火电厂自然降尘对几种人体正常菌株生长的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
目的研究火电厂自然沉降粉尘对3株人体正常菌的生长作用机制。方法分析所选火电厂粉尘的物相、主要化学成分及粒度分布,测定粉尘与各菌株相互作用后,菌落数、培养基pH值、葡萄糖(GLU)、电解质等相对试验对照样的变化,同时进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析,观察粉尘颗粒与各细菌的界面接触情况。结果3株人体正常菌与火电厂粉尘作用后,Ca2 、Mg2 浓度最大与细菌对照组(0.58mmol/L和0.38mmol/L)相比分别增加了0.69mmol/L(P<0.05)和0.16mmol/L(P<0.05),菌落数与细菌对照组(17×1011CFU/L)相比分别增加了1×1011CFU/L和12×1011CFU/L(P<0.05),而GLU的消耗量、pH值以及其他电解质等变化不明显。结论适量浓度的所选火电厂粉尘对人体正常菌株的生长影响不明显,但火电厂粉尘对人体体表正常菌(表皮葡萄球菌)的生长影响更为显著,更易造成其平衡失调。  相似文献

The aromatization of testosterone into oestrogens plays a key role in the control of many behavioural and physiological aspects of reproduction. In the quail preoptic area (POA), aromatase activity and the number of aromatase-immunoreactive (ARO-ir) cells are sexually differentiated (males > females). This sex difference is implicated in the control of the sexually dimorphic behavioural response of quail to testosterone. We analysed the ontogenetic development of this sex difference by measuring aromatase activity and counting ARO-ir cells in the POA of males and females from day 1 post hatch to sexual maturity. We investigated in parallel another enzyme: tyrosine hydroxylase, the rate limiting step in catecholamine synthesis. Between hatching and 4 weeks of age, aromatase activity levels were low and equal in males and females. Aromatase activity then markedly increased in both sexes when subjects initiated their sexual maturation but this increase was more pronounced in males so that a marked difference in aromatase activity was present in 6 and 8 week-old subjects. Tyrosine hydroxylase activity progressively increased with age starting immediately after hatching and there was no abrupt modification in the slope of this increase when birds became sexually mature. No sex difference was detected in the activity of this enzyme. The number of ARO-ir cells in the POA progressively increased with age starting at hatching. No sex difference in ARO-ir cell numbers could be detected before subjects reached full sexual maturity. The analysis of the three-dimensional organization of ARO-ir cells in the POA revealed that, with increasing ages, ARO-ir cells acquire a progressively more lateral position: they are largely periventricular in young birds but they are found at higher density in the lateral part of the medial preoptic nucleus in adults. These data indicate that aromatase activity differentiates sexually when birds reach sexual maturity presumably under the activating effects of the increased testosterone levels in males. The number of ARO-ir cells, however, begins to increase in a non sexually differentiated manner before the rise in plasma testosterone in parallel with the increased tyrosine hydroxylase activity. Whether this temporal coincidence results from a general ontogenetic pattern or from more direct causal links remains to be established.  相似文献

目的:利用即刻负载有限元模型,研究种植体不同螺纹螺距因素对初期稳定性的影响。方法:利用Pro/E软件、Hypermesh软件及ABAQUS有限元软件,建立四类种植体即刻负载的三维有限元模型,比较3种螺纹螺距(0.8mm、1.6mm、2.4mm)在分别垂直和水平加载时,对种植体初期稳定性的影响。结果:对不同螺纹螺距种植体来说,垂直加载和水平加载时0.8mm螺距螺纹种植体微动最小,2.4mm螺距螺纹种植体微动最大。结论:螺纹的螺距对垂直相对位移有影响,对水平相对位移影响不大。随着螺距的增加,种植体对抗垂直向载荷的抵抗力减弱。水平加载时,螺纹的螺距对颈部微动影响不明显。  相似文献

BackgroundAdductor strains are the most common non-contact musculoskeletal injury sustained in ice hockey. Systematic reviews have determined higher level of play and lower hip adduction to abduction strength ratios to be associated with an increased risk of adductor strain across multiple sports. Limited research exists regarding hip adduction and abduction strength profiles across various levels of ice hockey players.PurposeTo compare isometric hip adduction and abduction strength profiles among bantam, high school, tier one juniors, and NCAA Division I collegiate ice hockey players. A secondary purpose was to identify whether differences in strength profiles between dominant and non-dominant limbs exist.Study DesignCross-sectional cohort study.MethodsA questionnaire of demographic data, hockey, and injury specific information was completed by all subjects. The mean of three reps of maximal hip isometric adduction and abduction strengths were quantified using a handheld dynamometer with external belt-fixation. Ratios of hip adduction-to-abduction strength were calculated and normalized for body weight.ResultsA total of 87 uninjured skaters were included in this study with a mean age of 17 years. Mean hip adductor-to-abductor ratios for Bantam hockey players were 121% followed by collegiate (115%), Juniors (111%), and high school (109%) hockey players. No statistically significant differences were found between peak hip adduction and abduction isometric strength and playing level. In addition, there was no difference between unilateral hip strength ratios and shooting hand or leg dominance. While 34.5% of subjects reported a history of adductor injury, no significant differences existed regarding strength ratios during bilateral comparison or when compared to their team norms. Three subjects were found to have unilateral ratios of less than 80%, while two subjects demonstrated bilateral ratios of less than 80%.ConclusionsSymmetry is illustrated between dominant and non-dominant legs in ice hockey players with and without a history of adductor injury. Results align well with previously established cross-sectional data from Australian football, with ratios of 103% in high school players, 107% in semi-professional players, and 113% in collegiate players.Level of EvidenceLevel 3  相似文献

The Smith-Watson-Topper parameter (SWT) in its original form was designed to estimate the fatigue life of metal materials in a uniaxial load state (tension–compression) in the range up to fatigue crack initiation, with non-zero mean values. This parameter is based on the analysis of both stress and strain. Therefore, the stress–strain criterion is the focus, rather than the energy criterion. This paper presents the original SWT model and its numerous modifications. The first part presents different versions of this parameter defined by the normal parameters. Then, it presents versions defined through the tangent parameter and the most promising parameter defined through the tangent and normal parameters. It was noted that the final form of the equivalent value is defined either by stress or by an energy parameter. Therefore, the possible characteristics from which the fatigue life can be determined are also presented.  相似文献

Purpose:This study was undertaken to identify the prevalence of symptoms related to the use of display devices and contributing factors in children engaged in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:An online electronic survey form was prepared using Google Forms (Alphabet Co., Mountain View, CA) and sent to parents of children under the age of 18 years engaged in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The types of display devices children use, how often such devices are used, the symptoms of digital eye strain, and the severity and frequency of the symptoms were recorded, and the associations between the factors were analyzed.Results:A total of 692 participants were included. The mean age of the children was 9.72 ± 3.02 years. The most common display devices used were personal computers (n = 435, 61.7%) for online classes and smartphones (n = 400, 57.8%) for nonacademic purposes. The mean duration of display device use was 71.1 ± 36.02 min without a break and 7.02 ± 4.55 h per day. The most common reported symptom was headache (n = 361, 52.2%). Of the participants, 48.2% (n = 332) reported experiencing 3 or more symptoms. The multivariate analysis detected that being male (P = 0.005) and older age (P = 0.001) were independent risk factors for experiencing 3 or more symptoms.Conclusion:The increasing use of digital devices by children is exacerbating the problem of digital eye strain in children as a side effect of online learning. Public awareness should be improved.  相似文献

3D printing (or more formally called additive manufacturing) has the potential to revolutionize the way objects are manufactured, ranging from critical applications such as aerospace components to medical devices, making the materials stronger, lighter and more durable than those manufactured via conventional methods. While the mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V parts manufactured with two major 3D printing techniques: selective laser melting (SLM) and electron beam melting (EBM), have been reported, it is unknown if the corrosion resistance of the 3D-printed parts is comparable to that of the alloy made with isothermal forging (ISF). The aim of this study was to identify the corrosion resistance and mechanisms of Ti-6Al-4V alloy manufactured by SLM, EBM and ISF via electrochemical corrosion tests in 3.5% NaCl solution, focusing on the effect of microstructures. It was observed that the equiaxed α + β microstructure in the ISF-manufactured Ti-6Al-4V alloy had a superior corrosion resistance to the acicular martensitic α′ + β and lamellar α + β microstructures of the 3D-printed samples via SLM and EBM, respectively. This was mainly due to the fact that (1) a higher amount of β phase was present in the ISF-manufactured sample, and (2) the fraction of phase interfaces was lower in the equiaxed α + β microstructure than in the acicular α′ + β and lamellar α + β microstructures, leading to fewer microgalvanic cells. The lower corrosion resistance of SLM-manufactured sample was also related to the higher strain energy and lower electrochemical potential induced by the presence of martensitic twins, resulting in faster anodic dissolution and higher corrosion rate.  相似文献

This study investigated vertical strain and stress through a dynamic load experiment at the testing area of Ke-Da Road, Pingtung, Taiwan. A thirty-five-ton truck was moved at constant speeds of 40, 60, and 80 km/h to simulate heavy load conditions to study the mechanical variations. From the results, it was found that the strain and stress curves of the permeable road pavement showed asymmetry due to the viscoelastic property of the open-grade friction course. The results showed that vertical strains and vertical stresses of permeable road pavement were greatly affected by the axle configuration and the change in traffic speed. Furthermore, to propose the design thickness of a permeable road pavement, the pavement strain and stress were modelled with respect to depth using regression based on these collected data. According to the stress regression models and considering the construction uncertainty, the recommend design depth of a permeable pavement is 30 cm. The findings of this study would be helpful in determining the permeable road pavement depth when subjected to heavy traffic load, and the material combination of open-graded friction concrete, porous asphalt concrete, and permeable cement concrete was proposed in this study during the design period.  相似文献

Current evidence on the effects of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on cardiac mechanics in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is based on a few single studies. The authors investigated this topic through a meta‐analysis of speckle tracking echocardiography (STE) studies that provided data on left ventricular (LV) and right ventricular (RV) mechanics as assessed by global longitudinal strain (GLS). The PubMed, OVID‐MEDLINE, and Cochrane library databases were systematically analyzed to search English‐language review papers published from inception to January 31, 2022. Studies were identified by crossing the following terms: “obstructive sleep apnea”, “sleep quality”, “sleep disordered breathing”, “continuous positive airway pressure therapy”, “noninvasive ventilation”, “left ventricular hypertrophy”, “systolic dysfunction”, “global longitudinal strain”, “left ventricular mechanics”, “right ventricular mechanics”, “echocardiography” and “STE echocardiography”. The meta‐analysis, including a total of 337 patients with OSA from nine studies (follow‐up 2–24 months) showed a significant GLS improvement in both LV and RV after CPAP, standard mean difference (SMD) being 0.51±0.08, CI:0.36–0.66, p = .0001 and 0.28±0.07, CI:0.15–0.42, p = .0001), respectively. Corresponding SMD values for LV ejection fraction (LVEF) and tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE) were 0.20±0.06, CI:0.08–0.33, p = .001 and 0.08±0.06, CI: ‐0.04/0.20, p = .21. Our meta‐analysis suggests that: I) CPAP treatment exerts beneficial effects on biventricular function in patients with OSA; II) the assessment of cardiac mechanics by STE should be routinely recommended for monitoring cardiac function in this setting, due to limitations of conventional echocardiography in evaluating biventricular performance.  相似文献

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate contrast enhancement of the infundibular recess in the normal state using heavily T2-weighted 3D fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) (HT2-FLAIR).Methods: Twenty-six patients were retrospectively recruited. We subjectively assessed overall contrast enhancement of the infundibular recess between postcontrast, 4-hour (4-h) delayed postcontrast, and precontrast HT2-FLAIR images. We also objectively conducted chronological and spatial comparisons by measuring the signal intensity (SI) ratio (SIR). Chronological comparisons were performed by comparing SI of the infundibular recess/SI of the midbrain (SIRIR-MB). Spatial comparisons were conducted by comparing SI on postcontrast HT2-FLAIR/SI on precontrast HT2-FLAIR (SIRPost-Pre) of the infundibular recess with that of other cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) spaces, including the superior part of the third ventricle, lateral ventricles, fourth ventricle, and interpeduncular cistern.Results: In the subjective analysis, all cases showed contrast enhancement of the infundibular recess on both postcontrast and 4-h delayed postcontrast HT2-FLAIR, and showed weaker contrast enhancement of the infundibular recess on 4-h delayed postcontrast HT2-FLAIR than on postcontrast HT2-FLAIR. In the objective analysis, SIRIR-MB was the highest on postcontrast images, followed by 4-h delayed postcontrast images. SIRPost-Pre was significantly higher in the infundibular recess than in the other CSF spaces.Conclusion: The present results demonstrated that the infundibular recess was enhanced on HT2-FLAIR after an intravenous gadolinium injection. The infundibular recess may be a potential source of the leakage of intravenously administered gadolinium into the CSF.  相似文献
