明党参根中维生素及其水煎膏中无机元素的分析

目的:考察明党参根中营养元素的种类及含量,探讨其补益功效的物质基础.方法:采用高效液相色谱法、荧光分光光度法及扫描电子微量分析法,测定明党参根中维生素的含量和水煎膏中无机元素的含量.结果:明党参根含脂溶性维生素E、K分别为259.2、64.1μg/kg,水溶性维生素C、B1、B2分别为78.5、0.6、0.7 mg/kg.明党参水煎膏中含丰富的钾和钙离子.结论:明党参富含人体必需的有益元素,作为食用中药是有其物质基础的.     

一种兔肠源抗菌蛋白分离纯化及其抑菌活性

目的探讨不同摄食控制方法对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响。方法摄食控制组分别为每日限食2.0 g(DR)、隔1日断食限食4.0 g(IF)、隔2日断食限食6.0 g(SF)和隔1日断食不限食(IF1)4种方法,正常摄食为空白对照组(AL)。观察各组小鼠的体重变化和平均存活天数。结果DR组和IF组平均存活天数分别为19.52±5.24 d和17.96±4.49 d,比对照AL组15.75±1.83 d明显延长(P<0.001和P<0.01)。结论摄食控制恰当,可明显抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期并提高生存质量。     

Moisturizing effect of cosmetic formulations containing Aloe vera extract in different concentrations assessed by skin bioengineering techniques

BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: The polysaccharide-rich composition of Aloe vera extracts (Aloe barbadensis Miller), often used in cosmetic formulations, may impart moisturizing properties to the product. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of cosmetic formulations containing different concentrations of freeze-dried Aloe vera extract on skin hydration, after a single and a 1- and 2-week period of application, by using skin bioengineering techniques. METHODS: Stable formulations containing 5% (w/w) of a trilaureth-4 phosphate-based blend were supplemented with 0.10%, 0.25% or 0.50% (w/w) of freeze-dried Aloe vera extract and applied to the volar forearm of 20 female subjects. Skin conditions in terms of the water content of the stratum corneum and of transepidermal water loss (TEWL) (Corneometer CM 825 and Tewameter TM 210) were analysed before and after a single and 1- and 2-week period of daily application. RESULTS: After a single application, only formulations supplemented with 0.25% and 0.50% (w/w) of Aloe vera extract increased the water content of the stratum corneum, while after the 2-week period application, all formulations containing the extract (0.10%, 0.25% and 0.50%) had the same effect, in both cases as compared with the vehicle. TEWL was not modified after a single and after 1- and 2-week period of application, when compared with the vehicle. CONCLUSION: Our results show that freeze-dried Aloe vera extract is a natural effective ingredient for improving skin hydration, possibly through a humectant mechanism. Consequently, it may be used in moisturizing cosmetic formulations and also as a complement in the treatment of dry skin.     

蝎毒多肽提取物对肺癌荷瘤裸鼠血流变学的影响

目的观察蝎毒多肽提取物（PESV）对肺癌荷瘤裸鼠血流变学的影响。方法移植肺癌荷瘤裸鼠随机分为PESV组（皮下注射PESV）与对照组（皮下注射生理盐水）。采用FASCO-300型全自动表观黏度快测仪对两组的全血黏度进行检测。结果与对照组相比，PESV组血流变学指标均有不同程度的降低，尤其是全血低切表观黏度、全血高切表观黏度、Casson黏度、Casson屈服应力均明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论PESV可降低荷瘤裸鼠血液黏度，对肺癌荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤转移能力有明显的抑制作用。     

互叶醉鱼草中的环烯醚萜甙

从互叶醉鱼草地上部分分出３个环烯醚萜甙粉化合物。经化学和光谱方法测定结构为６－Ｏｃｉｎｎａｍｏｙｌｃａｔａｌｐｏｌ（Ｉ），ｓｐｅｃｉｏｓｉｄｅ（Ⅱ）和６－Ｏ－ｃｉｓ－ｐ－ｃｏｕｍａｒｏｙｌｃａｔａｌｐｏｌ（Ⅲ）。其中化合物Ⅲ为首次从自然界发现。     

止咳枇杷冲剂中枇杷叶和桔梗的薄层色谱鉴别研究

研究止咳枇杷冲剂中枇杷叶和桔梗的薄层色谱鉴别方法。分别取枇杷叶和桔梗药材，制剂及阴性制剂的醋酸乙酯提取液，在硅胶板上前者以ψ（氯仿：甲醇：水）=2：2.25:1.5展开，后者以ψ（正已烷：氯仿：甲醇）=5：4：0.3展开，磷钼酸乙醇溶液显色，在两者供试吕色谱中与各自对照药材色谱相应位置上，分别有相同的蓝绿色特征斑点；阴性制剂色谱图中无此斑点，因此该方法可作为这两味中药的鉴别方法。     

备用根大鼠脊髓后角提取液中神经营养活性组分的分离及生物活性测定

制作备用根大鼠脊髓后角提取液，取其分子量大于10kD的组分进行SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析，发现手术侧和非手术侧的电泳区带数目大致相同，但手术侧样品的第四条蛋白质区带扫描的吸收峰面积百分比大于非手术侧样品的第四条区带，两者在量上可能有差别。将手术侧样品经交联葡聚精G-75凝胶层析，得到两个洗脱峰．第一峰洗脱液有促进体外培养的背根节神经元存活及其突起生长的作用，其电泳分析显示4条主带，分子量在40～80kD之间．实验结果提示部分去传入纤维支配的脊髓后角组织含有神经营养活性物质，该物质的分子量约在40～78kD之间．     

Hypoglycaemic activity of Anthocleista vogelii (Planch) aqueous extract in rodents

The hypoglycaemic effect of Anthocleista vogelii was studied in mice, rats and rabbits. Aqueous extract of the plant obtained by infusion from finely pulverized root was used. The extract (100, 400 and 800 mg/kg) induced significant hypoglycaemic activity in a dose-related fashion at 2 h after oral administration in mice and rats with ED₂₅ of 250 mg/kg and 350 mg/kg respectively. The extract (800 mg/kg, orally) similarly induced statistically significant lowering of blood glucose levels at 8 h in normoglycaemic rabbits. The extract (400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg, orally) also caused reduction of blood glucose levels in alloxan-induced diabetic animals. The results of this study indicate that the aqueous extract of the roots of Anthocleista vogelii possess favourable hypoglycaemic activity both in normo and hyperglycaemic animals compared to chlorpropamide as a standard.     

Effect of various stabilizing agents on Imperata cylindrica grass pollen allergen extract

BACKGROUND: Allergen extracts are unstable, heat labile or susceptible to proteases. Stability of allergen extracts is important for proper diagnosis and therapy of allergic disorders. OBJECTIVE: The present study was undertaken to determine the preservation and stabilization conditions of Imperata cylindrica (Ic) grass pollen extract. METHODS: The Ic extract was kept with 0.1 mepsilon-aminocaproic acid (EACA), 0.75 m sucrose, 5% glycerol, 0.03% human serum albumin (HSA) or 0.4% phenol for different time periods. The extracts were stored for 3, 6 and 12 months each at 4 degrees C, 4 degrees C with daily exposure to room temperature (RT) for 1 h, and RT. The quality of extracts was analysed by SDS-PAGE, Western blot, ELISA, ELISA inhibition and skin test. RESULTS: Extracts kept with EACA and sucrose retained most of the protein bands followed by glycerol as determined by SDS-PAGE and Western blot during all storage periods and conditions in comparison with standard extracts. The extracts kept with HSA, phenol and without preservative (WP) showed protein degradation below 33 kDa after 3 months storage at all conditions. However, a 67-kDa allergen was stable in these extracts. EACA extract required 75 to 120 ng of protein for 50% inhibition in IgE binding under different conditions, whereas standard extract required 70 ng for the same. ELISA also demonstrated high allergenic reactivity of EACA extract. ID test on allergy patients with EACA extract demonstrated same allergenic potency as that of standard extract. CONCLUSION: EACA is the best preservative/stabilizing agent of Ic pollen extract, followed by sucrose and glycerol. Ic extract kept with phenol, HSA and without preservative showed degradation within 3 months. EACA preserved extract is equally potent as that of standard extract up to 1 year's storage.     

蝌蚪提取液诱导人早幼粒白血病细胞分化的实验研究

目的 :探讨蝌蝌提取液 (T871)对白血病细胞的诱导分化作用。方法 :利用细胞生长曲线、形态学观察、细胞免疫化学及原位mRNA杂交和完整细胞原位斑点印迹技术 ,观察了T871诱导HL 60细胞分化的作用和分化过程中癌基因c myc、c myb表达的变化。结果 :T871能抑制HL 60细胞的增殖 ,形态学表现为类似单核 /巨噬细胞 ,同时T871还能使HL 60细胞的NBT还原能力、ANAE活性显著增强 ,同时伴有癌基因c myc、c mybmRNA表达的下调。结论 :T871能诱导HL 60细胞向单核 /巨噬细胞方向分化 ,c myc、c myb癌基因可能参与了此过程
