多相材料凝胶注模成型时的关键问题是制备出混合均匀的稳定悬浮液,本实验主要研究了pH值、分散剂加入量对于悬浮液稳定性的影响,初步探索了羟基磷灰石(HAP)/氧化锆(TZP)复相陶瓷的凝胶注模成型条件。结果显示:TZP在复合材料中分散均匀,并对基体起到一定的增强作用;其增韧机制主要是纳米颗粒细化晶粒增韧和相变增韧。  相似文献

C/C复合材料表面等离子喷涂HA涂层在SBF中的试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 探讨不同模拟体液对HA涂层体外生物学行为的影响。方法采用等离子体喷涂法,在碳/碳复合材料表面制备HA涂层,并对涂层进行了热处理。利用X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction)、扫描电子显微镜(Scanning electron microscopy)等检测手段,分析该涂层的物相和形貌,观察HA涂层在模拟体液中的影响。结果XRD检测结果表明,在模拟体液浸泡过程中,涂层的主要组成相的相对含量和结晶度不断发生变化。由SEM分析结果可知,在浸泡过程中,内送粉方式下制得的HA涂层的表面沉积物呈现近似网状的结构。同时,在Ringer溶液中,可以观察到HA涂层溶解痕迹。结论通过适当的热处理可以恢复HA的结构完整性,同时提高涂层的结晶度。  相似文献

To examine whether sodium reabsorption in the thick ascending limb of Henle's loop (TALH) in the dog kidney has a passive component, the ratios between reductions in sodium reabsorption and oxygen consumption (ΔNa/ΔQo 2 ratio) were measured by inhibiting tubular transport with bumetanide (30 μg kg-1) and ouabain (120 ng kg-1 intrarenally). Clearance studies were performed in volume expanded dogs treated with acetazolamide (100 mg kg-1) or maleate (400 mg kg-1). In five acetazolamide-treated dogs, bumetanide gave a ΔNa/ΔQo 2 ratio of 29.9±2.5, whereas the combination of bumetanide and ouabain gave 19.0±0.6. When ouabain was given before bumetanide, ouabain gave a ΔNa/ΔQo 2 ratio of 19.2±1.1 and the combination gave 19.9±1.2. In the maleate-treated dogs, bumetanide gave a ΔNa/Qo 2 ratio 30.3±1.7, and the combination of bumetanide and ouabain gave 27.1±1.5. To localize the metabolic effect of bumetanide and ouabain, local heat production was measured at 18 places in four kidneys with copper-constantan thermocouples. Bumetanide reduced metabolic rate in the outer medulla by 51±4%, and in the cortex by 16±6%. Subsequent infusion of ouabain reduced metabolic rate in the outer medulla by only 9±3%, whereas cortical metabolism was reduced by 33±4%. The results show that bumetanide mainly acts in the outer medullar where TALH is located, whereas the additional effect of ouabain is mainly located in cortical segment of the nephron including the proximal tubules. Bumetanide inhibits the reabsorption of 30 mol sodium for each mole oxygen consumed, which show that for each 18 mol sodium that are transported through the cells in the TALH in dog kidneys, 12 mol (40%) are transported along the paracellular route without additional requirement of energy.  相似文献

S-Vinyl monomers react readily in radical polymerizations resulting in polymers with interesting features such as enhanced refractive indices, increased thermal stability, or the ability to coordinate various metals. Among them, vinyl mercaptoethanol (VME) can be produced in industrial scale, but the poor solubility of the resulting homopolymer limits its application. In this contribution, polymerizations of the monomer are investigated in water forming a heterogeneous system. The good solubility of the monomer in water imparts the system with mixed characteristics between a precipitation and an emulsion polymerization. Evaluating various surfactants, only polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is found to create stable dispersions, although micrometer-sized particles are formed with a broad size distribution. Nevertheless, the particles are able to coordinate silver or gold ions. Attempts to reduce the noble metal ions by commercial reducing agents fail. However, exposure to sunlight unexpectedly results in a controlled reduction of the metal ions and the formation of composite particles. Silver ion-containing dispersions demonstrate strong antibacterial properties, while the effect is diminished in the corresponding composite. Overall, the precipitation/emulsion polymerization of VME represents a promising pathway to stable sulfur-rich polymer dispersions with the ability to coordinate metal ions or form reactive metal composites.  相似文献

This study aimed to clarify the histological alterations following fine-needle aspiration for parathyroid adenoma and discuss the occurrence of diagnostic problems. Among the 392 patients with parathyroid adenoma who underwent resection, fine-needle aspiration was performed for 21 (5.1%) parathyroid adenoma nodules. Histological findings that were significantly more frequent in cases that underwent fine-needle aspiration were considered histological alterations following fine-needle aspiration for parathyroid adenoma, including the following six findings: thick fibrous capsule (71.4%), multilayered fibrous capsules (14.3%), capsular pseudo-invasion (42.9%), fibrous bands (57.1%), hemosiderin deposition (14.3%), and tumor implantation (14.3%). Eighteen parathyroid adenoma nodules (85.7%) exhibited one or more of the six findings. Tumor cells and adipocytes entrapped within the thick fibrous capsule were occasionally observed. The fibrous bands were frequently connected to the thick fibrous capsule. The number of passes, duration between fine-needle aspiration and resection, tumor size, and purpose of fine-needle aspiration were not related to the incidence of histological findings. Because of the histological alterations following fine-needle aspiration for parathyroid adenoma that can be easily mistaken for signs of atypical adenoma or parathyroid carcinoma, we recommend that the six findings be excluded from pathological findings indicating atypical adenoma or parathyroid carcinoma in patients with preoperative fine-needle aspiration.  相似文献

Areflexic quadriplegia that occurs in the intensive care unit (ICU) is commonly ascribed to critical illness polyneuropathy based upon electrophysiology or muscle light microscopy. However, electron microscopy often documents a selective thick filament loss myopathy. Eight ICU patients who developed areflexic quadriplegia underwent biopsy. Seven patients had received steroids, and 2 had also received paralytic agents. Electrodiagnostic studies revealed absent or low-amplitude motor responses in 7. Sensory responses were normal in 5 of 6 and absent in 1. Initial electromyography revealed absent (n = 3), small (n = 3), or polyphasic (n = 1) motor unit potentials, and diffuse fibrillation potentials (n = 5). In all 8, light microscopy of muscle revealed numerous atrophic-angulated fibers and corelike lesions, and electron microscopy revealed extensive thick filament loss. Morphology of sural and intramuscular nerves, and, in one autopsied case, of the obturator nerve and multiple nerve roots, was normal. Although clinical, electrodiagnostic, and light microscopic features mimicked denervating disease, muscle electron microscopy revealed thick filament loss, and nerve histology was normal. This suggests that areflexic ICU quadriplegia is a primary myopathy and not an axonal polyneuropathy.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility to reinforce the mechanically interlocked veneer of a porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crown by woven glass fibre. A simulated situation to repair a fractured porcelain veneer was used in the experimental test set-up. A brass jig made into the shape of a framework of PFM maxillary central incisor crown with a retentive area at the palatal side of the incisal edge was used. A veneer were made with a restorative hybrid composite on the brass jig (control group). In the test groups, one or two layers of woven polymer pre-impregnated glass fibres (thickness: 0.06 mm/layer) were used by pressing the fibre weaves to the surface of the brass jig. Restorative hybrid composite was applied on the glass fibre weaves. Five veneers were made for all groups and the veneers were not cemented on the test jig. The veneers were loaded from the incisal edge until fracture occurred. The force was measured simultaneously with an acoustic emission analysis (AE) of the fracture propagation. Fracture force values for control veneers were 121 N and for those reinforced with one layer of glass fibres 399 N and for those reinforced with two layers of glass fibres 744 N ANOVA revealed significant difference between the mean values (P=0.003). The AE analysis showed different fracture propagation for the unreinforced and glass fibre reinforced veneers. The results of this study suggests that by placing two layers of woven glass fibres on the retentively shaped metal framework of the PFM crown before applying the restorative composite, considerably higher fracture resistance for the veneer could be obtained.  相似文献

The purpose of this research was to determine the depth of cure of light-activated composites in relation with different clinically relevant parameters. A Raman spectroscopic method has been used. The measurement of cure is made on a relative basis by comparing the vibration band of the residual unpolymerized methacrylate C=C bond at 1640 cm-1 against the aromatic C=C stretching band at 1610 cm-1 used as an internal standard. The information gained draw attention to the importance of light transmission during the exposure. The influence of sample's thickness on the depth of cure is illustrated by a second order polynomial regression. The shade and translucency of the resin composite also modify the light transmission and thus have a significant influence on the degree of conversion. Moreover the light-source intensity and the distance from the curing tip are important parameters of influence. A significant reduction of the depth of cure is observed for all sample thickness of resin composite tested when using a light device with an intensity of 300 mW cm-2 as well as using a distance from the curing tip higher than 20 mm.  相似文献

目的 为提高湖北省基层血防专业技术人员血吸虫病检测检验能力,保证血吸虫病查病工作质量.方法 对湖北省21个疫区县(市、区)全年血清学、病原学检测质量进行考核.结果 抽查21个流行村,共复核血清样本9 342份,总符合率98.58%,总误检率为0.94%,总漏检率为8.87%,本地检测结果与复核结果差异有统计学意义(x2 =7.226,P<0.01).抽查13个流行村296份阳性血清,样本滴度≥1∶80的占检测总数的17.50%,垸内型、垸外洲滩型和丘陵型3类地区阳性血清样本滴度分布均无统计学意义(x2=19.79,P=0.071).抽查了15个监测点的Kato-Katz片,共复核316张,其中阳性片23张,阴性片293张,总符合率100.00%;结论 血清学、Kato-Katz片总体符合率较高;漏检率较高的原因有血清样本保存不规范和检测人员对弱阳判断存在误差;各地区需要对IHA高滴度人群进行监测与管理,要继续加强专业人才队伍建设.  相似文献

Polysulfone (PSF) microcapsules containing lubricant oil have been successfully prepared using solvent evaporation method. The results show that lubricant oil was successfully encapsulated and the encapsulation capacity of about 56.0?wt.% was achieved. The uniform microcapsules have nearly spherical shape and quite smooth outer surface. The mean diameter is approximately 156 and 169?μm by using different dispersant solutions. The wall material is porous in structure with wall thickness of about 20?μm. The initial decomposition temperature of PSF is 480?°C. It is higher than traditional poly(urea-formaldehyde) (PUF) and poly(melamine-formaldehyde) (PMF) wall materials with 245?°C and 260?°C initial decomposition temperature, respectively. High thermal stability of PSF microcapsules can be considered as additives in high temperature resistant polymer materials. The frictional coefficient and wear rate of epoxy composites decreased significantly by incorporating microcapsules containing lubricant oil into epoxy. When the concentration of microcapsules was 25?wt.%, the frictional coefficient and specific wear rate were reduced by 2.3 and 18.3 times, respectively, as compared to the neat epoxy.  相似文献
