取代苯并咪唑的电子结构与抗病毒活性关系的研究

采用量子化学从头计算方法,使用G aussian98软件,在6-31G*基组水平上对取代苯并咪唑行了几何构型全优化,确定最松弛的稳定结构,然后在最稳定结构基础上,进行6-31G*单点计算。根据计算结果,从前线轨道能级、M u lliken布居、轨道相互作用、原子净电荷等角度分析了取代苯并咪唑的电子结构和成键特性,并配合分子连接性方法从理论上预测取代苯并咪唑的电子结构与抗病毒活性关系,对抗病毒新药的开发提出理论性指导。     

A prosthetic,prism ballasted soft lens for traumatically induced corectopia,heterochromia and corneal scarring

A case describing the fitting of a tinted contact lens to mask ocular disfigurement is presented. The initial injury and sequelae are outlined, followed by the steps taken to modify the appearance including different tint types, depth and position. It is possible to provide some degree of normalcy in appearance with this type of cosmetic contact lens.     

Dermatitis from slimicides in a paper mill

Dermatitis is reported from slimicides added to wood pulp slurry in a paper mill. The active constituents of the slimicides involved were bis-1,4-bromoacetoxy-2-butene and 2,3-dichloro-4-bromotetrahydrothiophene-1,1-dioxide. Wood pulp slimicides include many chemicals which are highly irritant and potentially sensitizing to the skin.     

庆大霉素损伤小鼠前庭的实验模型

背景与目的建立一种操作简单、切实可行的前庭损伤小鼠模型。材料和方法小鼠皮下注射(Subcutaneous,sc)庆大霉素400mg/(kg·d)连续15d,每天两次。停药后12h以接触翻正反射恢复时间,头偏和游泳行为对小鼠前庭功能作评估并处死取前庭终器作病理学组织观察。结果庆大霉素400mg/(kg·d)组小鼠在最后一次给药后12h,接触翻正反射恢复时间明显延长,头偏明显且游泳能力显著降低,组织病理学检查证实前庭器的位觉斑和壶腹嵴出现明显损伤。结论该模型是一种操作简单、切实可行的前庭损伤小动物模型。     

正常人群和长期戴角膜接触镜者眼表细胞的细胞印记学研究

目的初步探讨正常人群和长期戴角膜接触镜者的眼表细胞的细胞形态,大小以及密度,并将两者进行比较研究。方法选取60名身体健康、无眼疾的自愿者,其中30名无角膜接触镜史,称为正常人群,另30名配戴角膜接触镜2个月及以上,利用醋酸纤维膜收集眼表细胞,在显微镜下观察各种细胞在HE和PAS染色后的情况。结果正常人群的眼表细胞经染色后在显微镜下清晰可见,上皮细胞、杯状细胞密度高,细胞饱满,边缘清晰;而长期戴角膜接触镜者眼表细胞在一个高倍镜下密度低,细胞塌陷,边缘模糊不清。结论长期配戴角膜接触镜,眼表细胞的形态、大小、密度等将会发生不同程度的改变,对眼表造成一定的损害。     

Tear film,contact lenses and tear biomarkers

This article summarises research undertaken since 1993 in the Willcox laboratory at the University of New South Wales, Sydney on the tear film, its interactions with contact lenses, and the use of tears as a source of biomarkers for ocular and non‐ocular diseases. The proteome, lipidome and glycome of tears all contribute to important aspects of the tear film, including its structure, its ability to defend the ocular surface against microbes and to help heal ocular surface injuries. The tear film interacts with contact lenses in vivo and interactions between tears and lenses can affect the biocompatibility of lenses, and may be important in mediating discomfort responses during lens wear. Suggestions are made for follow‐up research.
