目的:研究一种微波辅助的聚苯乙烯树脂聚乙二醇(PEG)化的方法。方法使用PEG 200对市售Merrifield树脂进行修饰,尝试了不同条件下PEG化的效率。使用自行制备的PEG化树脂进一步衍生化,并进行氨基酸的负载,与市售王树脂进行比对。结果优选出了一套较为合适的反应参数,使用5 g树脂,50 ml PEG 200,微波功率600 W,预设温度170℃,照射15 min,共2次,获得了接近90%的负载率。衍生化得到PEG化王树脂后与氨基酸进行缩合,获得了令人满意的产率。结论本文首次报道了多模微波装置辅助的聚苯乙烯树脂PEG化,该方法操作简单,制备快速,条件温和,产率满意,远远优于传统制备方法。 相似文献

目的 探讨微波联合天麻素对梅尼埃病的临床疗效及对纯音测听能力恢复的影响.方法 选择梅尼埃病患者180例,根据随机数字表分为长春西汀组、天麻素组以及联合组(长春西汀+天麻素),观察治疗前后眩晕评分情况、生活质量结果.结果 联合组总有效率90.0%,高于长春西汀组的66.7%及天麻素组的71.7%(P <0.05);3组治疗1个月后随访眩晕评分与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组在治疗1周及1个月后随访均优于其他2组(P<0.05);3组治疗后1个月随访患者生活质量评分与治疗前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组在治疗1周及1个月后随访均优于其他2组(P<0.05).结论 微波结合长春西汀、天麻素对于梅尼埃病患者的纯音测听能力的恢复、眩晕症状具有明显的改善作用. 相似文献

目的:评价内镜下三联疗法治疗进展期食管贲门胃底癌疗效。方法:采用内镜下三联疗法(包括激光光动力学疗法、微波和局部注射化疗药物)。根据癌肿的类型、病变范围的不同有区别地采用内镜下三联疗法进行治疗。结果:采用内镜下三联疗法共治疗53例病人,并对其中33例进行了随访,近期疗效为:CR25例,PR8例,无无效者。通过15个月随访,3个月生存率为8484%,6个月生存率为6061%(其中包括6例仍存活,随访时间达6—10个月)。全部病人均未发生毒性反应和并发症。结论:从近期疗效及15个月随访看出内镜下三联疗法是一种科学、有效、安全的方法 相似文献

Endocannabinoids, anandamide (AEA) and 2‐arachidonoylglycerol (2‐AG), are endogenous lipids that activate cannabinoid receptors. Activation of these receptors produces anti‐inflammatory and analgesic effects. Fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) is a membrane enzyme that hydrolases endocannabinoids; thus, inhibition of FAAH represents an attractive approach to develop new therapeutics for treating inflammation and pain. Previously, potent rat FAAH inhibitors containing 2‐naphthyl‐ and 4‐phenylthiazole scaffolds were identified, but up to the present time, very little structure–activity relationship studies have been performed on these moieties. We designed and synthesized several analogs containing these structural motifs and evaluated their inhibition potencies against human FAAH enzyme. In addition, we built and validated a homology model of human FAAH enzyme and performed docking experiments. We identified several inhibitors in the low nanomolar range and calculated their ADME predicted values. These FAAH inhibitors represent promising drug candidates for future preclinical in vivo studies. 相似文献

AbstractToluidine blue stain has been widely used for staining undecalcified bone sections, but previous techniques required removal of embedding plastic or surface etching with both alcohol and acid solutions. In this study, solutions of toluidine blue at different pHs were used to stain unetched and acidetched sections. A group of the test staining solutions were heated in an effort to enhance section staining. Acid-etching prior to staining was found to be necessary to achieve bone matrix staining, but methanol etching could be eliminated if staining solutions were heated to 55–60°C. AbstractAn alternative to picric acid as a mordant in the staining of cytoplasm, keratin, muscle fibers, and intercellular fibers in the Masson trichrome stain is a citrate acid-sodium citrate buffer used as the microwave pretreatment of the tissue mounted on a slide. The Masson trichrome stain, a combination of Biebrich scarlet-acid fuchsin and aniline blue dye can be done within 1 hr and avoids the hazards associated with picric acid, a highly explosive compound in the dry state. AbstractThe reported paper presents the development of a microwave sensor with a resonant frequency 2.4?GHz. The sensor is also demonstrated in vitro to investigate the variation in its response as a function of glucose concentration. The sensor could be used for the monitoring of blood glucose level in diabetics through non-invasive technology. The approach followed is based on the notion that, change in glucose concentration in the blood affects dielectric properties of blood which in turn produce an impact on reflection properties of the sensor. This effect on response of sensor will be ultimately used to estimate blood glucose concentration. The design specifications considered for the development of sensor are defined in the paper. The experimental setup for in vitro experiment and procedure employed for the investigation of the reflection properties of the sensor as a function of glucose concentration are also discussed in detail. The shift in resonance frequency and the change in the magnitude of the reflection coefficient of proposed sensor have been observed. The reported measurement results are the preliminary results in exploring the implementation of proposed sensor for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring. 相似文献

目的:探讨早期肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合经皮微波凝固消融(PMCT)序贯治疗后的临床疗效及预后影响因素。方法2011年1月—2014年4月收集早期肝癌患者66例,先行TACE,5~7 d后在超声引导下行PMCT。分析术前、TACE和联合PMCT治疗后肝功能、甲胎蛋白(AFP)的变化。Kaplan-Meier计算无瘤累积生存率,Chi-square分析影响复发的高危因素,有统计学意义者引入logistic回归多因素分析。结果66例早期肝癌TACE后较术前ALT、TBIL、DBIL显著升高(P<0.01);联合PMCT后较术前AST、ALT、DBIL升高(P<0.01);联合PMCT后与TACE相比,AST升高(P<0.01), TBIL、DBIL降低(P<0.01)。联合PMCT与术前、TACE相比AFP均降低(P<0.01)。本组病例随访期间死亡1例,3年累积生存率98.5%。复发19例,1、2、3年的无瘤累积生存率分别为70.3%、50.8%、41.6%。单因素和多因素分析AFP≥100μg/L、病毒载量≥103拷贝/ml和肿瘤边界不规整是早期肝癌联合治疗后复发的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 TACE联合PMCT序贯治疗是早期肝癌较理想的治疗方法,TACE后序贯PMCT不会影响肝功能恢复进程,AFP≥100μg/L、病毒载量≥103拷贝/ml和肿瘤边界不规整是早期肝癌TACE联合PMCT序贯治疗后复发的危险因素。 相似文献

The effect of percutaneous microwave ablation and laparoscopic resection on the prognosis of liver cancer was investigated. Ninety patients with liver cancer treated at our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were divided into group A and group B (n=45) by using a random number table, and the surgical conditions and the prognosis were compared. The surgical conditions of patients in group A were significantly better than those in group B (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in group A was 6.67%, which was obviously lower than that of group B (P<0.05). The local recurrence rate of group A was 20.00%, and that of group B was 8.89%, which showed a significant difference (P<0.05). The two groups did not differ significantly in terms of either total recurrence rate (P>0.05) or 1-year, 2-year and 3-year survival (P>0.05). Both percutaneous microwave ablation and laparoscopic resection had a good long-term efficacy in liver cancer. However, percutaneous microwave ablation was superior as it caused less invasiveness, reduced the incidence of complications and improved prognosis of liver cancer. 相似文献

目的 以定量组织病理学的重要指标节细胞层和内核细胞层的厚度和细胞计数为指标,探讨三七总皂甙和480目铜丝网对高功率微波所致的视网膜损伤进行药物防护和物理防护的效果.方法 将青紫蓝兔分为假辐射对照组、辐射组、三七总皂甙防护组和480目铜丝屏蔽组.观察各实验组视网膜组织的病理形态变化.结果 三七总皂甙预处理能显著减轻高功率微波辐照所致的视网膜组织的病理形态学损伤;480目铜丝网屏蔽防护,能完全屏蔽该频率高功率微波辐射,使视网膜组织结构维持正常,表现出良好的屏蔽防护效果.结论 三七总皂甙和480目铜丝网对高功率微波致视网膜损伤具有药物和物理防护作用,为探讨可供实用的高功率微波眼损伤防护措施提供实验依据. 相似文献
