目的观察热痹通片联合伤科黄水治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,两组基础治疗相同。治疗组口服热痹通片、外敷伤科黄水治疗;对照组给予秋水仙碱、扶他林治疗。疗程均为7 d。结果治疗组的临床疗效与对照组相当,两组治疗后血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)改善无差异,治疗组降血尿酸(BUA)优于对照组。结论热痹通片联合伤科黄水治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效满意。  相似文献

目的观察经去多糖处理后加味四妙方的抗炎、镇痛作用以及对痛风性关节炎的影响,筛选加味四妙方抗痛风的有效部位群。方法采用醋酸刺激致小鼠扭体反应试验、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀试验、尿酸钠结晶致大鼠足肿胀试验。结果全方经去多糖工艺处理后,仍保持显著的抗炎、镇痛作用,且有量效关系。结论去多糖处理不影响全方的抗炎、镇痛作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨痛风和高尿酸血症社区综合防治措施对痛风和高尿酸血症发病率、复发率及相关疾病控制情况的影响。方法:采用健康教育、健康生活方式指导、药物干预、社区登记、回访与监测等方式进行痛风和高尿酸血症的防治,对比干预前后痛风和高尿酸血症的发病率、复发率。结果:痛风和高尿酸血症的发病率和复发率下降,合并发生的高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症得到良好控制,肾功能不全、心脑血管事件的发生率明显下降,医疗费用大大减少,减轻了社会和家庭的经济负担。结论:健康教育、治疗性的干预措施、社区疾病登记和监测制度在痛风和高尿酸血症社区综合防治上是经济有效的,同时具有良好的社会效益。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Molybdenum is an essential trace element and a component of xanthine oxidase, which catalyses the formation of urate. The toxicity of molybdenum in humans is considered to be low, but hyperuricaemia and gout-like symptoms have been observed sporadically. METHODS: A case of hyperuricaemia and gouty arthritis in a young man with occupational exposure to molybdenum is described. Improvement during an exposure-free period was followed by a relapse after a reconstruction designed to quantify his molybdenum exposure. CONCLUSION: This case seems to represent the first observation of gout associated with occupational molybdenum exposure, but the association might also be entirely circumstantial.  相似文献

Introduction Spontaneous rupture of the extensor pollicis longus (EPL) tendon has been reported in the literature. Various mechanisms have been proposed to account for this problem, but gouty infiltration is a rare mechanism. Here we report a patient with a long-standing history of gout who presented with sudden loss of interphalangeal extension of the left thumb. Spontaneous rupture of the EPL tendon caused by gout was discovered.Materials and methods The successful treatment done involved surgical exploration and extensor indicis proprius tendon transfer. Postoperative thumb spica immobilization for 6 weeks was applied.Results Pathology disclosed urate crystals deposited within the ruptured EPL tendon. The functional recovery is satisfactory at the 1-year follow-up. Conclusion Spontaneous rupture of the EPL tendon caused by gout is rare. Successful treatment was done with surgical management. Life-long medical follow-up to prevent a repeated acute attack can lower the risk of a large amount of tophaceous gout infiltration in tendons and may possibly prevent acute spontaneous tendon rupture.  相似文献

The world is increasingly threatened by a global epidemic of chronic diseases. Almost half of the global morbidity and almost two thirds of global mortality is due to these diseases-approximately 35 million die each year from chronic diseases. And they continue to increase. Increasing evidence suggest that these diseases are associated with lifestyle, stress, lack of physical exercise, over-consumption of calorie-condensed foods rich in saturated fat, sugar and starch, but also under-consumption of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables. As a result the function of the innate immune system is severe impaired. This review discusses the changes induced in response to mental and physical stress and their association with the subsequent development of metabolic syndrome, and its association with various chronic diseases. The endothelial cells and their function appears to be of great importance, and the function of their cellular membranes of special importance to the function of the underlying cells; their ability to obtain nutrients and antioxidants and to eliminate waste products. The abdominal adipocytes seen to play a key role, as they have the ability to in stressful situations release much of proinflammatory cytokines, PAI-1 and free fatty acids compared to elsewhere in the body. The load on the liver of these various substances in often of greater magnitude than the liver can handle. Some of the most common chronic diseases and their potential association with acute and "chronic" phase response, and with metabolic syndrome are discussed separately. The need for studies with lifestyle modifications is especially emphasized.  相似文献
