〔摘 要〕 目的:探讨对糖尿病患者实施血清 C 肽、糖化血红蛋白联合检验的临床价值。方法:选取 2019 年 5 月至 2020 年 5 月阳春市人民医院收治的糖尿病患者 120 例作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者 120 例作为对照组,所选研究对 象均通过 TOSOHHLC–723G8 型全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪和西门子全自动化学发光分析仪 Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP 实 施糖化血红蛋白和血清 C 肽水平检验,比较两组的检验结果。结果:相较于对照组健康体检者,观察组患者的糖化血红蛋 白水平明显更高,血清 C 肽明显更低,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:联合检验血清 C 肽和糖化 血红蛋白水平能够为糖尿病的早期诊断提供参考。  相似文献

The aim of this study was the determination of hemoglobin (Hb) variants and ABO blood groups in a school population aged 6 to 9 years in the township of Agbandé-Yaka in North Togo. A cross-sectional study was carried out on 570 children of four primary schools at Agbande-Yaka, between March and July 2010. Hemoglobin characterization was done by alkaline buffer electrophoresis and the blood types ABO-Rhesus (Rh) D by immuno-hematological methods. A Hb variant was detected in 37.0% of the schoolchildren. Among them, the AS trait accounted for 11.9% and the AC trait for 20.2%. Homozygous Hb S (HBB: c.20A>T) was not found but Hb C (HBB: c.19G>A) appeared at a frequency of 3.3%, while compound heterozygotes carrying Hb SC were seen at a frequency of 1.6%. The O, B and A blood groups accounted for 49.0, 26.8 and 21.9%, respectively. The Hb anomalies reached a high prevalence in this school population. These results are remarkable by the absence of homozygous Hb S individuals compared to homozygous Hb C individuals, which were as numerous as expected. The frequencies of the ABO blood groups are similar to what has been found in other West African populations.  相似文献

X-linked lymphoproliferative disease (XLP) is a rare immunodeficiency disease characterized by severe immune disorder and extreme vulnerability to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infections. Here we report a 14-month-old Chinese boy presenting with fulminant infectious mononucleosis (FIM) following EBV infection, and died of hepatic failure within one week of disease progression. Postmortem examination revealed icterus, ascites, extensive enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes and hepatosplenomegaly. Histopathological examination showed diffuse proliferation of cytotoxic T lymphoid cells and hemophagocytosis in multiple organs. The family history revealed his brother had died under similar circumstances at 5 five years of age. The cause of death of the boy was ascribed to XLP. To the best of our knowledge, there is few autopsy-confirmed XLP case in the forensic practice. The complicated manifestations and systemic pathological changes should be well recognized by clinicians and forensic pathologists.  相似文献

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a complicated metabolic disease and has become one of the significant medical problems worldwide. Researchers aim to provide fine-tuned treatment for T2DM with minimal exposed side effects. Nutraceuticals are compounds or materials and emerging evidence suggests that the use of nutraceuticals has recently been recognized as a promising option for the prevention and management of T2DM, such as probiotics and prebiotics, Vitamin D, n-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, and Plant-derived nutraceuticals. This review attempts to show the most popular nutraceuticals and review their effects and possible mechanisms in the prevention or glycemic control of T2DM.  相似文献

The alarming rise in the worldwide prevalence of obesity is paralleled by an increasing burden of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Metabolic surgery is the most effective means of obtaining substantial and durable weight loss in individuals with obesity. Randomized trials have recently shown the superiority of surgery over medical treatment alone in achieving improved glycemic control, as well as a reduction in cardiovascular risk factors. The mechanisms seem to extend beyond the magnitude of weight loss alone and include improvements in incretin profiles, insulin secretion, and insulin sensitivity. Moreover, observational data suggest that the reduction in cardiovascular risk factors translates to better patient outcomes. This review describes commonly used metabolic surgical procedures and their current indications and summarizes the evidence related to weight loss and glycemic outcomes. It further examines their potential effects on cardiovascular outcomes and mortality and discusses future perspectives.  相似文献

BackgroundGlycosylated hemoglobin A1 c (HbA1 c) has been described as a risk factor for adverse outcome after cardiovascular and colorectal surgery, but not for obese patients undergoing bariatric surgery. The objective of this study was to see if there is an association between HbA1 c and adverse outcome in laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery.MethodsFrom the Scandinavian Obesity Surgery Registry we identified 12,850 patients, without treatment for diabetes and operated with laparoscopic gastric bypass between January 1, 2010 and September 30, 2012, and where a baseline HbA1 c value was registered. Preoperative data were compared with data from a 30-day follow-up. Severe complications were defined according to the Clavien-Dindo-Scale as Grade 3 b or higher.ResultsHbA1 c levels below 5.7 % were associated with a lower incidence of severe complications (2.7 %) than higher levels (HbA1 c 5.7–6.49% incidence 3.5%, P = .015; HbA1 c>6.5%, incidence 4.5%, P = .012). After multivariate analysis with patient-specific confounders the difference remained significant (HbA1 c 5.7–6.49% adjusted P = .046; HbA1 c>6.5% adjusted P = .023)ConclusionElevated HbA1 c levels in patients without pharmacologic treatment for diabetes undergoing laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery is associated with an increased risk for severe complications during the first 30 postoperative days. This is the case, even at levels not regarded as diagnostic for diabetes.  相似文献

Background and aimsCholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) and phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP) are crucial proteins in reverse cholesterol transport. There are insufficient data on regulating these proteins by insulin therapy in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). We aimed to assess prospectively the impact of insulin therapy initiation on transfer proteins serum levels in adults with newly diagnosed T1DM.Methods and results57 adults with newly diagnosed T1DM were enrolled in the InLipoDiab1 Study. All participants were treated with subcutaneous insulin in the model of intensive insulin therapy since the diagnosis of diabetes. Serum PLTP and CETP concentrations were measured at diagnosis, after three weeks, six months, and after one year of insulin treatment, using the immunoenzymatic method ELISA.A significant decrease in PLTP and CETP concentrations were demonstrated during twelve months of insulin therapy in newly diagnosed T1DM. The dynamics of changes in the level of these proteins varied depending on the occurrence of remission after a year of the disease. In the group without remission, a significant decrease in PLTP and CETP levels appeared after six months of follow-up. The remission group was characterized by a decrease in proteins concentration only after one year of treatment. In the non-remission group, significant negative correlations were found between the daily dose of insulin and levels of PLTP and CETP.ConclusionExogenous insulin is an inhibitor of lipid transfer proteins involved in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol metabolism in the first year of treatment.  相似文献

目的探究急性心肌梗死患者糖化血红蛋白浓度变化的意义.方法以2009年11月~2012年1月收治的急性心肌梗死患者87例为研究对象.根据糖化血红蛋白浓度分为正常组(49例)与异常组(38例),两组患者入院后采用介入治疗.对比两组患者心功能分级、治疗效果和并发症.结果正常组患者心功能更好,临床治疗效果佳,手术后并发症发生率低,与异常组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论急性心肌梗死患者糖化血红蛋白浓度与疾病严重程度、治疗效果有关,有助于临床诊治进行预测.  相似文献
