目的设计和实现基于通用激光扫描仪的胶片剂量测量和验证系统。方法采用胶片饱和冲洗、非线性光学校正、多分辨率阈值滤波、离散傅里叶逆变换图像复原等方法,消除了普通扫描仪用于胶片剂量学定量处理中的各种伪影、噪声和畸变;采用过响应系数校正方法消除测量胶片对低能散射光子的过响应,改善了胶片剂量测量的准确性;采用γ结合NAT指标的方法对放疗计划进行二维定量验证,给出可视化图形表达和具有定量数据的验证结果。结果和三维水箱系统、VeriSoft胶片测量系统相比较,研制系统对放疗剂量的测量结果在±2%内符合一致,对IMRT放疗计划的定量验证结果在±3%内符合一致。结论该系统能够实现对放疗剂量的高精度测量和对适形调强放疗计划剂量的可靠验证。  相似文献

目的 研究脑星形细胞肿瘤中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)间的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学S—P法检测60例脑星形细胞肿瘤中VEGF蛋白的表达,计数肿瘤MVD,分析其意义及两者间的相关性。结果 VEGF总阳性率为63.3%(36/60例),其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤中VEGF阳性率分别为42.1%(8/19例)、71.4%(20/28例)、76.9%(10/13例)。间变性星形细胞瘤和多形性胶质母细胞瘤明显高于弥漫性星形细胞瘤(P<0.05);在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤各级别间MVD的差异有显著性(P<0.05),而且肿瘤从低度恶性向高度恶性转变过程中,微血管形态由窦状扩张为主变为以芽状和细索状为主,而球状血管丛仅出现在胶质母细胞瘤中。VEGF表达与肿瘤MVD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 联合检测VEGF、MVD可作为判断脑星形细胞瘤恶性潜能的重要生物学指标,同时对了解肿瘤血管形成机制有一定意义。  相似文献

微血管减压术治疗舌咽神经痛16例临床分析   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
目的 研究舌咽神经痛 (glossopharyngealneuralgia,GPN)手术治疗的最佳术式 ,评估微血管减压手术(microvasculardecompression ,MVD)的效果、并发症和随访结果 ,探讨可能的治疗机制。方法  2 0 0 0年 12月到2 0 0 3年 10月间 ,16例GPN患者接受了MVD ,无一例行神经根切断术。患者全部进行了电话或信件随访。结果 15例患者术后疼痛消失 ,1例患者为不典型GPN ,术后疼痛减轻。 1例患者术后出现轻度声音嘶哑和吞咽困难 ,1例患者出现偶发干咳。本组患者平均随访时间为 14 .1± 6 .3月 ,随访期间无一例复发。结论 MVD是治疗舌咽神经痛的一种安全、有效的手术方式 ,尤其适用于典型的GPN患者。  相似文献

目的 :观察临床应用卡维地洛能否降低冠心病患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (Ox LDL)水平。方法 :选择确诊冠心病患者及年龄、性别相匹配的正常对照组各 30例。冠心病组卡维地洛平均用量为 (10± 2 .5 )mg/d ,共 4个月 ,于服药前、服药后2个月及 4个月 ,分别采集清晨空腹血 ,以检测Ox LDL ,丙二醛 (MDA)。结果 :冠心病组的Ox LDL、MDA水平显著高于对照组 ,在用药后 2及 4个月冠心病组Ox LDL较用药前有显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MDA显示出类似的趋势 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :卡维地洛具有抗氧化作用 ,可以降低冠心病患者血浆Ox LDL水平。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: In the present study we investigated the effect of a 6-month aerobic exercise programme on the morphology of the gastrocnemius muscle of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients. METHODS: Twenty-four ESRD patients volunteered to participate in the training programme and underwent muscle biopsy before training. Eighteen patients completed the training programme of whom nine agreed to a post-training biopsy (one woman and eight men, mean age 56 +/- 15 years). Data are presented for the nine subjects who were biopsied before (PRE) and after training (POST) and separately for the 15 subjects for whom we only have a biopsy before training (cross-sectional group). RESULTS: There were no significant differences (P > 0.05) in fibre type distribution or myosin heavy chain (MyHC) expression between the cross-sectional and PRE/POST groups. The mean cross-section fibre area after training (POST) increased by 46% compared with the PRE training status (P < 0.01). The proportion of atrophic fibres decreased significantly after training in type I, IIa and IIx fibre populations (from 51 to 15%, 58 to 21% and 62 to 32%, respectively). Significant differences were also found in capillary contact per fibre (CC/F), with the muscle having 24% (P < 0.05) more CC/F compared with the PRE training status. No significant differences in cytochrome c oxidase concentration were found between the groups. CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, exercise appeared to be beneficial in renal rehabilitation by correcting the fibre atrophy, increasing the cross-section fibre area and improving the capillarization in the skeletal muscle of renal failure patients.  相似文献

本实验以铁骨晶(多肽钙),进口脱脂奶粉,活性钙冲剂,贝壳钙为钙源添加于大鼠正常饲料中。观察结果表明:上述4组钙的吸收率分别为64.4%,69.1%,59.9%,51.6%;钙的储留率分别为89.8%,93.3%,85.2%,79.0%;钙的存留率分别为43.6%,49.0%,32.4%,26.8%;股骨指数分别为7.02×10(-3),6.43×10(-3),6.84×10(-3)。6.88×10(-3);折断力(牛顿)分别为60.54±12.55,46.81±9.32,43.26±16.62,38.24±10.79。同时以铁骨晶为钙源对70例(5~6岁)儿童进行了血清Ca,Fe,Zn,Hb及生长发育的检测。铁骨晶组的身高,体重,胸围分别比对照组增加。铁骨晶组血清Ca,Fe,Zn,Hb也均有较好的改善。这表明铁骨晶具有较好的促进钙吸收利用作用,同时能增加骨强度作用。  相似文献

Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral content (BMC) were measured in the femoral neck area, trochanteric area and Wards triangle, and in the distal radius of the left forearm before and after 1 year of endocrine treatment in 27 patients with prostatic cancer. Eleven of the patients were treated with orchidectomy and 16 with combined oral and intramuscular estrogens. The patients were free from metastases during the entire observation period. In the orchidectomized patients, BMD and BMC of the distal radius decreased significantly following treatment, whereas no changes were observed in the estrogen-treated patients. These preliminary results demonstrate that estrogens may protect bone in male subjects also and may merit further investigations on larger groups of patients.  相似文献

These studies provide information on the changes in the ultrastructure in the caudate nucleus of aged cats. The major findings was that there was a decrease in the density of synapses in caudate neuropil. This decrease occurred in animals after 3 years of age and remained relatively constant in older animals. In conjunction with this change a population of unusually long synapses also occurred. These larger synaptic appositions were associated with enlarged spine heads. The caudate also showed a number of qualitative ultrastructural alterations. Many neurons contained accumulations of lipofuscin or lipopigment granules in aged animals. These inclusions occurred in both soma and dendrites of neurons and all types of glial cells. A unique configuration of collapsed agranular cisterns also was observed in aged animals. The present results indicate that decreases in synaptic density may by one morphological event underlying functional alterations observed in caudate neurons in aged cats.  相似文献

Agents for prevention or treatment of osteoporosis must now be tested in a large animal species that exhibits bone remodeling. Ovariectomized, nonhuman primates provide one such model, and they consistently develop osteopenia accompanied by high bone turnover rates. The goal of this study was to further characterize this model, and particularly to determine the effect of ovariectomy on bone strength in vertebrae and femoral necks. Longitudinal evaluations of spinal bone mass and serum markers of bone turnover were performed in 19 sham-ovariectomized (SHAM) and 18 ovariectomized (OVX), domestically reared cynomolgus monkeys, aged >9 years. OVX monkeys lost bone relative to both baseline values and SHAM controls. Serum markers of bone turnover were increased by OVX. After 72 weeks, both vertebral bone compressive strength and femoral neck breaking strength were significantly decreased in OVX animals compared with SHAM. Ovariectomized cynomolgus monkeys, like postmenopausal women, develop accelerated bone loss, increased bone turnover, and reduced bone strength, and provide a suitable large animal model for efficacy studies with agents for prevention or treatment of osteoporosis. 0~16岁城乡儿童骨骼矿物质含量及影响因素的研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
使用单光子骨矿物测定仪,自1994年初到1995年底,分别在河南省扶沟县和新乡市测定了332名健康的0~16岁城乡儿童右前臂1/3处桡骨和尺骨的骨矿物质含量(BMC),采用逐步多元回归分析了多个独立变量对桡骨BMC和测量部位骨宽度的影响。结果显示:桡骨和尺骨的BMC、骨宽度(BW)、BMC/BW和前臂长度均随年龄而增加,0~6岁城市儿童的BMC高于农村儿童;桡骨BMC与所测量部位的BW呈正相关,年龄、体重和身高对桡骨BMC都显示出显著和独立的正影响;儿童的桡骨BMC与年龄呈显著正相关;而桡骨BMC与体重的比值与年龄呈显著负相关;测定部位桡骨BW和前臂长度随年龄的增加呈曲线增加。在以身高和体重调整后,性别、年龄和体重对桡骨BW的影响变得不显著,只有身高的影响显著。本研究证明儿童在0~16岁范围,身高(而不是肥胖)是骨骼BMC的主要决定因素。在比较儿童骨密度结果时,要参考多个变量,如BMC、骨密度,BMC/体重、BMC/年龄等综合评价指标更有说明力。  相似文献
