Intrauterine position affects motoneuron number and muscle size in a sexually dimorphic neuromuscular system

The intrauterine position occupied by a rodent fetus influences the amount of testosterone to which it is exposed before birth. Animals that are gestated between two male fetuses (2M) are exposed to higher circulating levels of testosterone than are animals positioned between two female fetuses (2F) and there are reliable differences in the reproductive physiology and behavior of 2M and 2F animals when adult. To determine whether intrauterine position modifies development of the central nervous system, we examined the sexually dimorphic spinal nucleus of the bulbocavernosus (SNB) in male and female gerbils from known intrauterine positions. We found that adult 2M female gerbils had 16% more SNB motoneurons than did 2F females. 2M males did not differ from 2F males in SNB motoneuron number, but the bulbocavernosus muscle, which is innervated by SNB motoneurons, was approximately 50% larger in 2M than in 2F males. These data indicate that intrauterine position can influence the morphology of the sexually dimorphic SNB neuromuscular system.

涎腺腺癌细胞系对葫芦素BE的敏感性研究

目的 观察其有多种生物活性的葫芦素BE对涎腺腺癌细胞的杀伤作用。方法 用四唑盐显色法(MTT法)检测人腺样食性癌(ACC-M)和粘液表皮样癌(MEC-1)细胞系对葫芦素BE的敏感性实验。结果 葫芦素BE对两种腺癌细胞系均有较高的相对抗肿瘤活性(RAA值分别为345、148)。结论 实验结果为葫芦素BE治疗涎腺腺癌的进一步研究提供了重要依据。     

胎儿主要肢骨发育时间表──超声骨龄

用Ｂ超检测正常妊娠中的胎儿。选择受精龄为１２至３８整周（ｃｏｍｐｌｅｔｅｄｗｅｅｋ）的胎儿２９７例。测量其主要肢骨（干）长度。并将所测数据进行统计学处理。结果表明胎儿肢骨的生长发育与胎龄有显著的正相关关系。     

不良生活方式与高血压病的流行病学调查分析

目的:调查不良生活方式对高血压发病的影响。方法:以国际通用血压测量方法对全区15 384人进行整群随机抽样调查,着重对有、无不良生活方式的两组人群进行高血压患病率调查,及相对危险度(RR)、归因危险度(AR)、人群归因危险度(ARp)、U检验等的检测,以及相关及多元回归分析。结果:食盐量≥12 g/d高血压患病率31.6％,<12 g/d的为 4.4％(P<0.001,RR 7.3,AR 27.3,ARp 57.2％,r=0.8517);BMI>24高血压患病率 23.2％,<24者 6.4％(P<0.001,RR 3.7,AR 16.9,ARp 37.2％,r=0.3215);肥胖患病率 34.7％,无肥胖8.1％(P<0.001,RR 4.3,AR 26.6％,ARp 19.7％,r=0.3529);油腻饮食高血压患病率14.8％,非油腻饮食8.7％(P<0.001,RR1.7,AR 6.1,ARp 13.9％,r=0.3853);吸烟高血压患病率 12.5％,非吸烟 9.2％(P<0.001,RR1.4,AR 3.3,ARp 8.3％,r=0.8403);饮酒患病率 12.7％,非饮酒 9.4％(P<0.001,RR1.35,AR 3.3,ARp6.7％,r=0.4650)。为进一步了解各危险因子与高血压患病率之间的数量关系和对高血压影响作用的大小,对所有对象用年龄(15～80岁)进行了分组,龄差1岁,共66组,多元回归结果为:偏相关系数0.3775～0.0809,建立的统计模型达到极显著水平(P<0.001),复相关系数0.9525。6个回归因子中按对高血压患病率影响(偏相关系数)大小排序:     

氨苄西林最佳结晶工艺的探索

通过实验的方法来研究结晶过程中各种参数对氨苄西林晶型的影响来考察混合时对氨苄西林溶液结晶过程的影响，选择最佳的结晶工艺条件，更好地指导生产实践过程。经过实验考察，获得最佳的结晶工艺，使产品的各项质量指标提高，认为是氨苄西林的最佳结晶工艺。     

Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus with antiphospholipid syndrome

We report the case of a 44-year-old male with a 10-year history of manifestations of the rare form of bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with coexisting antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) that remained undiagnosed until thrombotic-embolic episodes appeared and high titres of anticardiolipin (ACL) antibodies were detected. The patient fulfilled the criteria for SLE and the atypical cutaneous manifestations together with histopathological changes and a favourable response to sulphones were the grounds for the diagnosis of the bullous variety of SLE. Treatment with prednisolone, acenocoumarol and dapsone resulted in marked clinical improvement, reduction in antinuclear antibodies (ANAs) and normalization of ACL antibody titres.     

小红参滴丸的制备工艺研究

目的 :研究小红参滴丸的最佳成型工艺条件。方法 :采用正交试验法 ,考察了提取物与基质配比、滴制温度、滴头口径大小等因素TLC定性鉴别。结果 :药物提取物 :基质 (1:1.4 ) ,滴制温度 85℃ ,滴头口径 1/ 2mm (内径 /外径 )。滴速 (8± 2 )滴 /min ,滴距 8cm ,冷却剂温度 (4± 2 )℃ ,柱高 6 0cm进行滴制 ,滴丸的成型率最高。结论 :证明此工艺可行 ,成品得率高 ,符合滴丸剂的质量标准。     

STUDIES ON NUTRITION AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS OF THE ESOPHAGUS IN THE ADOLESCENTS

This paper reports the prevalence of chronic esophagitis and nutritional status among 538 young persons aged 15 to 26 years from the high risk area for esophageal cancer. Of these subjects, 166 were from households with history of esophageal cancer and 372 were from households without history of esophageal cancer. The Incidences of chronic esophagltis among male and female adolescents were 37. 6% and 36% respectively, which was significantly higher than those in the low risk area (17%). The frequency of chronic esophagltis in the adolescents in the households with history of esophageal cancer was aiso higher than in those In the households without history of esophageal cancer. The deficiencies of vitamins, especially of riboflavin and ascorbate, are prevalent and severe among these adolescents. Ascorbate deficiency Is correlated with the severity of the chronic esophagltis. These results indicate that chronic esophagltis may be involved in the natural history of esophageal carclnogenesis.
