目的:探讨超声造影在评估肝纤维化程度分级中的临床价值.方法:选择70例慢性乙肝患者及健康对照组20例,肝纤维化病理诊断标准采用Scheuer方案,按肝纤维化程度不同分4组:轻度肝纤维化组(n=15)、中度肝纤维化组(n=29)、肝硬化组(n=26)、对照组(n=20).在反相脉冲谐波模式下,经肘静脉团注法注射超声造影剂SonoVue2.4mL,并采集90s的超声造影动态影像供脱机分析,记录造影剂到达肝动脉时间、到达门静脉时间、到达肝静脉时间及肝实质增强峰值时间,计算肝动脉-肝静脉渡越时间(HA-HVTT)、门静脉一肝静脉渡越时间(PV-HVTT)及肝实质-肝静脉渡越时间(PA-HVTT),比较各参数与肝纤维化程度的相关性.结果:轻度肝纤维化组,造影剂到达肝静脉显影时间与对照组相近或稍有延长,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),时间分别为28.63s±3.14s、26.27s±1.74s;中度及肝硬化组造影剂到达肝静脉时间为23.11s±1.34s及20.56s±3.37s,较轻度肝纤维化组、对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度肝纤维化组、肝硬化组的肝实质增强峰值时间较对照组延长,差异有统计学意义(...  相似文献

目的探讨超声造影检查对肝脏血管瘤的诊断价值。方法临床确诊22例肝脏血管瘤患者经肘静脉丸式注入超声造影剂Sono Vue2.4ml,在反向脉冲序列成像的低机械指数下实时观察肝脏血管瘤的灌注过程及回声变化规律。结果20例肝脏血管瘤患者在造影早期(动脉相或门脉相)发生周边环状强化或斑点状强化,并且缓慢向心性充填式增强,实质相肿瘤完全或大部分强化呈强回声,强度高于周围的肝实质;1例患者表现为动脉相快速整体增强,门脉相与实质相持续增强,其回声高于周边的肝组织;1例患者仪表现周边增强,中心始终不增强。结论超声造影检查肝脏血管瘤时有特征性表现,是诊断肝脏血管瘤的又一种新方法,诊断率明显高于常规超声检查。  相似文献

Objective: To evaluate the impact of the diameter of SonoVue microbubbles on binding characteristics, including the adhesion rate and stability, of a new contrast agent targeted to choriocarcinoma cells (JARs) in vitro, in order to establish a foundation to explore targeted ultrasound imaging for localization of tumor cell antigens and increase the early diagnostic rate for tumors. Methods: The objects were divided into three groups: the large microbubble group (n = 15), the middling microbubble group (n = 15) and the tiny microbubble group (n = 15). The rosette formation rate was counted. JARs were calculated by flow cytometry (FCM). The targeted contrast agent was prepared by mixing SonoVue microbubbles of different diameter with rabbit anti-human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) antibody. The binding rates of the targeted contrast agent to JARs before and after PBS rinse were analyzed. Results: The binding rate was significantly lower in the large microbubble group [(61.7 ± 1.8)%] than in the middling microbubble group [(82.6 ± 4.5)%] and the tiny microbubble group [(91.3 ± 5.8)%] (P 〈 0.05). The binding rates of different diameter microbubbles to JARs before and after PBS rinse were different. The middling microbubbles were the most stable ones, with the binding rate of (82.3 ± 4.5)% and (80.4 ± 3.9)% before and after PBS rinse (P 〉 0.05). The binding rates of the targeted microbubbles labeled with fluorescence to JARs were 68.6%, 81.3% and 89.3% in the large microbubble group, the middling microbubble group and the tiny microbubble group, respectively (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The binding capacity of the targeted SonoVue microbubbles to JARs is related to the diameter of the microbubble, which is determined by the shaking method before preparation. Modulating the diameter of SonoVue microbubbles may increase the binding rate and stability of targeted microbubbles to JARs, thus to improve the image of JARs.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of HyCoSy using sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles for fallopian tubal patency assessment in infertile females. Twenty-four studies, including 1358 females with 2661 detected fallopian tubes published from January 2003 to May 2019, were identified. The pooled sensitivity was 93% (95% CI: 90–95%), while the specificity was 90% (95% CI: 87–92%). The area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve was 0.96 (95% CI: 94–98%). The specificity of the four-dimensional HyCoSy subgroup was higher than the 2D/3D subgroup; an increased dose of contrast agent did not affect the specificity, with only a slightly reduced sensitivity.  相似文献
