目的:观察清热化湿疏肝祛瘀法组成之中药复方对急性肝内胆汁淤积大鼠肝功能的影响。方法:采用异硫氰酸萘酯(ANIT)诱导大鼠急性肝内胆汁淤积,同时以5g/(kg.d)的中药复方进行干预,熊去氧胆酸[90mg/(kg.d)]为对照,于给ANIT后24、48、72h随机处死模型组及各药物干预组1/3数量的大鼠,取肝组织行HE染色在光镜下观察病理学变化,取血清以全自动生化仪检测肝功能。结果:模型组大鼠肝组织损伤及肝功能所测各项指标在应用ANIT后24h、48h及72h均明显增高,并以48h时为高峰;应用中药复方及熊去氧胆酸干预组大鼠的肝功能各项指标在应用ANIT后24h及48h时较相对应的模型组显著下降,72h时则与对应的模型组无统计学差异。结论:清热化湿疏肝祛瘀法中药可明显改善急性肝内胆汁淤积大鼠肝组织损伤及肝功能状况。 相似文献

目的:研究老年高血压左室肥厚(LVH)相关因素,为临床立法、诊断治疗、预防提供借鉴.方法:老年高血压LVH患者65例,对照组为老年高血压非左室肥厚患者(NLVH)30例,进行相关因素比较.结果:老年高血压LVH患者男性多于女性(P〈0.05);LVH患者病程长于NLVH患者(P〈0.05);心脑血管合并症构成比无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组高血压分级经统计学处理有极显著差别(P〈0.001);LVH组体重、体重指数显著高于NLVH组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).结论:明确提出了老年高血压LVH发病部分相关因素. 相似文献

目的:观察药食心葆汤联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效及其对血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)水平凝血功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月于郑州市中医院心内科入院治疗并确诊为心血瘀阻证的冠心病患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组102例,观察组98例,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合药食心葆汤治疗,药物干预治疗8周,比较两组患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY),凝血功能[凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT),部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT),纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)]等指标。结果:治疗后观察组患者凝血功能、血清HCY水平改善程度优于对照组(P0.05);观察组可明显降低CHD患者血清HCY水平(P0.05),调节患者的凝血功能(P0.05),组间比较显示两组有明显差别,特别是在改善凝血功能方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P0.05),对照组治疗前后各项指标没有统计学差异。结论:药食心葆汤联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效确切,能有效降低CHD患者HCY水平、调节凝血功能,值得临床推广使用。 相似文献

对100例Lp-TAE治疗后的肝细胞肝癌通过CT扫描和肝功能检查追踪观察3~12月,发现多数病人肝脏形态和功能发生明显损害。根据CT扫描观察,Lp-TAE治疗前35例无肝硬变表现,治疗后25例出现肝硬变;Lp-TAE术前65例已有肝硬变,术后45例CT表现肝变加重。按照Child's肝功能分级标准,100例肝癌Lp-TAE后肝功能下降的总体发生率为66%,其中A→B级41例,A→C级15例,B→C 相似文献

背景与目的:肺癌的发生、发展与机体的免疫功能状况密切相关,恶性肿瘤患者存在明显的免疫功能紊乱,主要表现为细胞免疫功能下降.本研究评价胸腺肽联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、毒副反应、生活质量及免疫功能的影响.方法:42例非小细胞肺癌随机分为2组,治疗组:NP方案+胸腺肽.长春瑞滨(NVB)25 mg/m^2,静脉滴注,第1、8天,顺铂(DDP)70~80 mg/m^2,静脉滴注,第1天.化疗后第3天每日静脉滴注胸腺肽200 mg,连续7~10 d.对照组:单化疗,用NP方案,剂量、用法同上.结果:治疗组化疗后CD4和NK细胞活性显著高于化疗前和对照组化疗后水平(P<0.01),对照组NK细胞活性化疗后显著低于化疗前水平(P<0.05).治疗组KPS提高率为61.9%(13/21),而对照组为28.6%(6/21),两组差异有显著性(P<0.05).治疗组有效率52.4%(11/21),1年生存率为52.6%.对照组有效率42.9%(9/21),1年生存率38.8%.两组间疗效、毒副反应及1年生存率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论:胸腺肽联合化疗能提高肺癌化疗患者机体的免疫功能,改善患者生存质量. 相似文献

Shu-Mai-Tang (SMT) is a traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of ischemic heart disease. The effect of SMT on inflammation-induced myocardial fibrosis, left ventricular (LV) remodeling, and the potential mechanism in myocardial ischemia (MI) rats were investigated. Rats with ligated left anterior descending coronary artery (MI model) were randomly divided into three groups (SMTL, SMTH, and MIR). A group undergoing Sham operation (Sham; n=16) was also included. SMT (342 or 1710 mg/kg for SMTL or SMTH groups, respectively) was orally administered daily for 1 and 6 weeks. Cardiac function, myocardial fibrosis, serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFalpha) concentration, the cardiac expressions of phosphorylated p38 MAPK and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase (TIMP)-1 and TNFalpha were examined by echocardiography, histological staining, radioimmunoassay, western blot, respectively. In the present study, significant reduced myocardial fibrosis, as well as decreased phospho-p38 MAPK, TIMP-1, and TNFalpha proteins, and serum TNFalpha level, accompanied by improved cardiac function in the SMT-treated rats in a dose-dependent manner as compared with the MIR. These results suggested that SMT could anti-inflammation-induced myocardial fibrosis and reverse LV remodeling in MI rats, and the mechanism may be related to the effect of SMT on inhibiting p38 MAPK signaling pathway. 相似文献

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: Rhodiola sacra (Crassulaceae) exhibits cardiovascular bioactivities and is used in Tibetan medicine for promoting circulation and preventing hypertension. However, the underlying mechanisms of its cardiovascular effects are poorly understood. AIM OF THE STUDY: The aim of this study was therefore to evaluate the cardiovascular activity of water-soluble fraction (WtF) and n-butanol-soluble fraction (BtF) of Rhodiola sacra radix and to explore its mechanism of action in propofol anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and cardiac contractility after systemic administration of the extracts (10-75mg/kg) were examined for at least 40min. Different antagonists were used to evaluate the mechanisms of cardiovascular effects of the extracts. RESULTS: Intravenous injection of the WtF (10, 25, 35, 50 or 75mg/kg) exhibited dose-dependent hypotension and increases in heart rate and cardiac contractility. In contrast, mild alterations in the same cardiovascular parameters were detected only at high dose (75mg/kg) BtF. The WtF-induced hypotensive, positive inotropic and chronotropic effects were significantly abolished by pretreatment with hexamethonium (30mg/kg, i.v.) or reserpine (5mg/kg, i.v.), whereas the hypotensive, but not the positive inotropic or chronotropic effect was potentiated by captopril (2.5mg/kg, i.v.). Pretreatment with methylatropine (1mg/kg, i.v.), on the other hand, reversed the positive inotropic and chronotropic but not the hypotensive effects of WtF. The WtF-induced cardiovascular responses were not affected in rats pretreated with N(G)-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (20mg/kg, i.v.). CONCLUSIONS: We conclude that systemic administration of the WtF of Rhodiola sacra radix elicited a potent hypotensive effect that was mediated by the withdrawal of sympathetic vasomotor tone and interaction with the circulatory angiotensin system. The positive inotropic and chronotropic effects of WtF may result from a direct vagal inhibition on the heart. 相似文献

AIM: Cardiac infarction is one of the main causes of death in both developing and developed countries over past decades. Currently available approaches for treating patients with this disease are not satisfactory. Traditional Chinese medicines have been increasingly paid attention to. The aim of this study was to characterize the dynamic protective effects of Guanxin No. 2 decoction (GX II) on cardiac dysfunction combined with the blood viscosity and myocardial hypertrophy parameters in myocardial infarction (MI) rats. METHODS: Male Sprague-Dawley rats (180-200 g) were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operated, coronary artery ligation (CAL), and CAL plus GX II (GX II, 10.0 g raw materials/kg/d, bid, p.o.). The experiment was carried out at 4 time points as the 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 28th day after ligation. RESULT: It was found that on the one hand, GX II could significantly improve the heart function, and remarkably decrease infarct size and inhibit ventricular remodeling. On the other hand, GX II showed some unique effects such as angiogenesis which was induced in the left ventricular tissue. This result was consistent with the finding of an augmented vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in this area. CONCLUSIONS: The studies demonstrated that GX II exerted extensively beneficial cardioprotective effect on CAL rats, it might stimulate angiogenesis of ischemic region to compensate blood supply to the heart via upregulated VEGF expression. 相似文献

目的:探讨不同经穴的相对特异性作用。方法:60只家兔分为正常对照组、模型对照组、电针内关组、电针太渊组、电针神门组、电针支正组和电针三阴交组,采用静脉注射脑垂体后叶素复制急性心肌缺血模型,记录标准导联Ⅱ导心电图,获取心率、左室内压最大上升速率和下降速率以及左心室收缩压力峰值,比较电针不同经穴对急性心肌缺血家兔心功能的影响。结果:心肌缺血后,心功能各项指标值的绝对值均显著降低。电针内关组、电针神门组和电针支正组对心功能改善作用明显优于电针太渊组和电针三阴交组(P<0.05),且与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。电针内关组和电针神门组与电针支正组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针"内关"神门"和"支正"穴可显著改善急性心肌缺血家兔的心功能,且"内关"和"神门"穴的效应更明显。而电针"太渊"穴和"三阴交"穴对心功能的改善无明显作用。 相似文献
