目的 研究球扩式主动脉瓣膜支架植入后的抗迁移力学行为。 方法 建立球扩式瓣膜支架介入主动脉瓣膜后的抗迁移力学模型,采用数值模拟方法研究不同瓣环椭圆率、摩擦因数、瓣膜支架材料及自体瓣叶钙化情况对瓣膜支架抗迁移力的影响规律。 结果 当主动脉瓣环椭圆率为 0. 2、0. 3、0. 4、0. 5 时,对应的最大抗迁移力分别为12. 37、10. 94、8. 50、4. 75 N;当摩擦因数为 0. 1、0. 2、0. 3 时,瓣膜支架的最大抗迁移力分别为 8. 98、11. 00、13. 10 N;L605 钴铬合金制成的瓣膜支架的锚定性要优于 316L 不锈钢制成瓣膜支架的锚定性,其对应的最大抗迁移力分别为 13. 10、9. 82 N;当自体瓣叶发生钙化时,最大抗迁移力为 13. 1 N,而未钙化时最大抗迁移力仅为 5. 51 N,相比而言降低了 57. 9% 。 结论 随着主动脉瓣瓣环椭圆率不断增大,瓣膜支架的锚定性逐渐降低;随着瓣膜支架与组织间的摩擦因数不断增大,最大抗迁移力也不断增大;L605 钴铬合金制成的瓣膜支架比 316L 不锈钢制成瓣膜支架的锚定性能优异;瓣膜发生钙化情况下瓣膜支架的锚定性要优于未发生钙化时的锚定性。 研究结果为抗迁移瓣膜支架的结构设计和临床选择提供重要的科学依据。  相似文献

For the Honghe Bridge project located in Yunnan Province, Southwest China, a steel/ultrahigh-performance concrete (UHPC) composite deck is used in the suspension bridge with a 700 m main span, and the steel stud connectors are used in the 50 mm–thick UHPC layer. To investigate the shrinkage behavior of UHPC and the relevant influence, the in situ time-dependent strain is measured continuously, and within the 20-day curing time, the material behavior is summarized based on test results. This paper proposes a prediction model for UHPC shrinkage which is refined from the widely used B3 model for normal concrete material, and the parameter values are modified and optimized by experimental comparison. Combining the numerical model and the finite element analysis model of the composite deck, the detailed mechanical state in structural parts is studied. For the practical construction, the simulation results indicate that the small thickness of UHPC above the stud and weak bond strength can influence the eventual structural performance greatly. In the discussion of stress distribution at different locations of the deck, the potential crack on the edge and the corner of the UHPC–steel interface and the mechanical damage on the stud connector around are also indicated.  相似文献

The problem of diffusion-controlled growth following an instantaneous nucleation event was studied within the framework of a new numerical model, considering the spatial distribution of hemispherical nuclei on the electrode surface and the mutual influence of growing nuclei via the collision of 3D diffusion fields. The simulation of the diffusion-controlled growth of hexagonal and random ensembles was performed at the overpotential-dependent number density of nuclei. The diffusion flow to each nucleus within a random ensemble was simulated by the finite difference method using the derived analytical expressions for the surface areas and the volumes formed at the intersection of 3D diffusion fields with the side faces of a virtual right prism with a Voronoi polygon base. The implementation of this approach provides an accurate calculation of concentration profiles, time dependences of the size of nuclei, and current transients. The results, including total current density transients, growth exponents, and nucleus size distribution, were compared with models developed within the concept of planar diffusion zones, the mean-field approximation and the Brownian dynamics simulation method, as well as with experimental data from the literature. The prospects of the model for studying the initial stages of electrocrystallization were discussed.  相似文献

为探索蛋白质在膜表面的吸附特性以及蛋白质存在的溶液环境对小檗碱膜透过行为的影响,以蛋白质、小檗碱为研究对象,配制模拟溶液,通过低场核磁共振技术、静态吸附实验以及膜分离实验探究蛋白质与陶瓷膜、小檗碱之间可能存在的相互作用,以蛋白质静态吸附量、膜过程相对通量、蛋白质截留率、小檗碱透过率及两者的吸附率为评价指标,同时测定膜过程中膜污染阻力分布、过膜前后粒径分布变化及膜表面电镜扫描(SEM),研究蛋白质在陶瓷膜上的吸附特性及对小檗碱膜过程的影响。结果表明,陶瓷膜对蛋白质具有吸附作用,且吸附模型符合Langmuir吸附模型,在模拟溶液的膜分离过程中,蛋白质是引起膜污染的主要因素,但在1 g·L~(-1)蛋白质的浓度下,蛋白质的存在对小檗碱的膜过程没有显著影响。  相似文献

Objective

To determine the value of using the Roter Interaction Analysis System during objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs) to assess pharmacy students'' communication competence.

Methods

As pharmacy students completed a clinical OSCE involving an interview with a simulated patient, 3 experts used a global rating scale to assess students'' overall performance in the interview, and both the student''s and patient''s languages were coded using the Roter Interaction Analysis System (RIAS). The coders recorded the number of utterances (ie, units of spoken language) in each RIAS category. Correlations between the raters'' scores and the number and types of utterances were examined.

Results

There was a significant correlation between students'' global rating scores on the OSCE and the number of utterances in the RIAS socio-emotional category but not the RIAS business category.

Conclusions

The RIAS proved to be a useful tool for assessing the socio-emotional aspect of students'' interview skills.  相似文献

In this study, the phase-structure and rheological response-behavior of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs) modified asphalt-binder (MWCNTs-MA) were measured and quantified in the laboratory. The changes in the molecular dynamics due to MWCNTs modification were simulated and quantified based on the intermolecular interaction energy computations, electrostatic potential surface analyses and phase-structure modeling of the asphalt-binder matrix. The rheological properties such as the asphalt-binder viscosity and complex modulus, of both the base and modified asphalt-binders, were determined using the standard Brookfield viscometer (BV) and dynamic shear rheology (DSR) test devices, respectively. In comparison to the base asphalt-binder, the corresponding BV-DSR test results exhibited higher viscosity and complex modulus for the MWCNTs modified asphalt-binder, with reduced sensitivity and susceptibility to temperature variations. From the study results, it was observed that MWCNTs significantly improved the rheological properties and high-temperature performance of the asphalt-binder. Overall, the study has demonstrated that MWCNT modified asphalt-binder has great promising potential for application and usage as a road-pavement material, particularly with respect to mitigating the high temperature related distresses such as rutting.  相似文献

The dosimetric effect of set-up error in boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) for head and neck cancer remains unclear. In this study, we analyzed the tendency of dose error by treatment location when simulating the set-up error of patients. We also determined the tolerance level of the set-up error in BNCT for head and neck cancer. As a method, the distal direction was shifted with an interval of 2.5 mm, from 0.0 mm to +20.0 mm and compared with the dose at the reference position. Similarly, the horizontal direction and vertical direction were shifted, with an interval of 5.0 mm, from −20.0 mm to +20.0 mm. In addition, cases with 3.0 mm and 5.0 mm simultaneous shifts in all directions were analyzed as the worst-case scenario. The dose metrics of the minimum dose of the tumor and the maximum dose of the mucosa were evaluated. From unidirectional set-up error analysis, in most cases, the set-up errors with dose errors within ±5% were Δdistal < +2.5 mm, Δhorizontal < ±5.0 mm and Δvertical < ±5.0 mm. In the simulation of 3.0 mm shifts in all directions, the errors in the minimum tumor dose and maximum mucosal dose were −3.6% ±1.4% (range, −5.4% to −0.6%) and 2% ±1.4% (range, 0.4% to 4.5%), respectively. From these results, if the set-up error was within ±3.0 mm in each direction, the dose errors of the tumor and mucosa could be suppressed within approximately ±5%, which is suggested as a tolerance level.  相似文献

目的 建立虚拟组织切片的体视学模型,并以软件系统作为实现手段,模拟虚拟切片过程,为体视学的理论提供一个客观实证工具.方法 以数学手段描述组织切片可能出现的二维形态特征,模拟切片过程,将所得到的数据进行数值分析,与经验公式进行了拟合比较.结果 基于此算法可实现虚拟随机模拟切片,经拟合优度检验数据分布的均匀性检验通过率达94.5%以上.独立性检验通过率达92%以上.且均符合正态性要求.经线性和曲线拟合能够得到与经验公式相一致的体视学参数相关关系.结论 本文所述算法具有可行性,可以反映数值模拟结果的正确性.  相似文献
