本研究采用先进的三维超声成像技术及多普勒技术对正常育龄妇女月经周期中心血管功能进行研究。结果:月经周期中HR、BP无变化;血清E2是周期性变化,排卵前达高峰。SV、CO、EF在排卵前期升高达峰值,显著高于月经期和黄体期;SVR排卵前期最低,而Ved、Ves无变化。Vmax、A、E在内源性E2高峰时明显加快,而E/A比值无明显变化。结果提示:月经周期中随内源性E2的周期性变化,心脏功能也发生周期性变化。E2高峰时,心输出量、心搏量和射血分数达最高。外周阻力最低,心脏内血流速度加快。 相似文献

对20~25岁的健康学生进行肺功能测定,肺活量(VC)、第一秒时间肺活量(FEV_1)、最大通气量(MBC)存在性别差异;而中期流速(MMEF_(25~75%))和第一秒时间肺活量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV_1/FVC)无显著性差异。以身高(X_1),体重(X_2)为自变量,VC,FEV_1,MBC分别为应变量进行多元回归分析,显示肺功能指标和身高、体重有密切的相关性(P<0.05)。按体育锻炼指标将机体的素质分为较好、中等、较差3组,计算其肺功能实测值占预计值124.3±11.2%,105.8±13.3%,84.9±11.8%。 相似文献

兔心肌挫伤心功能障碍与心肌细胞内Ca2+和线粒体ATP酶的变化 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
目的:探讨心肌细胞内游离钙([Ca^2 ]i)和心肌ATP酶变化在心肌挫伤(MC)后心功能障碍发生机制中的意义。方法:随机选取兔36只,分为6组:正常对照、伤后2、4、8、12、24h,每组6只。经右颈总动脉插管至左心室测左室压力。采用BIM-II型生物撞击机致成MC模型。在上述时相点测定左室压力,并测定心肌细胞内[Ca^2 ]i和心肌匀浆组织及线粒体ATP酶活力。结果:心脏收缩/舒张功能受到损害,心肌细胞内[Ca^2 ]i升高,心肌匀浆组织及线粒体ATP酶下降,相关分析表明心功能障碍与心肌细胞内[Ca^2 ]i含量升高呈明显负相关,与ATP酶活性降低呈明显正相关。结论:MC后心脏功能下降,心肌细胞内[Ca^2 ]i含量升高和ATP酶活性下降可能是其原因之一。 相似文献

The neuropeptides neurotensin and neuromedin N (from 10−12 M to 10−9 M) have been showed in this study to stimulate significantly in vitro several steps of the phagocytic process: adherence to substrate, chemotaxis, ingestion of inert particles (latex beads) and production of superoxide anion measured by nitroblue tetrazolium reduction in resting peritoneal macrophages from BALB/c mice. A dose-response relationship was observed, with a maximal stimulation of the phagocytic process at 10−11 M. The two neuropeptides induced no change of intracellular cyclic AMP in murine macrophages. Moreover, adherence and chemotaxis decreased significantly in the presence of EGTA (1 mM), a chelator of extracellular Ca2+, or ryanodine (0.5 mM), a blocker of a Ca2+-gated channel from the endoplasmic reticulum, in both controls and samples with the addition of neurotensin or neuromedin N. These results suggest that there is no relation between the cAMP messenger system and the phagocytic process stimulation in murine peritoneal macrophages by neurotensin or neuromedin N. In addition, the results observed with EGTA and ryanodine could indicate that these two neuropeptides produce their effects through an increase of intracellular Ca2+ concentration. 相似文献

In reviewing the more recent research on early writing development, however, a new focus of context emerges. Occurrences of literacy are now being observed in the home, the school, and the community. A definition of context reflects theoretical perspectives, areas of research interests, and types of methodologies employed in conducting research. In bioartificial pancreatic systems, isolated islets of Langerhans are protected against immune rejection by an artificial membrane, permeable to glucose and insulin, but not to immunoglobulins and lymphocytes. Some of these devices, referred to as vascular systems, are set up to be connected to a vascular site in the recipient, with blood circulating in contact with one side of the membrane, and the islets on the other side. Such a bioartificial pancreas, containing isolated rat islets of Langerhans, was connected to an arteriovenous shunt of a normal anesthetized dog. The aim of this experiment was to investigate the kinetics of the insulin secretory response of the system to a glucose load. Glucose was infused upstream of the system, increasing the glucose concentration inside the bioartificial pancreas from 7 to 14 mmol/l, without altering the blood glucose concentration of the dog. Insulin concentration was determined simultaneously upstream and downstream of the bioartificial pancreas. Insulin production was calculated by multiplying the difference between these values by the blood flow rate. Blood flow rate (Q) was estimated from the change in the glucose concentration produced by the glucose infusion using a mass transfer analysis derived from Fick's principle. Insulin production increased from 20 +/- 8 to 59 +/- 15 microU/100 islets/min within 15 min following the beginning of the stimulation (n = 6, p less than 0.05). Five min after the end of the stimulation, insulin production decreased from 75 +/- 13 to 50 +/- 9 microU/100 islets/min (p less than 0.05) to reach the basal level (21 +/- 3 microU/100 islets/min) 30 min after the end of the glucose stimulation.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS) 相似文献
