创建中国特色的器官获取组织质量管理体系

质量保证是器官获取组织(OPO)的责任,创建OPO质量管理体系是高质量开展人体器官捐献工作面临的新任务。当前我国OPO质量管理中存在着缺乏完善的管理机构、规范的管理流程、科学的评价指标、高素质的专业人才和浓厚的安全文化氛围等问题,有必要从思想观念转变、质量管理体系建设和过程实施管理等3个方面,紧密结合OPO的实际状况,参照国际通用质量管理体系标准进行顶层设计,更需要OPO管理者充分发挥领导作用,确保OPO在质量管理体系的持续改进中高效运行。     

药剂科的分级管理与ISO认证

Reference hearing threshold levels for chirp signals delivered by an ER-3A insert earphone

Abstract

Objective: To establish reference hearing threshold levels for chirps and frequency-specific chirps. Design: Hearing thresholds were determined monaurally for broad-band chirps and octave-band chirps using the Etymotic Research, ER-3A insert earphone. The chirps were presented using two repetition rates, 20 and 90 stimuli/s, and with alternating polarity in blocks of one second duration. The test procedure and test conditions were in accordance with the recommendations given in . The ascending method () was applied using a step size of 5 dB. The chirps were played back from a Tucker Davies Technologies System II, and a Matlab program controlled the test setup. The results are specified in dB peak-to-peak equivalent threshold sound pressure levels (dB peETSPL). Study sample: The test group consisted of 25 otologically-normal young adults (age 18–25 years). Results: The results are in good agreement with the results from another investigation of hearing thresholds using the same chirp stimuli, and the values for the octave-band chirps are in line with the standardized reference values for corresponding tone bursts (). Conclusions: The results of the present investigation are relevant for the international standard on short duration signals, .

药品审评检查机构质量管理体系建设实践探索

目的:贯彻国务院强化质量管理、落实全国药监部门完善自身质量管理体系工作部署,梳理山东省药品审评检查机构质量管理体系建设情况,总结经验、查找不足,加强审评检查质量管理。方法:调研药品审评检查机构导入质量管理体系的现实意义,剖析山东省药品审评检查机构质量管理体系建设的实践经验,思考存在的问题。结果:行之有效的质量管理体系对药品审评检查机构规范化建设和药品审评检查发展起到了积极的推动作用。结论:药品审评检查机构推进质量管理体系建设,对规范自身建设、提高工作质量、降低业务风险、服务医药产业发展具有重要作用,也是必然要求,药品审评检查机构质量管理体系需要持续改进,逐渐与国际接轨。

Akkreditierung von forensischen Laboratorien nach DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025

Zusammenfassung Die Qualität forensischer Arbeit hängt in besonderem Maße von der Kompetenz der Laboratorien ab, bestimmte Untersuchungen richtig durchführen und bewerten zu können. Dieses Qualitätsmerkmal ist wesentlicher Bestandteil der internationalen Norm DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (kurz ISO 17025) Allgemeine Anforderungen an die Kompetenz von Prüf- und Kalibrierlaboratorien. Im Rahmen einer Akkreditierung wird durch die DACH (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle Chemie) bestätigt, dass die gestellten Anforderungen erfüllt werden. Auch vom Gesetzgeber wird dem Anspruch an Qualität Rechnung getragen. In Baden-Württemberg wurde im April 2005 eine Verwaltungsvorschrift erlassen, nach der ab dem 01.07.2007 nur noch solche Stellen beauftragt werden dürfen, die als forensische Laboratorien für die Verfahren forensisch-toxikologische Untersuchungen und Blutalkoholbestimmung gemäß ISO 17025 akkreditiert sind. Die spezifischen Anforderungen der ISO 17025 für die Forensik/Rechtsmedizin sind sehr hoch und werden nicht immer problemlos erfüllt. Aber die Begutachtungen zur Akkreditierung zeigen, dass die akkreditierten forensischen Laboratorien in Deutschland insgesamt über eine sehr hohe Kompetenz verfügen.Ein Erratum zu diesem Beitrag können Sie unter finden.     

Physico-Chemical Investigation of Endodontic Sealers Exposed to Simulated Intracanal Heat Application: Hydraulic Calcium Silicate-Based Sealers

The aim of this study was to gain information about the effect of thermal treatment of calcium silicate-based sealers. BioRoot RCS (BR), Total Fill BC Sealer (TFBC), and Total Fill BC Sealer HiFlow (TFHF) were exposed to thermal treatment at 37 °C, 47 °C, 57 °C, 67 °C, 77 °C, 87 °C and 97 °C for 30 s. Heat treatment at 97 °C was performed for 60 and 180 s to simulate inappropriate application of warm obturation techniques. Thereafter, specimens were cooled to 37 °C and physical properties (setting time/flow/film thickness according to ISO 6876) were evaluated. Chemical properties (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy) were assessed after incubation of the specimens in an incubator at 37 °C and 100% humidity for 8 weeks. Statistical analysis of physical properties was performed using the Kruskal-Wallis-Test (P = 0.05). The setting time, flow, and film thickness of TFBC and TFHF were not relevantly influenced by thermal treatment. Setting time of BR decreased slightly when temperature of heat application increased from 37 °C to 77 °C (P < 0.05). Further heat treatment of BR above 77 °C led to an immediate setting. FT-IR spectroscopy did not reveal any chemical changes for either sealers. Thermal treatment did not lead to any substantial chemical changes at all temperature levels, while physical properties of BR were compromised by heating. TFBC and TFHF can be considered suitable for warm obturation techniques.

目的 开发应用于区域检验中心且满足ISO 15189质量管理体系要求的文件和记录智慧管理系统。方法 基于ISO 15189文件和记录相关条款,借助计算机技术,建立B/S架构的临床实验室文件和记录的智慧管理系统。结果 文件和记录管理系统存储了ISO 15189评审所需的质量体系文件以及与实验室相关的法律法规、标准指南、专家共识等外部文件,用户可通过电脑或手机端进行查阅。采用多流程控制模式授权专人根据文件类型和属性完成文件的编写、审核、批准发布等操作。记录管理系统共建立了9个特殊记录、319个表单式记录和20个流程式记录,支持质量体系的有效运行。结论 文件和记录智慧管理系统全面满足ISO 15189关于文件和记录管理的要求,实现了区域内文件共享和互联互通,方便员工及时高效的查阅文件及填写记录。
