Congenital aortocaval fistula between right aortic sinus of Valsalva and superior vena cava: A rare case report

Thoracic aortocaval fistula is a very rare cause of left to right shunt. Drainage of fistula into the superior vena cava (SVC) is very uncommon. Clinical symptoms depend on the size of the shunt. We report a rare case of an asymptomatic 27‐year‐old woman with congenital aortocaval fistula to the SVC with a small amount of left to right shunt that was considered for serial medical follow‐up.     

Atypical Developmental Venous Anomaly Associated with Single Arteriovenous Fistula and Intracerebral Hemorrhage: a Case Demonstrated by Superselective Angiography

We present a case of developmental venous anomaly associated with arteriovenous fistula supplied by a single arterial feeder adjacent to a large acute intracerebral hemorrhage. The arteriovenous fistula was successfully obliterated by superselective embolization while completely preserving the developmental venous anomaly. Two similar cases, including superselective angiographic findings, have been reported in the literature; however, we describe herein superselective angiographic findings in more detail and demonstrate the arteriovenous shunt more clearly than the previous reports. In addition, a literature review was performed to discuss the association of a developmental venous anomaly with vascular lesions.     

高位复杂性肛瘘的治疗进展

阐述了在治疗高位复杂性肛瘘方面的新方法和技术，介绍了改良的挂线术、保留括约肌的术式和封堵注入术的治疗方法和效果。改良的挂线引流术式仍是治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的主要方法；新近出现的保留括约肌的手术方法为减少肛门功能失禁、彻底治疗高位复杂性肛瘘提供了可能；封堵填充术因其操作简单、较好的治愈率等特点正成为非手术治疗的主要方法。     

肛瘘切除术结合挂线法治疗高位肛瘘48例

目的 探讨高位肛瘘的手术方式及其疗效.方法 对48 例高位肛瘘患者进行切除术结合挂线疗法,观察其疗效.结果 本组病例1 次手术治愈43 例,5 例接受了2 次手术,治愈率为100%.结论切除术结合挂线疗法能有效保护肛门括约肌功能,具有愈合快、感染率低等优点.     

胃大部切除术后合并胆汁瘘7例教训分析

目的通过回顾性分析胃大部切除术后并发胆汁瘘的患者资料，总结临床经验。方法本院7例行毕罗I式胃大部分切除术的患者术后第1—5天并发胆汁瘘，根据患者临床体征及腹部超声检查诊断为胆汁瘘，行胆囊切除胆肠Roux—en—Y吻合术。结果所有患者平均住院（19．2±3．7）d后痊愈出院，无一例患者死亡。结论胃大部切除术操作较为复杂，因此掌握手术适应证、优化手术技术、术后定期胃镜检查，早期发现并治疗并发症可避免发生严重不良后果。
