A clinical procedure to predict the value of temporary occlusion therapy in keratoconjunctivitis sicca

PURPOSE: To evaluate the effects of dissolvable collagen punctal plugs on the symptoms, tear stability and volume in aqueous deficient dry eyes. METHODS: Sixty-two aqueous deficient dry eye patients of mixed aetiology underwent lacrimal punctal occlusion with dissolvable collagen plugs. The subjects were randomly allocated to one of two treatment groups: group I (n = 36) had their lower puncta occluded and group II (n = 26) had both their upper and lower puncta occluded. The effectiveness of this treatment was clinically assessed by (1). scoring subject symptoms and (2). measuring the tear parameters of tear thinning time (TTT) and tear meniscus height (TMH) as indicators of tear stability and volume, respectively. Following baseline measurements, patients were reviewed at time intervals of 5 and 12 days post-occlusion. A group of age- and gender-matched normals (n = 45) was recruited for comparison (group III). RESULTS: Tear volume and stability were significantly higher in group III compared with I and II at baseline. 采用吸附澄清法使中药水提液澄清,从工艺稳定性,成分分析,药效学实验及效益分析四方面分析了两种工艺,吸附澄清法同水提醇沉法相比,能更有效地保留中药总固体物含量及有效成分,提高制剂成品的内在质量;成品稳定性好;成本低;生产周期短;劳动强度低,可望产生良好的社会经济效益。     

线性变温法研究硫酸链霉素粉针剂的稳定性

用线性变温法对硫酸链霉素粉针的稳定性进行了测定,得出25℃时的降解反应速度常数 k_(25)为1.744×10~(-6)h~(-1)、化学反应的表观活化能为107.9kJ/mol,25℃时贮存的 t_(0.9)为6.9年。     

时滞系统鲁棒稳定性的新判据

基于Ｌｙａｐｎｕｏｖ泛函方法，研究了满足匹配条件的不确定性时滞系统的鲁棒稳定性及具有稳定度β〉０鲁棒稳定性，给出了已有结果不能推出的新判据。这些新判据对已有结果难以使用的情况下也可有是有效的，或有时减少了已有结果的保守性。     

复方丹参注射液与维生素B6、C注射液配伍稳定性试验

本文观察了复方丹参注射液与维生素B6、维生素C注射液的配伍稳定性，结果表明复方丹参注射液与维生素B6注射液可以在4h内配伍使用，而不能与维生素C配伍。     

Benzoyl Peroxide Solubility and Stability in Hydric Solvents

Saturated solubility and reaction rate constants for the decomposition of benzoyl peroxide in solution and suspension were determined for use in formulation development. The solvents studied included ethanol, propylene glycol, and cosolvent mixtures of PEG 400 and water. The solubility of benzoyl peroxide was inversely related to the solvent polarity, with greater solubility occurring with semipolar solvents. The stability of benzoyl peroxide in solution was dependent on the solvent, concentration of benzoyl peroxide, and temperature. The compound was least stable in PEG 400. Stability was improved when water was added to PEG 400. Similar solvent effects were observed in suspension. In benzoyl peroxide suspensions of PEG 400 and PEG 400/water blends, benzoyl peroxide stability was dependent on solubility, with improved stability occurring in blends where the benzoyl peroxide was least soluble. Thus, solution formulations of benzoyl peroxide in pharmaceutically acceptable solvents are unlikely to show good stability; however, suspension formulations should be reasonably stable if the vehicle is selected to provide low benzoyl peroxide solubility.     

氧氟沙星滴耳剂的高效液相色谱分析和稳定性研究

本文采用反相高效液相色谱法考察了氧氟沙星滴耳剂的稳定性。该法简便、迅速、专属性强、精密度好，制剂回收率为９９．９７％。经光照、高温、低温和加速试验，结果表明：本制剂对冷和热稳定，对光不稳定。建议氧氟沙星滴耳剂暂定有效期２年，使用中应注意避光保存。     

长效避孕皮下埋植剂体外缓释行为研究

本文对以加成型硅橡胶为基质的左旋18—甲基炔诺酮长效避孕埋植剂的体外释放行为及对可能影响其释放量的诸因素,进行了观察与研究,结果表明:此长效避孕皮下埋植剂的体外释药行为,符合零级释药动力学规律。释药量受控释膜厚度,控释膜交联密度及释药面积的影响。体外释放药物曲线无明显爆破峰。
