简要介绍无线网络技术的原理、特点及其在医学仪器中的应用.     

两出口的医院网络用户管理解决方案

目的：由于办公需要，将以前走电信出口的图书馆、医疗二系及研究生处的用户改道为走科研教育网出口，和华中科技大学校总部相连，并在不改变原来管理模式下同时管理两出口的用户信息。方法：通过配置流分类，规定重定向行为以及配置策略路由进行实现。结果：将认证流和数据流分开，成功实现了医院内部两出口的需求。结论：利用原有设备的流分类和重定向功能．既可解决两出口的内部需求，也能在不增加设备的情况下对用户信息进行管理，为医院节省了开支。     

The UK Diabetes Research Network--an opportunity and a challenge.

The Department of Health has funded a national diabetes network to support clinical research. The network will facilitate recruitment into clinical trials and has been widely welcomed by clinicians. However, if the network is to reach its full potential, all those involved will need to advocate a change in attitude towards clinical trials and research, encouraging participation and contribution of data. Clinicians need to be willing to take a proactive view about research studies, and to encourage patients to adopt a positive and altruistic attitude towards trial participation. The future of trials and other important clinical research in the UK may depend on it.     

宁波普通高中教师职业压力、社会支持与亚健康躯体症状的典型相关分析

目的 探讨宁波市普通高中的教师心理压力,社会支持与亚健康状态的相关关系.方法 采用职业压力问卷、社会支持量表与亚健康躯体症状自评量表对随机抽取的128名宁波市普通高中教师进行相关关系分析.结果 当存在社会支持变量时,2组变量的典型相关系数达0.563,0.471( P <0.01).职业压力的增大与社会支持水平的减少都将导致教师亚健康躯体症状的增多.当撤去社会支持变量后,典型相关系数为0.497( P <0.01).典型变量ξ中"考试压力","工作负荷"与"职业期望"的因子负载分别增大为0.801,0.855,0.726.典型变量η中的"疲劳感觉"与"睡眠障碍"的因子负载分别增大为0.774,0.859.结论 社会支持水平在职业压力与亚健康躯体症状之间可能具有中介调节作用.     

关于奥运志愿者精神对党建教育意义的探析——让学生在参与中发现、实现自身的价值

奥运志愿者精神是北京奥运会的宝贵精神遗产。充分发挥奥运志愿者精神的社会教育作用，有利于提升当代大学生的奉献精神，激发其创新能力；同时，奥运志愿者精神也是培育大学生党员的重要载体。     

Primary Hemiarthroplasty for Proximal Humeral Fractures in the Elderly: Long-Term Functional Outcome and Social Implications

Abstract Background: Primary shoulder hemiarthroplasty is an established treatment modality for complex fractures of the proximal humerus. Long-term functional outcome is often disappointing. However, little is known about social implications particularly in the elderly. Methods: A single-institution case series of consecutive geriatric patients (age > 70 years) treated with shoulder hemiarthroplasty for complex fractures of the proximal humerus between 1994 and 1997 was analysed. Postoperative morbidity, long-term function, radiological outcome and social implications were evaluated. Results: Seventy-seven patients fulfilled the study criteria. Median age at the time of operation was 80 years (range 70–93 years). Systemic and local postoperative complications were observed in 8% including 2 patients (3%) with revision surgery. Postoperative mortality was 1%. Forty-eight patients (62%) were available for follow-up (median 49 months, range 25–80 months), 22 (29%) died from causes unrelated to hemiarthroplasty before follow-up and 7 patients (9%) did not attend follow-up examination. Median Constant-Murley score was 41 points (range 17–77 points). Long-term results concerning pain were satisfying. The Oxford shoulder score ranged from 14 to 40 (median 30). Forty-one patients (85%) still lived in their original environment and managed their daily life independently despite poor shoulder function. Four patients (8%) lived in a retirement home and 3 (6%) in a nursery home. Eighty percent of our patients were still able to use public transportation, do the daily shopping and wash their whole body by themselves. Conclusion: Most patients managed their daily life independently despite poor shoulder function.     

Mifepristone in Italy: the case of a drug trapped between ethics and clinical practice

In Italy mifepristone is not yet marketed. Gynaecologists in our hospital asked to use this medication as a less traumatic method for voluntary abortions. We followed the standard procedure defined by the Italian Health Ministry (IMH) for purchasing drugs from abroad but encountered several unexpected barriers. Starting from this case, this paper is aimed at identifying these barriers which we found to be not only professional, but also ethical, religious and moral.     

新型加速器放疗网络的研制及其临床应用

目的研制新型加速器放疗网络。方法采用服务器-客户端模式．服务器采用SQL—Server2000为数据库服务软件，客户端使用VC＋＋6．0语言编写．通过RTP—Link以及DICOMRT和新型加速器连接传输病人治疗参数资料。结果成功研锚的新型加速器放疗网络包括病人资料管理模块、定位计划管理模块、定位图像预处理模块、靶区勾画模块、计划设计管理模块（包含MLC（多叶光栅）设计以及低熔点挡铅设计）和治疗参数输出（包括报表打印、连接加速器）。结论网络系统操作简单，适合新型全数字化加速器的常规放射治疗管理．是科室常规放疗治疗的质量保证（QA）和质量控制（QC）的有效工具。     

Athletic identity and its relationship to sport participation levels

This study looked at the relationship between athletic identity and three levels of sport participation (elite, recreational, non-participation). Athletic identity was measured using the Athletic Identity Measurement Scale (AIMS) with participants being compared on the total AIMS score and scores on its three factors (social identity, exclusivity, negative affectivity). Results indicated that the male non-participation group scored lower on all three factors and the total AIMS when compared to the two athlete groups. The male elite and recreational groups did not differ on exclusivity and negative affectivity but did differ on the total AIMS and social identity, with elite scoring higher than recreational. For female participants, the non-participation group again scored lower on all three factors and the total AIMS when compared to the two athlete groups. The female elite and recreational groups did not differ on negative affectivity but did differ on the total AIMS, social identity, and exclusivity, with elite scoring higher than recreational. Findings suggest that to assume sport is only important to elite athletes ignores the role that sport may play for less talented sport participants. Whilst not seeing themselves as athletes per se, it is suggested that participation in sport may still impact upon the self-perceptions of recreational sport participants. Therefore, threats to participation may result in similar negative consequences for both elite athletes and recreational sport participants.

扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）和透射电镜（ＴＥＭ）观察证明，妇女非妊娠期子宫肌层内存在有胶原纤维网（ＣＦＮ）。妊娠中期和晚期及分后ＣＦＮ出现以时相性崩解和重建为主要特征的改建过程以适应子宫生理性能的巨大变化和功能需要。平滑肌细胞，成纤维细胞，肌纤维母细胞，巨噬细胞，中性白细胞及肥大细胞参与改建过程。它们既参与ＣＦＮ的溶解和吸收，又参与其重新形成，显示双重形态和功能。还对ＣＦＮ改建的机理，参与细胞间的相互作用，
