妊娠6~ 个月孕妇感染流行性出血热(EHF),临床有典型的EHF的发病过程。第23病日血清学检测孕妇外周血EHF-IgG(卅)、IgM(-),第24病日流产一女婴,抽取脐带血检测EHF-IgG(卅),流产女婴心血检测EHF-IgG(卅),IgM(-)。病理:肾小球上皮细胞肿胀,上皮细胞足突融合、坏死,毛细血管基底膜皱缩,肾小管上皮细胞线粒体肥大,间质内大单核细胞浸润。肺间质细胞增生、水肿、毛细血管基底膜不规则增厚,肺泡壁Ⅱ型细胞增多。肝细胞肿胀,胞浆内查见包涵体样物质,有多核肝巨细胞,地依红染色阴性。胎盘母体面、脐带、肺、肝间质内大单核细胞、中性粒细胞浸润。EHF-MCAb荧光直接法染色、PAP、ABC等免疫组化染色,在巨噬细胞浆内均为阳性反应,从而证实母体感染EHF可以经胎盘感染给胎儿,其传播方式可能是通过巨噬细胞系统。  相似文献

目的 探讨牙齿不同部位之间、易患龋牙与非易患龋牙之间牙釉质表面氟浓度有无差异。方法 收集上海、北京和深圳3个地区儿童的下颌乳中切牙45颗,并利用微样酸蚀法分析乳牙釉质表面氟元素的分布。结果 氟浓度从釉质表面到内部有由高到低的变化趋势,牙磨耗是牙齿丧失氟的重要元素,未发现釉质表层氟浓度与龋蚀指数(CSI)、龋补牙数(dft)有相关性(P>0.05)。结论 乳牙釉质表面氟浓度与患龋状况无明显相关性。  相似文献

This retrospective study examined some different types of treatment to primary teeth. The aim of this study was to assess the treatment of traumatized primary teeth and the importance of a long-term follow up. Brazilian children in the age group of 1-4 years from a baby clinic took part in the study. Three hundred and fifteen patients suffered some type of traumatic injury, a total of 338 affected teeth. Data were registered in specific records and submitted to statistic analysis. The most prevalent type of treatment was monitor only (85%) followed by tooth extraction and endodontic procedure. Invasive treatments were performed in case of severe traumas, usually 6 months after the injury. We verified that a careful follow up might be the preferential choice to the treatment of traumatic primary teeth even in some severe cases.  相似文献

目的 了解淄博市属中学学生患龋情况 ,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。 方法 采用随机整群抽样方法调查 12~ 18岁男、女中学生共 2 5 5 8人 ,并由经过培训的医务人员按全国口腔疾病常规检查方法调查其患龋情况。 结果 中学生患龋率为 2 1 15 % ( 5 4/2 5 5 8) ,城区学生类龋率高于农村地区学生 (P <0 0 1) ,女生患龋率高于男生 (P<0 0 5 ) ,而初中、高中学生之间差异无显著 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 普及口腔保健知识和提高防护意识 ,改变饮食习惯是降低患龋率的重要措施  相似文献

In Vitro Wear of Nano-Composite Denture Teeth   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
PURPOSE: Few laboratory tests have been able to substantiate and quantify the wear resistances of polymeric denture teeth. This study evaluated the relative wear resistance of several types of denture teeth using an in vitro wear testing device. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Four different types of denture teeth [nano-filled (Veracia) and micro-filled composites (SR-Orthosit, Endura, Duradent, Surpass), cross-linked acrylic (SR-Postaris, Genios-P, Creapearl, Vitapan Physiodens, Premium 8, Integral), and a conventional acrylic (Biotone)] were used. The flattened buccal surface of each denture tooth was subjected to the evaluation of Knoop hardness (n=5) and localized wear for 100,000 cycles (n=10). Wear values were determined in micrometers using a profilometer. The data for the hardness, wear depth, and worn surface areas were individually analyzed by one-way ANOVA. RESULTS: Knoop hardness values (KHN) ranged from 28.2 to 29.8 for micro-filled composite, 18.9 to 21.6 for cross-linked acrylic, 22.7 for nano-composite, and 18.6 for conventional acrylic teeth. All micro-filled composite teeth were significantly harder than other teeth (p <0.0001). The wear depth values were 90.5 microm for the nano-composite, 69.8 to 93.0 microm for the micro-filled composite, 80.8 to 104.0 microm for the cross-linked acrylic, and 162.5 microm for conventional acrylic teeth. The worn surface areas were 5.1 mm2 for the nano-composite, 2.6 to 3.6 mm2 for the micro-filled composite, 4.4 to 5.7 mm2 for the cross-linked acrylic, and 10.1 mm2 for conventional acrylic teeth. The wear values of the acrylic control were significantly different from all other denture teeth (p <0.001). CONCLUSION: The nano-composite tooth was harder and more wear resistant than the acrylic teeth but not significantly different from most of the cross-linked and micro-filled composite teeth tested.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the number of emerged primary teeth at various ages from 6 to 24 months in 1347 longitudinally followed Pakistan infants sampled from four socio-economically different areas in Lahore, Pakistan; from a very poor periurban slum to a privileged upper middle class group. The emergence of the primary teeth was found to be little, or not all related to sex or to the area of living. However, in comparison with studies conducted in other continents, the Indo-Pak subcontinent population lags behind in primary teeth emergence, especially in early life. This genetic difference makes it necessary to create specific standards of primary teeth emergence for this population.  相似文献

In the first experiment, 48 subjects carried out a visual spatial attention task. Stimuli were presented at the vertical meridian, either above or below a fixation dot, and the subjects were instructed to attend to one of these stimulus positions and ignore the other position. In three different conditions, the distances between stimulus positions and fixation were 0.5°, 0.9°, and 1.3°. Subjects searched for the presence of prememorized target letters at the attended location: memory load was one or four items in different conditions. The P1/N1 enhancement typically found on the horizontal dimension was not observed on the vertical dimension. Instead, a positive shift of the attended compared with the unattended stimuli was found, which was most prominent at anterior electrodes. This positivity showed effects of the distance manipulation. The N2b-P3a effect of attention and the effect of memory load (search negativity) normally present in this kind of selective search task were also found. Reaction times were faster when attention was directed above fixation than when it was directed below fixation. The event-related potential data suggested that this difference could be attributed to a more efficient neglecting of irrelevant stimuli presented below fixation. In Experiment 2, we examined whether the absence of the P1/N1 enhancement as the result of spatial attention in Experiment 1 could be attributed to (a) the presentation of stimuli along the vertical meridian instead of along the horizontal meridian, (b) the use of midline electrodes instead of lateralized electrodes, and (c) the relatively small spatial separation between the relevant and irrelevant stimuli. Twelve subjects searched for the presence of a single target letter at an attended position in three different conditions. In two of the conditions the letters were presented to the left or right of fixation. The distance between fixation and the stimulus positions was 1.3° in one of these conditions and 3° in the other condition. In the third condition, the stimuli were presented at 3° above or below fixation. In all three conditions effects similar to those in Experiment 1 were observed. In addition, in all three conditions an enhancement of the P1 and N1 components was found at two lateral occipitotemporal electrodes.  相似文献

HIV-1 vertical transmission is thought to mainly take place by virus crossing the placental barrier. However, the mechanism by which HIV-1-infects placental cells remains to be elucidated. We have found that purified cytotrophoblasts as well as trophoblastic cell lines are susceptible to infection by different HIV-1 isolates as detected by DNA-PCR and release of infectious virus, although with very low efficiency. Purified trophoblast or trophoblastic cell lines express low levels of chemokine receptors CCR-5 and CXCR-4 but not CD4 on the cell surface. To test if those molecules were used as receptors for HIV-1 infection, placental cells were pretreated with antibodies to CD4, CC-chemokines, C-X-C chemokines. None of those treatments inhibited HIV-1 infection. In contrast, we have found that HIV-1 infection of placental cells was increased in cocultures of infected T-cell blasts and placental cells. More interestingly, antibodies to beta(2) integrins and to LFA-1 were able to significantly block infection of placental cells. Cell surface expression of ICAM-1, an adhesion molecule involved in attachment of leukocytes to placenta, was upregulated in HIV-1-infected placental cells. Placental cells were able to transfer HIV-1 infection to T-cell blasts. This transmission required cell to cell contact and was also inhibited by anti-LFA-1 antibodies. In summary our results suggest that placental trophoblast could be infected by HIV-1 by a mechanism involving T cell to placental contact. Moreover, placental infection enhanced ICAM-1 expression and leukocyte adherence, an event which was required to transfer HIV-1 infection to T cells. This provides an explanation of the virus passing through the placental barrier during in utero HIV-1 vertical transmission.  相似文献

Scanning electron microscopic studies were performed on 25 deciduous and permanent teeth from members of 7 kindreds with dominant nonlethal osteogenesis imperfects (OI). Two families had normal teeth on clinical and radiological examination; five familes had blue or brown opalescent teeth with specific radiologic findings. Enamel surfaces and prism organization were normal on all teeth. On fractured surfaces, the dentin tubules of normal teeth from patients with OI were evenly distributed and coursed regularly to the dentin-enamel junction. Opalescent teeth had few tubules and those present were short, narrow, and tortuous. Dentin calcification fronts of normal teeth were composed of many nodules with regularly spaced openings on their surfaces. Calcification fronts of opalescent teeth were composed of irregularly spaced, small nodules, which varied greatly in size and the nodules lacked tubule openings on their surfaces. The results of this study support the concept that at least two dominant forms of OI exist – one in which all individuals with IO have normal teeth, and the other in which all with OI have blue or brown opalescent teeth with characteristic changes on SEM.  相似文献

Saccular and utricular organs are essential for postural stability and gaze control. Although saccular and utricular inputs are known to terminate on vestibular neurons, few previous studies have precisely elucidated the origin of these inputs. We investigated the saccular and utricular inputs to single vestibular neurons in whole vestibular nuclei of decerebrated cats. Postsynaptic potentials were recorded from vestibular neurons after electrical stimulation of the saccular and utricular nerves. Ascending and descending axonal projections were examined by stimulating the oculomotor/trochlear nuclei and the cervical segment of the spinal cord, respectively. After each experiment, locations of recorded neurons were identified. The recorded neurons (140) were classified into vestibulo-spinal (79), vestibulo-oculo-spinal (9), and vestibulo-ocular (3) neurons based on antidromic responses; 49 other vestibular neurons were unidentified. The majority of recorded neurons were mainly located in the lateral vestibular nucleus. Most of the otolith-activated vestibular nuclei neurons seemed to participate in vestibulospinal reflexes. Of the total 140 neurons recorded, approximately one third (51) received saccular and utricular inputs (convergent neurons). The properties of these 51 convergent neurons were further investigated. Most (33/51) received excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EPSPs) after saccular and utricular nerve stimulation. These results implied that most of the convergent neurons in this study additively coded mixed information for vertical and horizontal linear acceleration. Based on the latencies of convergent neurons, we found that an early integration process for vertical and horizontal linear acceleration existed at the second-order level.  相似文献
