目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的发病情况和综合治疗效果及影响因素。方法:对59例T2DM患者的一般情况、合并症、并发症、ECG表现以及临床综合治疗情况进行分析。结果:高校教职工T2DM患者年龄多为中老年,60岁以上占74.58%,且合并症多,其中合并高血压76.27%,高血脂57.63%,体重异常47.46%,眼病变33.90%,肾病变30.50%。结论:高校T2DM患者教职工T2DM多为中老年患者,绝大多数合并有“三高”及其它并发症,ECG改变明显,同时患者对糖尿病知识的掌握不全面。  相似文献

目的 调查北京天坛医院职工的主观幸福感情况,并分析影响因素,为改善医院职工心理健康提供循证参考。方法 采用分层抽样法随机选取北京天坛医院医生500人,护士800人,医技200人和其他岗位职工300人,资料收集时间为2019年11月1—8日,内容包括职工的一般人口学特征及主观幸福感评分,分析不同人口学特征对职工主观幸福感评分的影响。结果 调查共回收有效问卷1785份,问卷的信度和效度良好(克朗巴赫α系数为0.834; KM0值为0.978),被调查职工的主观幸福感评分为(77.00±5.25)分。不同年龄、婚姻状况、学历、岗位、职称和编制的职工主观幸福感评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.001),35岁以上年龄组职工的主观幸福感评分均显著低于35岁以下职工,差异有统计学意义(P0.001);相较于医技和护理岗位,医生的主观幸福感评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论 医院应持续开展体验式心理服务项目,提高职工心理健康保健能力,积极改善工作-生活不平衡,提升职工共情能力,重视医生群体的主观幸福感,搭建跨学科交流平台,从而提升职工的主观幸福感。  相似文献

目的研究高校教育管理人员工作满意的现状及其影响因素。方法采用自编的教育管理人员工作满意度问卷对310名高校教育管理人员进行问卷调查。结果高校教育管理人员的工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,其中晋升发展的满意度最低(x珋=2.78),同事关系的满意度最高(x珋=3.91)。不同性别、年龄、职务、月收入水平的高校教育管理人员的工作满意度得分差异显著;工作满意度与工作效率具有显著的正相关(r=-0.362,P0.01),回归分析表明,在控制了人口统计变量之后,工作本身的满意度可以显著正向预测工作效率(β=0.353,P0.001)。结论高校教育管理人员对晋升发展的满意度偏低;性别、年龄、职务、月收入等显著影响高校教育管理人员的工作满意度;教育管理人员对教育管理工作本身的满意可以显著正向预测工作效率。  相似文献

IntroductionAlthough it seems logical that working in an emergency service implies having a great capacity to face extreme situations, resilience in health care workers has been shown to be related not only to individual personality characteristics but also with external factors. The objective of this study was to understand the resilience of health professionals working in hospital and in-hospital emergency services and to determine the relationships of resilience with sociodemographic and work-related conditions.MethodsThis cross-sectional study included emergency physicians, nurses, and nursing assistants. Sociodemographic variables, work characteristics, and the Resilience Scale–25 were analyzed. Data were not missing at random and models with imputed data were tested.ResultsA total of 321 professionals participated. Their mean age was 43.36 years (SD 8.73), and 81.31% were women. The mean resilience score was 133.38 (SD 17.11), which corresponds to moderately low to moderate levels. Being single (B = −7.35; P < .01) or divorced (B = −8.26; P = .04) were associated with decreased resilience in the raw score of the Resilience Scale-25. Working shifts that do not include night shift (OR = 2.00, 95% CI 1.04, 3.90, P = .04) and being a nurse (OR = 2.11, 95% CI 1.07, 4.18; P = .03) were associated with higher odds of belonging to categories of lower resilience levels. However, more professional work experience was related to lower odds of belonging to categories of lower resilience levels (OR = 0.94, 95% CI 0.89-0.99, P < .04). Several variables, including marital status, demonstrated inconsistent associations across different modeling methods.ConclusionsResilience in professional health workers was related to personal and working conditions. The scores of emergency staff were low and improvement with specific strategies is needed.  相似文献

Objectives: Despite prevailing beliefs about the potential benefits and harmfulness of mindfulness for people who hear voices, there is a paucity of research into staff and service user views. Q-methodology was used to explore views about mindfulness groups for voice-hearers. Method: Opportunistic sampling of mental healthcare staff (N?=?14) and service users with psychosis (N?=?17). Both samples were analysed using principle components factor analysis to identify the range of attitudes held by staff and service users. Results: Staff participants were particularly knowledgeable and interested in mindfulness. A single staff consensus factor was found suggesting mindfulness is helpful, and not harmful for mental health, but uncertainty surrounded its usefulness for voice-hearers. Service users held four distinct attitudes: (i) mindfulness helps to calm a racing mind; (ii) mindfulness helps to manage stress; (iii) mindfulness improves well-being, and does not alter the brain, reality beliefs, or cause madness; and (iv) mindfulness helps with managing thoughts, fostering acceptance, and is acceptable when delivered in a group format. Conclusions: Staff viewed mindfulness groups for psychosis as helpful, not harmful, but were uncertain about their utility. Consistent with previous research, service users viewed mindfulness groups as useful to promote well-being and reduce distress for individuals experiencing psychosis.  相似文献

Aim: To examine the utility of the Cornell scale for depression in dementia (CSDD), following its introduction as a routine measure in nursing homes. Methods: The CSDD is administered in Australian nursing homes as section 10 of the Aged Care Funding Instrument. CSDD, cognitive and behavioural ratings, and medication use, recorded in three Sydney nursing homes in 2008–2009 were reviewed. Staff discussed what actions were taken if CSDD scores indicated depression. Results: Of 223 residents, 23% scored >12 on the CSDD, indicating probable depression. Another 21% were possibly depressed and 29% not depressed. The CSDD had not been completed for 27%, commonly because preliminary screening indicated no depression, but sometimes because severe cognitive impairment made various CSDD items impossible to rate. Second CSDD assessments had usually not been made. Conclusion: Nursing homes need to document policies that will ensure best use is made of CSDD findings.  相似文献
