蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)是临床发病率和死亡率均较高的急性脑血管病之一,并呈逐年增高趋势。随着神经介入影像学的发展,对急性SAH患早期(72h内1开展数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography.DSA)检查,使SAH的早期病因诊断及病因治疗成为可能,患的预后也得到显改善。我院自2003年1月至2006年4月收治96例SAH患行早期DSA检查并给予相应的病因治疗.取得较好的临床疗效。现将有关资料与临床治疗总结报道如下。[第一段]  相似文献

Digital movment analysis (DMA) is a new instrumental approach to assessing oral tardive dyskinesia (TD) by means of digital image processing of a video signal, tracking five paper dots placed around the patient's mouth. A total of 40 schizophrenic patients, 30 with and 10 without TD, were examined twice (with a 3-month interval) with this new device. The patients were further examined with two TD rating scales: the St. Hans Rating Scale for extrapyramidal syndromes (SHRS) and the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS).The schizophrenic patients accepted the instrumental assessment without any anxiety or resistance. The internal relibility of the apparatus was high, with correlation coefficients of 0.80–0.99. The DMA TD values correlated with the SHRS and AIMS scores with correlation coefficients of 0.48–0.73 indicating an acceptable, although not strong, concurrent validity. Fluctuations occurred from the first to the second examination independent of medication. For these fluctuations no correlation was found between DMA values and rating scores. Finally, the DMA device was able to detect perioral tremor as a sign of parkinsonism.It has been concluded that DMA is a useful supplement to classical TD rating, although further validity evaluation is warranted.  相似文献

Digital volume tomography (DVT) is an extension of panoramic tomography. With this diagnostic technique, characterized by high resolution, a narrow section width (0.125 mm) and three-dimensional display, small pathological processes can be well visualized. Twenty-five patients with the history of a progressive hearing loss were examined with DVT (Accu-I-tomo, Morita, Japan). The results were compared with pre- and intraoperative findings to evaluate the diagnostic value of DVT in cases of erosion of the ossicular chain. With high resolution and artifact-free demonstration of the middle ear and the ossicular chain, it was possible to define its continuity preoperatively by DVT in all 25 cases. An intact ossicular chain was found by DVT in 13 cases and was later confirmed by surgery. The predicted erosion of the ossicles was verified in 12 patients, and a tympanoplasty type III was performed. Digital volume tomography is an excellent technique to examine the middle ear cleft and inner ear, and expands the application of diagnostic possibilities in the lateral skull base. Therefore, improvement in preoperative diagnosis is achieved along with more accurate planning of the surgical procedure. Digital volume tomography delivers a small radiation dose with a high resolution and a low purchase price for the equipment.  相似文献

目的:运用ROC曲线,探讨DR胸部摄影最佳的影像后处理技术。方法:使用DR系统设置的正常胸部摄影条件,对胸部体模与专用于X线摄影的ROC曲线评价体模(TRG)进行组合并曝光。分析未使用后处理技术及使用不同后处理技术,对DR胸部摄影胸片影像的影响。结果:使用单纯噪声消除技术、噪声消除加图像反转及噪声消除加全屏放大三种后处理技术所得的ROC曲线下面积Az值依次为0.85、0.825及0.925,均明显大于未使用后处理技术的面积Az值0.6;单纯噪声消除技术获得的ROC曲线下面积略大于噪声消除加图像反转技术的面积;噪声消除加全屏放大技术获得的ROC曲线下面积Az值最大。结论:应对胸部原始影像实施后处理调节。单纯噪声消除技术可明显增加影像的信息量,若在噪声消除基础上实施全屏放大技术,可获得DR胸部摄影的最大影像信息量。  相似文献

The Otomize (Stafford-Miller Ltd) aerosol spray is a new device for delivering topical ear medication in otitis externa. Both the manufacturers and a recent study have claimed that the spray produces better coverage of the external ear canal than do traditional ear-drops. We performed an endoscopic photographic comparison study to investigate this claim. The area of tympanic membrane and ear canal covered with medication was greater in those ears treated with the aerosol (P < 0.001, paired t-test). The ability of the aerosol to deliver drug to the level of the tympanic membrane suggests a possible role for this device in the treatment of chronic otitis media. The technique of endoscopic photography provides an objective and reproducible means of investigating drug delivery systems for otological conditions.  相似文献

We have investigated Ca2+ mobilization in single T cells stimulated with their physiological ligand, i.e. antigenic peptide bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules on antigen-presenting cells (APC). Fibroblasts expressing I-Ed class II molecules were pulsed with a peptide derived from the λ2315 immunoglobulin light chain. Onto such antigen-pulsed fibroblasts were sedimented cloned Th1 cells loaded with Fura-2. Changes in cytosolic Ca2+ concentration in single T cells were continually monitored by use of an imaging system based on fluorometry. Ca2+ mobilization was both peptide-specific and MHC-restricted. Within seconds of the initial APC-T cell contact, a Ca2+ spike could be observed. The Ca2+ response gradually declined over a 25-min period, during which oscillations were noted. Various parameters characterizing the magnitude of the Ca2+ response (latency, increase rate, max and mean Ca2+ increase, frequency and period of oscillations) all correlated with the amount of peptide used for pulsing the fibroblasts. Thus, Ca2+ mobilization in single T cells appears not to be an all or none phenomenon. Rather, activation is incremental (analog signaling), the degree of Ca2+ mobilization probably being related to the number of stimulatory peptide-MHC complexes on the surface of the APC. The extent of calcium mobilization and lymphokine production (interleukin (IL)-2, IL-3, interferon-γ) correlated, at least at the population level.  相似文献

为探讨左心室造影功能成像的价值与限度,我们选择冠脉及左心室造影者38例行左室功能成像,观察左室壁运动情况并与节段法室壁运动定量分析比较。结果示左室收缩正常18例,其各节段EF值平均39%,节段性收缩减弱7例,无收缩3例,矛盾收缩4例,普遍性收缩减弱6例,病变节段的EF值平均5~19%,明显低于正常者(P<0.01)。结论:左室功能成像效果直观且客观,可作为室壁运动定量分析的一个重要补充。  相似文献

The RVG-4 permits automatic exposure compensation (AEC). The purpose of this investigation was to determine the effects of AEC on image contrast. Images were made either with or without a dental QA jaw phantom using a fixed image projection geometry. Exposures were 6.3 through 27.3 μC/kg using an X-ray generator operated at 70 kVp. Region of interest pixel value distributions were measured at tissue thicknesses in this phantom, and the average pixel values and signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) were calculated. The use of AEC without an object in place resulted in a disproportionate relationship between pixel value and exposure with a marked reduction in SNR. The use of AEC on under- and over-exposed images of the phantom simultaneously enhanced image contrast and reduced SNR. Thus, AEC provides a convenient and quick method for achieving high-contrast images with sub-optimal exposures, however, this could lead to inappropriate patient dosages if the function is used for over-exposed images. AEC reduces the SNR and produces disproportionate pixel values relative to exposure.  相似文献

Fourteen pigs with an average weight of 17 kg were used in this study. Under general anesthesia and magnification 1–3 ccm/kg of carbon dioxide were administered in the lymph vessels of the front and rear legs. Imaging of the peripheral lymph vessels, lymph nodes and the thoracic duct was achieved with digital subtraction angiography. The quality of lymphangiography was satisfactory and comparable with that of the standard non-ionic contrast agent. It is anticipated that further technical evolution will permit the application of CO2/DSA lymphangiography to man. Carbon dioxide is non-nephrotoxic and is non-allergic; it is inexpensive, can be administered in unlimited quantity and is quickly eliminated via the pulmonary system.  相似文献
