目的调查护士职业获益感与组织承诺现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法采用护士职业获益感调查问卷和组织承诺调查表对280名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士职业获益感得分为(45.29±4.96)分,组织承诺得分为(48.55±2.96)分,处于中等水平,护士职业获益感与其组织承诺呈正相关(P0.01);护士获益感及3个维度职业保障、职业实惠、职业价值对组织承诺中的情感承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺3个方面均有影响(P0.01)。结论护士职业获益感对组织承诺有较好的正性预测作用,管理者应高度重视护士职业获益感对组织承诺的积极作用,采取针对性的干预强化其组织承诺,稳定护理队伍。  相似文献

目的了解乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健人员组织承诺的整体水平、产生机制和影响因素,对提高妇幼保健人员的组织承诺以及预防人员离职提出建议。方法通过发放《医务人员组织承诺与离职意愿调查问卷》进行自填调查;采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行多重线性回归分析。结果①性别和工作年限均会影响持续承诺和情感承诺。②性别会影响规范承诺。③性别、工作年限均会影响组织承诺。结论乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健人员的组织承诺在个人特征变量上存在一定差异,说明通过提高妇幼保健人员的组织承诺水平,可降低离职率,避免优秀人才的不断流失。  相似文献

Background

While agonist replacement therapies are effective for managing opioid dependence, community treatment programs are increasingly choosing detoxification. Unfortunately, success rates for opioid detoxification are very low, in part, due to physical and psychological symptoms associated with opioid withdrawal. Few behavior therapies specifically address the distressing experiences specific to opioid withdrawal. A novel behavioral treatment, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), works from the premise that the avoidance of unpleasant private experiences (thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations) is ubiquitous yet may be pathogenic, resulting in treatment drop-out and further drug use.

Methods

This Stage I pilot study developed and tested an ACT-based opioid detoxification behavioral therapy. Opioid dependent patients (N = 56) who were attending a licensed methadone clinic were randomized to receive either 24 individual therapy sessions of ACT or drug counseling (DC) in the context of a 6-month methadone dose reduction program.

Results

While no difference was found on opioid use during treatment, 37% of participants in the ACT condition were successfully detoxified at the end of treatment compared to 19% of those who received DC. Fear of detoxification was also reduced across time in the ACT condition relative to DC.

Conclusion

This first study of ACT to assist opioid detoxification indicates promise. Research is needed to refine specific treatment strategies for this population to further strengthen effects.  相似文献

[Clin Psychol Sci Prac 18: 232–237, 2011] The present article briefly reviews early evidence of the applicability of acceptance and commitment therapy and its underlying psychological flexibility model to Asians and Asian Americans. Cultural adaptation is an important goal, and we describe how it might be due within a functional contextual approach, namely, by linking cultural knowledge to processes and principles of psychopathology and behavior change. This approach in essence links cultural adaptation to functional analysis. Ideas in the target article, for example about a transcendent sense of self, are used as examples of how this can be performed.  相似文献

Despite the accumulating data on the molecular and cell biological characteristics of neural stem/progenitor cells, their electrophysiological properties are not well understood. In the present work, changes in the membrane properties and current profiles were investigated in the course of in vitro-induced neuron formation in NE-4C cells. Induction by retinoic acid resulted in neuronal differentiation of about 50% of cells. Voltage-dependent Na+ currents appeared early in neuronal commitment, often preceding any morphological changes. A-type K+ currents were detected only at the stage of network formation by neuronal processes. Flat, epithelial- like, nestin-expressing progenitors persisted beside differentiated neurons and astrocytes. Stem/progenitor cells were gap junction coupled and displayed large, symmetrical, voltage-independent currents. By the blocking of gap junction communication, voltage-independent conductance was significantly reduced, and delayed-rectifying K+ currents became detectable. Our data indicate that voltage-independent symmetrical currents and gap junction coupling are characteristic physiological features of neural stem and progenitor cells regardless of the developmental state of their cellular environment.  相似文献

The bone marrow mesenchymal compartment contains putative stem/progenitors of skeletal tissue components such as bone, cartilage, haematopoiesis-supporting stroma and adipocytes. Previously appreciated as vital to the support of haematopoiesis, these cells have also been recently recognized as having significant immunomodulatory properties with implications for allogeneic haematopoietic cell transplantation. Despite having been studied for more than three decades and currently being used in different clinical settings, their biology remains elusive. The aim of this review is to critically analyse the field of mesenchymal stem/progenitor cell biology, in respect of their relationship with other mesenchymal cell-types. BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Few studies focused on nurses' career commitment and nurses' job performance. This research aimed at studying variables of nurses' career commitment and job performance, and assessing the relationship between the two concepts as well as their predictors. METHODS: A survey was used to collect data from a convenient sample of 640 Registered Nurses employed in 24 hospitals. RESULTS: Nurses 'agreed' to be committed to their careers and they were performing their jobs 'well'. As a part of career commitment, nurses were willing to be involved, in their own time, in projects that would benefit patient care. The highest and lowest means of nurses' job performance were reported for the following aspects: leadership, critical care, teaching/collaboration, planning/evaluation, interpersonal relations/communications and professional development. Correlating of total scores of nurses' career commitment and job performance revealed the presence of a significant and positive relationship between the two concepts. Stepwise regression models revealed that the explained variance in nurses' career commitment was 23.9% and that in nurses' job performance was 29.9%. IMPLICATIONS FOR NURSING MANAGEMENT: Nurse managers should promote nursing as a career and they should develop and implement various strategies to increase nurses' career commitment and nurses' job performance. These strategies should focus on nurse retention, staff development and quality of care. CONCLUSIONS: Nurses' career commitment and job performance are inter-related complex concepts that require further studies to understand, promote and maintain these positive factors in work environments.  相似文献
