镉中毒肾脏损害的酶学研究 Ⅰ、近曲管ALP活性的观察及定量测定

实验性大鼠亚急性镉中毒时,半定量法及S_(575)数字图象处理系统测量均表明其紧近曲管ALP 活性明显降低,反应物所占面积明显减小。常规电镜及电镜组化标本分别显示近曲管微绒毛、线粒体、基底褶和溶酶体均有明显改变,ALP 阳性反应颗粒减少。     

Real-time multiprocessing of slit scan chromosome profiles

The multiprocessor NERV and its application to slit scan flow cytometry is described. Up to 320 processors and 640 MBytes of RAM may be used in one VME crate, providing a computing power of ≤ 1300 MIPS. The multiprocessor is controlled by a host computer that provides a friendly user interface and comfortable program development tools. All hardware and software has been tested on a prototype NERV system with 5 processors. For a real-time classification/detection of normal and aberrant chromosomes, the centromeric index or the number of centromeres are computed or specifically labeled DNA sequences are detected. The program is partitioned into 60 tasks that can be executed concurrently. A total analysis time of < 600 μs including system overhead will be achieved according to timing measurements which have been done for all individual tasks.     

Predictors of Compliance in Toddlers: Child Temperament, Maternal Personality, and Emotional Availability. Portions of the research were presented at the Conference on Human Development, Mobile, AL, March 6, 1998.

Fifty-one mother-toddler (15 to 31 months) dyads participated in a study on the predictors of compliance. Mothers completed two questionnaires: the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire (Tellegen, 1982), a measure of maternal personality, and the Toddler Behavior Assessment Questionnaire (Goldsmith, 1987), a measure of child temperament. A free play period in the laboratory provided the observations for scoring the quality of the mother-toddler interactions with the Emotional Availability Scales (Biringen, Robinson, and Emde, 1993). The following clean-up task in which children were asked to help put the toys in the basket provided the observations for scoring compliance with maternal directives. Emotional availability was the strongest predictor of compliance, especially the maternal variables of sensitivity and structuring. Child temperament was also implicated, with high compliance toddlers perceived by their mothers to be less socially fearful and less prone to anger than their less compliant peers. The results are discussed in terms of the contribution of the mother-child emotional climate to the development of compliance.

本文提出了一种在通用视窗软件和多媒体PC机的基础上，只需加入双道听诊信号处理接口和编写一个叫听诊报告应用软件，就能构成一台数字化双道听诊分析系统的新思路，由于本系统以声卡为听诊信号的数据采集卡，并用优秀的乐音处理软件对听诊信号进行分析处理。故该系统具有精度高，成本低，构思新颖。

现有任何视频X光机(电视透视系统)通过一定的方式改装 ,即嵌入一台计算机 ,能在微机显示器上看到非常清晰的透视图像 ,储存有价值的病灶图片 ,清晰打印透视图像及医生结论。这样既经济实惠 ,又能使现有视频X光机升级     

烧伤患者精神障碍与重返社会工作的相关因素分析

目的　分析烧伤患者精神障碍的影响因素以及精神障碍与患者重返社会工作的相关性。方法　对年龄大于 7岁的 5 6 0例烧伤患者 ,采用焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和抑郁自评量表 (SDS)及 90项症状清单 (Symptomchecklist 90 ,SCL 90 ) ,测量其精神障碍情况 ;在烧伤康复期 1个月～ 2年间 ,采用大体评定量表 (globalassessmentscale,GAS)对其精神障碍严重程度、社会功能进行评定。出院后采用信函随访及电话联系方式对其愈后工作能力进行调查。　结果　严重烧伤、颜面部烧伤患者焦虑、抑郁发生早 ,持续时间长 ,程度重 ;患者对于重返工作岗位、家庭的关系维系、社会活动能力的担心 ,使其心理障碍加重。经心理治疗后 ,精神障碍得到改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　烧伤患者精神障碍越重 ,重返社会工作时间相对延长 ,原岗位工作受到影响     

智能热式气体质量流量计的研制

本文在分析了热式气体质量流量传感器机理的基础上,研制了一种智能热式气体质量流量计(ITGMF)。它采用了先进的Intel 8031单片微机进行数据处理,较好地解决了目前各种TGMF存在的非线性、温漂等问题,提高了测量精度,其主要性能指标达到国际上八十年代同类产品水平。     

Holistic processing for faces operates over a wide range of sizes but is strongest at identification rather than conversational distances

How does holistic/configural processing, a key property of face perception, vary with distance from an observed person? Two techniques measured holistic processing in isolation from part-based contributions to face perception: salience bias to upright in transparency displays, and a difficult-to-see Mooney face. Results revealed an asymmetric inverted-U-shaped tuning to simulated observer-target distance (stimulus size and viewer-screen distance combinations). Holistic processing peaked at distances functionally relevant for identification during approach (2-10 m; equivalent head size = 6-1.3°), fell off steeply at closer distances functionally relevant for understanding emotional nuances and speech (.25-2 m), and operated over a very wide range of distances (from .46 to 23 m, 47.5-0.6°).
