亚硝酸根与中性红显色反应的分光光度研究及其分析应用

本文研究了亚硝酸根与中性红显色反应的条件。在0.09～0.4mol/L HCl介质中,亚硝酸根与中性红生成紫蓝色化合物,其最大吸收峰位于535nm处,反应灵敏(∑_(645)nm=7.40×10~3和9.81×10~3L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),选择性好。亚硝酸根含量在0～5μg/25ml及5～25μg/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律。本法曾用于水、土壤及蔬菜中微量亚硝酸根的测定获得满意的结果。     

成人全唾液与血浆中醛固酮含量测定

本文采用直接放射免疫测定法,固定条件,按标准程序测得30名正常成人全唾液及血浆中的醛固酮(Aldosterone,Aldo)浓度。均值唾液为6.6±1.9nmol/L,血浆为32.5±8.0nmol/L,两者呈平行关系(r=0.4,P<0.05,=11.29+0.79X),浓度比平均为20.2％。结果进一步证实唾液作为临床测定Aldo标本的有效性与实用性,有助于对一些全身及口腔疾病进行诊断及估计预后,并可据以评价皮质类固醇治疗效果及用药的合理性。     

Active surfactant in pharyngeal aspirates of term neonates: lipid biochemistry and surface tension function

Alveolar surfactant is well known for its ability to reduce minimal surface tension at the alveolar air–liquid interface to values below 5 mN m^?1. In addition, it has been suggested that surfactant is also present in the airways, particularly in the perinatal period. We isolated surfactant from pharyngeal aspirates obtained from 33 neonates immediately after delivery and analysed it for both phospholipid (PL) composition and surface tension function. PL classes and phosphatidylcholine (PC) molecular species were determined by normal and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), respectively. Static and dynamic surface properties of the surfactant were studied in a pulsating bubble surfactometer. Sample volume was 1.3 ± 0.5 mL (mean ± SD) with a total amount of 2.5 ± 1.3 μmol of PL and a concentration of 2.1 ± 1.0 μmol mL^?1 PL. HPLC analyses of PL classes revealed a composition identical with surfactant prepared from alveolar washes, i.e. PC 83.6 ± 2.1%, sphingomyelin 1.4 ± 0.5%, phosphatidylglycerol 8.1 ± 1.6%, phosphatidylethanolamine 2.1 ± 0.5% and phosphatidylinositol 2.6 ± 1.1%. Thin-layer chromatography showed almost identical results but was more time-consuming and needed more material for analysis. Analysis of PC molecular species revealed a composition typical of human alveolar surfactant with 54.7 ± 3.9% dipalmitoyl PC, 10.3 ± 1.9% palmitoyloleoyl PC and 9.1 ± 1.5% palmitoylmyristoyl PC. Minimal surface tension fell to values below 5 mN m^?1 within 5 min of cycling in all subjects. The methods used in this study allowed for complete PL and surface tension analyses of surfactant obtained during routine pharyngeal suctioning after delivery at term. Whether they are also applicable to preterm neonates with respiratory distress remains to be determined.     

微量尿和血清样品中氟的测定方法研究

本研究利用改进的氟测定方法，测定尿和血清样品中氟离子的含量。结果表明，该方法样品用且少，线性响应范围、精密度、回收率和重现性等指标均符合方法学的要求，与常规法比较，显示测定结果间无显著性差异。可广泛使用于要求高、样品量少的生物材料氟检测。     

ATP片剂的UV—HPLC测定

采用ＵＶ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定ＡＴＰ片剂的含量，较地方标准收载的方法方便易行，重现性好。测定的回收率为１００．８±１．５％。     

头孢克洛在健康人体内的药物动力学研究

采用ＨＰＬＣ测定健康志愿者血浆中头孢克洛的浓度。方法简便快速，结果准确。平均回收率为１０２．１８±４．０１％，日间及日内ＲＳＤ均小于６％。血药浓度－时间曲线符合一室模型。     

Attenuation of myocardial injury due to oxygen free radicals(OFR) by pretreatment with OFR or calcitonin gene-related peptide

目的：研究氧自由基（ＯＦＲ）及降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）预处置对ＯＦＲ所致离体大鼠心脏损伤的拮抗作用．方法：Ｌａｎｇｅｎｄｏｒｆ法灌流心脏，电解ＫＨ液产生ＯＦＲ．结果：ＣＧＲＰ或ＯＦＲ预处置减轻ＯＦＲ所致心脏收缩功能下降，冠脉流量减少和肌酸激酶（ＣＫ）释放增加．蛋白激酶Ｃ（ＰＫＣ）抑制剂Ｈ７可取消ＯＦＲ预处置的心脏保护作用（对照组，ＯＦＲ损伤组，ＯＦＲ预处置组，Ｈ７加ＯＦＲ预处置组及Ｈ７组的ＣＫ释放量分别是１１０±７，２１５±２３，１６９±１４，２４０±３０，１１３±１９Ｕ·Ｌ－１）．结论：ＯＦＲ或ＣＧＲＰ预处置对ＯＦＲ所致心肌损伤具有拮抗作用，该作用与ＰＫＣ激活有关．     

The Bactrocera tryoni homologue of the Drosophila melanogaster sex-determination gene doublesex

A homologue of the bifunctional sex-determining gene, doublesex (dsx), has been identified in the tephritid fruit fly, Bactrocera tryoni, and has been found to be expressed in a sex-specific manner in adult flies. The male- and female-specific cDNAs are identical at their 5′ ends but differ at their 3′ ends and appear to be the products of alternate splicing. The level of identity of the sex-specific DSX proteins of B. tryoni with the D. melanogaster DSX proteins, across the region corresponding to the DNA binding domain and the oligomerization domains, is greater than 85%. Four sequence motifs which are ten to thirteen bases identical to the TRA/TRA-2 binding sites (thirteen-nucleotide repeat sequences) are present in the female-specific exon of the B. tryoni dsx gene.     

葡萄糖酸锌糖浆的制备与含量测定方法

本文报告了葡萄糖酸锌糖浆的制法及用二甲橙指示剂法测定含量的方法。结果表明制法简便,含量测定方法准确。     

东北边境地区吸血蠓的调查研究

1980～1988年在东北边境的漠河、珲春县等10个县区采获吸血蠓2属37种,其中发现4个新种和4个国内新记录。不显库蠓(35.7％)和刺螯库蠓(34.9％)为优势蠓种。不同生境、场所和季节的蠓种组成有所不同。灰黑库蠓、淡角库蠓和端斑库蠓在整个活动季节均只出现一次高峰,而不显库蠓、刺螫库蠓和兴安库蠓在整个活动季节均出现两次高峰。刺螫库蠓的活动季节最长,为11旬,端斑库蠓最短,仅为5旬。刺螫库蠓、不显库蠓、兴安库蠓和灰黑库蠓在昼夜24小时均出现晨、昏两次活动高峰,而边缘库蠓只在凌晨出现一次晨峰。
