目的 探讨多功能红外治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法 将 171例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组用多功能红外治疗仪探头点状光凝子宫颈 ,每点 2~ 3秒 ,对照组用CO2 激光治疗。结果 治疗组治愈 84例 ,占 97.67% ,对照组治愈 73例 ,占 85.88% ,两组疗效比较P <0 .0 5。结论 采用多功能红外治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂疗效明显优于对照组。 相似文献

目的 :ABO亚型在临床输血中经常造成错定血型及输血反应 ,因而研制抗A1试剂血清是解决ABO亚型鉴定的主要途径。方法 :采用血型血清学特异性抗原抗体吸收实验。结果 :经大量反复实验 ,研制出特异性强 ,效价符合要求的抗A1试剂血清。结论 :抗A1血清是鉴定A亚型的专用试剂血清 ,对临床鉴定ABO亚型及安全输血有实用意义。 相似文献

Kanner (1943), in his classic account, described autism as a specific impairment in interpersonal relations which leaves the child's uses of objects relatively unaffected. This combination of the difficulties in relating to people and the supposedly excellent relations to objects figures centrally within many of the current theories of autism, which have had relatively little to say on the question of object use. This paper draws attention to evidence of widespread impairments in relating to objects, not only in interpersonal aspects of object use but also in early sensorimotor exploration and the functional and conventional uses of objects. In stressing these problems with objects, our purpose is not to downplay the social dimension of autism, but rather to highlight the reciprocal nature of the interactions between the child, other people, and objects. Given the evidence that other people play an important role in introducing objects to children, we propose that an impairment in interpersonal relations should itself lead us to expect corresponding disruption in the autistic child's use of objects. Conversely, an unusual use of objects is likely to manifest itself in disturbances in relating to other people, given the importance of a shared understanding and use of objects in facilitating interaction. 相似文献

This paper presents a model for understanding decisions that a therapist makes concerning the use of the self as a therapeutic tool in children's psychotherapy groups. The parameters within which a therapist uses self is directly related to the development of the group's culture. It is proposed that two complementary cultures develop within children's groups, one, indigenous peer culture, strictly of the children's making and the other, therapeutic group culture, created by the therapist in collaboration with group members. Having taken the time to learn a group's indigenous peer culture the therapist can use its metaphors to speak to the children in their own language; eventually it will be possible to engage them in collaboratively building a meaning system which is uniquely designed to address their psychotherapeutic needs. Initially, when indigenous peer culture is predominant, the therapist uses self more receptively in order to connect with the children through empathic immersion, holding intolerable affects and developmental time travel; as treatment progresses and a therapeutic group culture is slowly constructed, the therapist may use him/her self for more change directed interventions through role modeling, confrontation and self disclosure.Chief Psychologist and Coordinator, Children's Clinical Services, Brookline Community Mental Health Center and Instructor, Psychiatry (Psychology), Harvard Medical School and private practice in Brookline and Newton Massachusetts. 相似文献

目的 :通过京、沪、穗抗病毒用药的药物利用分析 ,为药品研究、生产、流通和宏观控制提供参考。方法 :利用《全国医药信息网》提供的京、沪、穗三地的抗病毒药品 2 0 0 1年和 2 0 0 2年的统计数据 ,通过药品消耗排序、趋势分析、DDDs等指标 ,分析抗病毒药品的利用情况和市场走势。结果 :抗病毒药品的消耗总体呈增长趋势 ,其中专利品种如拉米夫定的优势远远大于仿制品种 ;国产药品目前在抗病毒药品消耗总金额中占绝对优势 ;京、沪、穗抗病毒用药金额差别较大 ,以广州最高。结论 :抗病毒药品具有广阔的市场前景 ,但要重视低水平的重复仿制与科技创新的矛盾。具有自主知识产权的专利品种是保持市场竞争力的关键。 相似文献

The associations between (dimensionally scored) measures of attentional difficulties at age 8 and psychosocial outcomes at age 18 were examined in a birth cohort of New Zealand children. Increasing attentional difficulties during middle childhood were associated with increased risks of academic failure or difficulties, juvenile offending, and substance use behaviours in young adulthood. However, those with early attentional difficulties were a high-risk group characterised by social disadvantages, early conduct difficulties, lower 1Q, and related characteristics. Statistical adjustments showed: (a) that attentional difficulties were related to later academic success even when due allowance was made for potentially confounding factors; and (b) early attentional difficulties were unrelated to later juvenile offending or substance use behaviours after adjustment for confounding. In all cases there was evidence of consistent dose/response relationships between the extent of early attentional difficulties and later academic outcomes, suggesting that these associations were not confined to those with extreme symptoms. 相似文献

Alcohol use and nicotine use were investigated in a representative sample of 1110 study participants aged 10 to 17 years. In addition to questions on substance use, the participants responded to questionnaires covering behavior and emotions, life events, self-related cognitions, coping capacities, perceived parental behavior, perceived school environment, and the social network. The gender gap in substance use tended to close with increasing age. Parental substance use served as a model for substance use in the participants. Substance users had more abnormal scores on almost all variables as compared to abstaining controls. Lack of acceptance and control, pressure to achieve at school, and life events significantly predicted substance use. The latter served as a moderating risk variable for delinquent behavior under stress. 相似文献
