目的:改善舰船官兵的饮用水水质,提高舰员的生活质量。方法:将研制的HQJ-500多功能净水装置装舰试用,征求试用意见并进行水质分析。结果:经实船试用证实,该多功能净水器能经受住各种海况下颠簸,摇晃的考验。运行正常。处理后的水质有明显改善。结论:该装置净化,消毒效果肯定,适合舰船使用,可推广应用。  相似文献

人抗HBsAg噬菌体抗体Fab段基因的序列分析及表达   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对已建的噬菌体抗体库分离出来的人抗-HBs克隆进行了序列分析和表达研究,发现4个克隆中3个克隆的重链和轻链完全相同,DNA序列分析表明VH分别属于VH1亚群和Ⅱ亚群,其轻链VL分别属于VλⅡ亚群和VλⅠ亚群。构建了可溶性Fab段表达载体,显示出在细菌中表达的Fab段抗体与HBsAg特异性结合,这说明所筛选出来的噬菌体抗体具有HBdisplay status  相似文献

Air embolism produced by vaginal insufflation is an unusual but potentially lethal consequence of sexual activity, especially in the pregnant patient. Reported here is the case of a young pregnant woman who presented to the ED in full cardiac arrest, with little history to explain her condition. Despite aggressive resuscitative measures, the patient died, but her infant son was delivered via perimortem cesarean section and survived. A high level of suspicion for air embolism should be maintained for young women who unexpectedly develop cardiac arrest, particularly during sexual activity. Air embolism patients may require vigorous medical resuscitation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, or surgical intervention to survive. The emergency physician should be familiar with the indications for perimortem cesarean delivery in the third-trimester patient presenting to the ED with cardiac arrest.  相似文献

An impermeable thiol blocker has been used to investigate the role of sulphydryl (SH) groups in the production of and responsiveness to IL-2 by normal human T lymphocytes. Surface SH blockade of mononuclear cells prior to incubation with mitogen (phytohaemagglutinin, concanavalin A, CD3 MoAb) had no effect on production of IL-2 but markedly impaired cellular responsiveness to exogenous IL-2. Studies using MoAbs indicated that this effect was accompanied by decreased expression of both the CD25 and p75 subunits of the IL-2 receptor. Blocking surface SH groups did not affect binding of IL-2 to p75 on unstimulated mononuclear cells, but inhibited binding to high-affinity receptors on a T lymphoma cell line. The data are consistent with the hypothesis that sulphydryl groups on the IL-2 receptor are required for its function and may be involved in the interaction of the CD25 and p75 subunits leading to generation of the high-affinity binding site. The surface thiol identified on the IL-2 receptor may be a candidate for oxidation on cells from patients with chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and thus contribute to the aberrant function of T cells in these patients.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Assessment of personal exposure to dust mite allergen has relied on proxy measures. Only recently has a means to directly measure inhaled allergen particle number become available (the intra-nasal air sampler). OBJECTIVE: To quantify inspired dust mite group 1 and group 2 allergen-bearing particles in bed in undisturbed conditions prior to sleep by nasal air sampling and to investigate the relationship between inhaled particles and reservoir allergen levels. METHODS: Twelve volunteers wore nasal samplers in bed for 6 evenings, nose-breathing in undisturbed conditions. Allergen-bearing particles ('halos') were detected by immunostaining for Der p 1, Der p 2, or Der p 1 and Der p 2 together, and counted by light microscopy. Count data were square root transformed for analysis of variance. Mattress dust samples were assayed for Der p 1 and Der p 2 concentrations. RESULTS: Square root detransformed mean particle counts per 30-min sample were: Der p 1, 4.22; Der p 2, 5.9; Der p 1 + Der p 2, 4.87; and for all samples, 5.01, with no difference between the groups. With replicate samples, halo number correlated significantly with mattress allergen concentrations (Der p 1 r = 0.80, P < 0.01; Der p 2 r = 0.68, P < 0.02). CONCLUSION: Nasal air sampling can be used to quantify nocturnal Der p exposure in undisturbed conditions in an area with moderate exposure to mite allergen and can provide a direct measure of inhaled mite allergen. The choice of either Der p 1 or Der p 2 is appropriate for this purpose.  相似文献

The binding of human complement components C3, C5 and C9 to the surface of the infective larvae of the nematode parasites Toxocara canis and Trichinella spiralis, by the alternative pathway, was examined by direct and indirect immunofluorescence on the intact parasites. This showed that although C3 bound to both nematodes, they differed markedly in the binding of C5 and C9; C5 bound only minimally to T. spiralis, and C9 binding to this parasite was barely detectable. In contrast, both early and late components bound to T. canis to a high density, comparable to, or in excess of, the binding of these components to the infective larvae of the trematode Schistosoma mansoni. The lack of binding of the post-C3 components to T. spiralis did not correlate with enhanced binding of the control protein, Factor H.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Reduction of house dust mite allergens in the domestic environment can play an important part in reducing sensitization and in the amelioration of symptoms in atopic individuals. Chemical and physical methods have been tried with varied levels of success. The present paper presents a novel electrostatic way of destroying Der p 1, the major mite allergen. OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of negative Trichel, negative continuous glow, positive pulse and positive continuous glow corona in destroying Der p 1. To determine whether ozone has any effect on the integrity of Der p 1 in the experimental conditions present. METHODS: A simple point-to-plane apparatus was used to irradiate samples of Der p 1 for periods of 1, 15, 30, 45, 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300 min. Controls were exposed to the atmosphere with no corona products present for the equivalent time. The effect of the corona by-product ozone was investigated alone by exposing samples of Der p 1 to molecular ozone for 60 min. Der p 1 concentration was quantified by two-site monoclonal antibody ELISA. RESULTS: High current negative glow resulted in a 67.37% reduction in Der p 1 concentration after 300 min compared with a 50.5% reduction from a low current Trichel regime. High current positive glow corona gave a reduction of 25.22% while a low current positive pulse corona caused a 13.72% reduction after 300 min. All these reductions were statistically significant (P < 0.05) compared with unexposed controls. Negative corona always gave greater percentage reductions in Der p 1 concentration for each time exposure investigated. The pattern of percentage reduction follows an exponential rise to maximum relationship in respect to time. Samples of Der p 1 were not affected by exposure to molecular ozone. CONCLUSION: These data indicate corona products to be a powerful new method of destroying Der p 1 allergen that is not dependent on the presence of the oxidizing corona product ozone.  相似文献

6 cases of different lymphoproliferative diseases were studied with the new MAC (Morphology-Antibody-Chromosome) method in order to find out 1) if the abnormal karyotype is confined to the monoclonal cell population, 2) if there are, within this clone, also cells with a normal karyotype, and 3) if the method can help the pathologist to diagnose malignant lymphoproliferative diseases. The MAC method allows a simultaneous study in the same metaphase cell of the karyotype, surface markers, and some morphological features. In all cases in which a monoclonal cell proliferation was detected immunohistologically, the MAC examination showed a chromosomal abnormality for the same light chain as was detected in immunohistology, but not in other cells. In all but a single case, all mitotic cells belonging to the clonal cell proliferation had an abnormal karyotype. In this case with lambda clonality, 2/8 lambda-positive mitoses had a normal karyotype. However, all the normal mitoses occurred in small lymphocytes whereas the abnormal mitoses were seen in large blastic cells. In 1 case, the MAC method helped in confirming the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma (nodular small cleaved cell type). Especially in lymphomas composed of a mixed cell population, the MAC method makes it possible to find out which cell types have an abnormal karyotype and which have a normal karyotype.  相似文献

大鼠延髓腹侧面头端应用毒扁豆碱引起血压升高和心率加快,伴有延髓腹侧面头端胆碱酯酶活性降低和脊髓蛛网膜下腔灌流液中P物质样免疫反应活性升高。在延髓腹侧面头端应用阿托品或脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射P物质拮抗剂D-脯~2,D-苯丙~7,D-色~9-P物质均可阻断毒扁豆碱的心血管效应。脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射P物质抗血清或辣椒素均可减弱毒扁豆碱的升压反应。实验结果提示,毒扁豆碱作用于延髓腹侧面头端的M受体,兴奋了延髓-脊髓P物质能神经元下行通路,使之释放P物质,引起交感肾上腺髓质系统兴奋,从而使血压升高和心率加快。  相似文献
