子生成素低于正常。结论 血清性激素水平与痤疮类型有关,在痤疮的发生、发展和持续状态中起重要作用。 相似文献

Psoriasis is a common,chronic,recurrent inflammatory skin disorder whose etiology is still unknown.It is believed that a multiple-gene inheritance is involved and it also involves various factors such as immunity,inflammation,cell proliferation,apoptosis,neural media,etc.Since cytokines are key mediators in inflammation,a number of Chinese medicines(CMs)have been reported to have certain antagonist effects on pro-inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),platelet active factor(PAF)and interleukin-8(IL-8).Some researches on CMs have made significant breakthroughs in psoriasis by intervening with cytokines.Abnormalities with keratinocyte proliferation and apoptosis are considered to be present in patients with psoriasis and a number of studies show that the mechanism of CMs on psoriasis may be through the inhibition of the keratinocyte proliferation and induction of apoptosis.Other studies also show that the inhibition of fibroblast-secreted cytokines could regulate keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation and reduce the level of Calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in plasma and in lesions so as to slow down the process of inflammation and proliferation in psoriasis.The most commonly used models for psoriasis are the scaled tails or the vaginal epithelium of mice in China.They were used to observe the histopathological changes after the model mice were treated with CMs with the inhibition on the mitosis of vaginal epithelium or promotion of granular layer in rat tail taken as the indices of clinical efficacy.A variety of signs occur in psoriasis patients with TCM blood-stasis syndrome type and the effect of CMs in activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis on psoriasis suggested that the mechanism of CMs may be partially correlated to hemorrheology and microcirculation.Along with the continuous development of the biosciences,some TCM theories for psoriasis have been confirmed by laboratory studies.However,the exploration into traditional Chinese medicines'biomechanics in psoriasis and the therapeutic mechanism of CMs by integrative medicine still requires further studies. 相似文献

目的 研究一常染色体显性遗传寻常型鱼鳞病家系的致病基因。方法 采用基因组扫描方法,利用1号染色体上的微卫星标记对该家系进行连锁分析,然后对候选基因FLG的部分编码区及外显子与内含子交界处进行突变检测。结果 在D1S2696得到最大两点连锁LOD值3.46(0=0),单体型分析将疾病基因定位在D1S2726-D1S305之间约15cM范围内;在FLG基因的外显子非重复序列及部分重复序列未发现与疾病相关的突变。结论 该寻常型鱼鳞病家系的致病基因位于D1S2696附近,其致病基因可能是除FLG以外的其他基因。 相似文献

Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a potentially lethal mucocutaneous blistering disease characterized by IgG autoantibodies (AuAbs) binding to epidermal keratinocytes and inducing a devastating blistering disease affecting oral and/or esophageal surfaces and, sometimes, also the skin. Anti-keratinocyte AuAbs developed by the desmoglein (Dsg) 1/3 AuAb-negative acute PV patients are pathogenic, as they induced acantholysis and epidermal split in the experimental models of PV in vitro and in vivo. These PV patients have various combinations of AuAbs to keratinocyte muscarinic acetylcholine receptor subtype M3 (M3AR), the secretory pathway Ca2+/Mn2+-ATPase isoform 1 (SPCA1), and desmocollin 3 whose relative concentrations correlate with the disease activity. In this study, we identified new molecular mechanisms of the synergistic cooperation of AuAbs to M3AR and SPCA1 in inducing acantholysis in the anti-Dsg 1/3 AuAb-negative PV patients. Anti-M3AR AuAb was found to play an important role in determining the level of intraepidermal split just above the basal cells, caspase to mediate early pro-apoptotic events triggered by anti-SPCA1 AuAb, and the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) to contribute to the pathobiological actions of both anti-M3AR and anti-SPCA1 AuAbs. Altogether, these novel results support our original hypothesis that pemphigus acantholysis is a complex disease process (also known as apoptolysis) initiated by AuAbs directed against different keratinocyte proteins that play important roles in supporting cell viability and regulating vital cell functions. 相似文献

ABSTRACTWe investigated the effect of aqueous extract of Sanguisorba officinalis L.(Rosaceae) root (SOAE) on the immediate-type allergic reactions in vivo and in vitro. SOAE (0.01 to 1 g/kg) inhibited systemic allergic reaction induced by compound 48/80. When SOAE was employed in a systemic allergic reaction test, the plasma histamine levels were reduced in a dose-dependent manner. SOAE (0.001 to 1 g/kg) dose-dependently inhibited passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) activated by anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgE. SOAE (0.001 to 1 mg/mL) also dose-dependently inhibited the histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) activated by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. The level of cyclic AMP (cAMP) in RPMC, When SOAE was added, significantly increased compared with that of normal control. Moreover, SOAE (0.01 to 1 mg/mL) had a significant inhibitory effect on anti-DNP IgE-induced tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) production. These results suggest that SOAE may be beneficial in the regulation of immediate-type allergic reaction. 相似文献

目的 观察415 nm蓝光联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法 选取武警湖北总队医院2019-03至2020-09轻中度寻常性痤疮90例,随机分为3组,每组30例。联合组同时予415 nm蓝光照射联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用;蓝光组和药物组分别予415 nm蓝光照射和5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用。3组均在治疗8周后判定疗效。结果 治疗8周后联合组有效率为83.3%。蓝光组和药物组有效率分别为30%和56.7%,与联合组有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义。治疗过程中不良反应少见且患者均可耐受。结论 415 nm蓝光联合5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮疗效显著,不良反应少。 相似文献

Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare, potentially life threatening, and aggressive form of psoriasis, which is characterized by sudden onset with repeated episodic skin inflammation leading to pustule formation. Familial GPP is known to be caused by recessively inherited mutations in the IL36RN gene, which encodes interleukin 36 receptor antagonist (IL‐36Ra). In this article, we performed mutation analysis of the IL36RN gene in 14 Japanese patients with GPP, and identified mutations in two of these patients analyzed. One patient was compound heterozygous for mutations c.115+6T>C and c.368C>G (p.Thr123Arg), whereas the other carried compound heterozygous mutations c.28C>T (p.Arg10*) and c.115+6T>C in the IL36RN gene. Expression studies using total RNA from the patients’ skin revealed that the mutation c.115+6T>C resulted in skipping of exon 3, leading to a frameshift and a premature termination codon (p.Arg10Argfs*1). The protein structure analysis suggested that the missense mutation p.Thr123Arg caused misfolding and instability of IL‐36Ra protein. In vitro studies in cultured cells showed impaired expression of the p.Thr123Arg mutant IL‐36Ra protein, which failed to antagonize the IL‐36 signaling pathway. Our data further underscore the critical role of IL36RN in pathogenesis of GPP. 相似文献

目的:观察复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏与他卡西醇软膏联合治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法将112例寻常型银屑病患者按照随机数字法分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏,研究组给予复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏及他卡西醇软膏联合治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组有效率为91.1%,明显高于对照组71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的上肢、躯干和下肢的靶损害部位评分较治疗前有明显改善,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率为1.8%、3.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏与他卡西醇软膏联合治疗寻常型银屑病效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床应用。 相似文献
