成人全唾液与血浆中醛固酮含量测定

本文采用直接放射免疫测定法,固定条件,按标准程序测得30名正常成人全唾液及血浆中的醛固酮(Aldosterone,Aldo)浓度。均值唾液为6.6±1.9nmol/L,血浆为32.5±8.0nmol/L,两者呈平行关系(r=0.4,P<0.05,=11.29+0.79X),浓度比平均为20.2％。结果进一步证实唾液作为临床测定Aldo标本的有效性与实用性,有助于对一些全身及口腔疾病进行诊断及估计预后,并可据以评价皮质类固醇治疗效果及用药的合理性。     

微量尿和血清样品中氟的测定方法研究

本研究利用改进的氟测定方法，测定尿和血清样品中氟离子的含量。结果表明，该方法样品用且少，线性响应范围、精密度、回收率和重现性等指标均符合方法学的要求，与常规法比较，显示测定结果间无显著性差异。可广泛使用于要求高、样品量少的生物材料氟检测。     

ATP片剂的UV—HPLC测定

采用ＵＶ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定ＡＴＰ片剂的含量，较地方标准收载的方法方便易行，重现性好。测定的回收率为１００．８±１．５％。     

头孢克洛在健康人体内的药物动力学研究

采用ＨＰＬＣ测定健康志愿者血浆中头孢克洛的浓度。方法简便快速，结果准确。平均回收率为１０２．１８±４．０１％，日间及日内ＲＳＤ均小于６％。血药浓度－时间曲线符合一室模型。     

葡萄糖酸锌糖浆的制备与含量测定方法

本文报告了葡萄糖酸锌糖浆的制法及用二甲橙指示剂法测定含量的方法。结果表明制法简便,含量测定方法准确。     

血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用

目的：探讨血清19片段角蛋白((2YFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原((CEA)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)联合检测提高肺癌的阳性率，为临床提供早期诊断、治疗的依据。方法：采用电化学发光和免疫比浊法检测155例肺癌、72例肺良性疾病和50例正常人血清CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA和β2-MG的水平。结果：肺癌4项标志物联合检测阳性率明显高于肺良性疾病组和健康人正常对照组，其中CYFRA21-1阳性率以鳞癌最高(77．7％)，与其它型肺癌存在显著差异。NSE阳性率以小细胞性肺癌最高(78．4％)，与其它型肺癌存在显著差异。结论：CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA、β2-MG是诊断肺癌有价值的肿瘤标志物组合，有助于提高肺癌诊断的阳性率、特异性和准确性。     

秦巴山区野生与栽培猪苓菌核主要成分的测定

采用原子吸收分光光度法、高效液相色谱等方法对秦巴山区野生与栽培猪苓菌核的氨基酸、水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、矿质元素、猪苓多糖等主要成分及含量进行测定.结果表明,野生和栽培猪苓在所测定的17种氨基酸中,7种必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的质量分数分别为33.8%,23.6%.每100g野生与栽培猪苓菌核中水分质量分别为13.22g,11.94g;灰分质量分别为2.86g,2.61g;粗蛋白质量分别为6.87g,4.91g;粗纤维质量分别为27.62g,26.02g;粗脂肪质量分别为1.87g,1.71g;每100g野生和栽培猪苓质量分别为1.87g,1.71g;猪苓多糖质量分别为0.51g,0.40g.     

茶多酚口含片中总儿茶素的含量测定

在酸性介质中对香英兰素与儿茶素的显色反应进行了研究，改进了反应条件，以５０６ｎｍ为测定波长，测定ＴＰ口含片中儿茶素的含量，线性范围７．５８μｇ～５３．０５μｇ（ｒ＝０．９９９８），回收率９７．９７％，ＲＳＤ１．８５％，认为改良法简便，灵敏，口含片辅料无干扰，可用于原料的药和制剂的含量分析。     

New reference allelic ladders to improve allelic designation in a multiplex STR system

This paper reports the composition of a new reference allelic ladder mixture for use with a multiplex DNA profiling system consisting of six short tandem repeat loci. The loci included in this mixture are HUMTH01, D21S11, D18S51, D8S1179, HUMVWAF31/A, HUMFIBRA/FGA and an amelogenin sex test. Sequence analysis of individual ladder alleles was carried out and allelic designations made in accordance with the recommendations of the International Society of Forensic Haemogenetics (1992; 1994). A series of rare alleles which increase the range of alleles previously reported were identified. By including some of the rare alleles into the ladder marker system, we have significantly improved the ability to identify new alleles in unknown samples. An explanation of the noncorrespondence between assessment methods of cyclosporin

Various methods of determining cyclosporin (CyA) levels in patients after kidney transplantation were compared. These included polyclonal antibody (pcAb-), specific and nonspecific monoclonal antibody (S- and NmcAb-) radioimmunoassays (RIA), and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results obtained by the various methods when compared showed some correlation but did not correspond. A probable explanation for part of this noncorrespondence is the presence of monoclonally crossreactive metabolites (CyA-M). Another reason was that the concentration of CyA in the standards supplied with the RIA kits was found to be higher than stated.
