Bone Sialoprotein Promotes Tumor Cell Migration in Both In Vitro and In Vivo Models

The present study was conducted to determine the effects of bone sialoprotein (BSP) in promoting vascular invasion of tumor cells in metastasis. We used a Matrigel system and the MDA-231 human breast cancer cells transfected with human BSP cDNA (MDA-231/BSP). Quantative analysis indicated an average of 1.7-fold increase in cell numbers that migrated through the endothelial cells in MDA-231/BSP cells compared with empty vector-transfected MDA-231 cells (MDA-231/EV). In an in vivo assay, the MDA-231 cells were incubated with or without BSP antibodies and were then inoculated onto the upper chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) of chicken embryos, in which the only route for the tumor cells to reach the lower CAM was to migrate through the embryonic vasculature. PCR amplification using human Alu primers and genomic DNA from harvested lower CAM showed an average reduction of 67% in the samples treated with BSP antibodies. These preliminary data suggest that, in metastasis, BSP may enhance the penetrating ability of tumor cells through endothelial cells and basement membrane into blood vessels. BSP antibodies can specifically hinder this effect in an in vivo system.     

山莨菪碱联合安定在超声内镜检查中的价值及护理配合

目的探讨山莨菪碱联合安定用于超声内镜检查的价值及护理配合方法。方法选择2014年8月～2016年8月本院收治的食管胃内黏膜下病变实施超声内镜检查者80例,按照随机数字法分两组,各40例,所有入组者均行相应护理干预,其中对照组使用安定,观察组联合使用山莨菪碱,比较两组检查期间血氧饱和度变化情况及总检查时间,统计两组检查过程中的不良反应。结果观察组血氧饱和度显著高于对照组(P0.05),总检查时间显著短于对照组(P0.05),观察组发生咳嗽、憋气及呕吐总发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论行内镜超声检查时使用山莨菪碱联合安定治疗,能更有效地维持患者血氧饱和度,缩短检查时间,减少检查过程导致的不良反应。     

Madness in the movies: An evaluation of the use of cinema to explore mental health issues in nurse education

The research literature on the use of cinema in nurse education is relatively small. This study evaluates student nurses' learning experiences of a new undergraduate elective module called Madness in the Movies. Ethical approval was granted to conduct the study. Data were collected through an online survey and a social media discussion forum. The anonymous online survey responses were collated via Survey Monkey. Content analysis was conducted on the data from the Facebook discussion threads to understand, interpret and conceptualise the meanings from the data. All study participants agreed that their understanding of mental health issues was enriched, their attitudes and beliefs enhanced and their confidence to talk about mental health concerns increased significantly. This module provides a fruitful approach to encourage critical reflection on mental health issues in a safe environment that closely mirrors authentic practice experiences. The module facilitates the development of students’ knowledge, values and attitudes in relation to person-centred mental healthcare.     

手足口病患儿并发症的临床护理干预

目的手足口病患儿并发症运用临床护理干预达到的护理效果进行分析。方法将我院2013年4月~2013年12月收治的140例手足口病患儿进行随机分组,分为对照组与观察组。观察组70例患儿进行护理干预,对照组的70例患儿进行常规护理,最后比较两组患儿的治疗情况。结果观察组的患儿在入院(2.2±0.3)天开始有了病情的好转,住院时间持续(4.9±1.3)天,出现并发症的情况为6.98%,这样的结果均优于对照组的(3.9±0.7)、(8.9±2.8)以及21.00%,两组所存在的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对手足口病患儿并发症进行护理干预,可以明显的缩短患儿住院时间、加速患儿病情好转,并且可以有效地防止并发症的出现。

护士职业延迟满足的特征研究

目的了解护士职业延迟满足的现状,探讨护士职业延迟满足能力的影响因素,为护理管理提供科学有效的管理依据。方法用国内通用职业延迟满足量表对225名综合医院在职护士进行调查,采用SPSS并进行差异性的相关分析。结果护士的年龄和护龄的职业延迟满足过程存在显著性差异(F=3.08,3.93;P<0.05),且随着年龄和护龄的增加而递减;受教育程度高低的职业延迟特质有显著性差异(F=2.93,P<0.05),且受教育程度越高,职业延迟特质就越高;婚否的延迟满足总分也存在显著性差异(t=-2.6,P<0.05),而独身子女和户口性质对职业延迟总分没有统计学影响(t=-0.54,-0.08;P>0.05)。结论①随着年龄的增大、工作年限的延长,护士的延迟满足能力会降低;②低学历护士的延迟满足能力比高学历的低,应给予更多的关注;③未婚护士的职业延迟满足能力优于已婚护士。     

一例食道异物迁移致颈部蜂窝组织炎的护理

食道异物在耳鼻喉科各类异物中最为常见,而食道异物迁移穿孔引起食管周围炎及颈部间隙感染、大血管溃破、食管气管瘘等并发症却并不多见.据统计,食道穿孔可引起危及生命的并发症,死亡率为9％～32％[1].我科于2010年12月曾收治一例食道异物穿孔后迁移并发颈部蜂窝组织炎的患者.入院后经积极治疗和精心护理,患者痊愈出院.现将护理报告如下.
