未破裂期输卵管妊娠介入治疗术的护理配合

目的 :根据 14例未破裂期输卵管妊娠病人在介入治疗过程中的护理配合 ,提出术前、术中、术后的护理配合是介入治疗成功的重要环节。方法 :14例病人中 ,7例采用经阴道输卵管孕囊内药物注射方式 ,7例采用经健侧股动脉穿刺子宫动脉内插管灌注栓塞方式。结果 :全部病例均获得满意的疗效。结论 :随着介入技术的应用和普及 ,对护理工作提出了更高的要求 ,总结经验、完善新技术条件下的护理配合 ,是摆在护理工作者面前的一项新任务     

经皮顺行交锁钉治疗股骨干骨折

目的:评价经皮顺行交锁钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法:对79例82处股骨干骨折采用髋部小切口经皮顺行交锁钉治疗,观察疗效.结果:75例(92%)获得了良好的解剖对位并达到一期愈合,6例(8%)迟缓愈合.另外,由于再次手术1例(1%)发生了深部感染.失血量较少(平均小于100 mL),切口平均长25 mm.1年后随访只有10%髋部疼痛.结论:与传统手术方式相比,经皮技术术中出血少、对周围组织创伤少,是一个安全又有效的方法.     

INTRAOPERATIVE BLEEDING IN ENDOSCOPIC SUBMUCOSAL DISSECTION IN THE STOMACH AND STRATEGY FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT

To control intraoperative bleeding is an important key to successful endoscopic submucosal dissection. The distribution of submucosal vessels encountered during the procedure differ in places in the stomach and are roughly categorized into three groups: those located in the antrum, those in the lesser curvature, and those on the anteroposterior corpus wall which consists of oblique muscle layers. Therefore, knowledge of a suitable setting of diathermy and adjusted depth of dissection in the submucosal layer for each site is imperative. The combination of utilizing the distal attachment forced or swift coagulation (trimming with coagulation mode) have enable the treatment with an insulation tipped knife safer.     

噬菌体抗体库固相筛选条件的初步研究

目的:探讨噬菌体抗体库的固相筛选条件,为筛选方案的设计提供实验依据。方法:利用多种针对HEVNE2蛋白的特异性噬菌体人源抗体和非特异性噬菌体人源抗体,对噬菌体抗体与抗原的结合时间、抗原包被的浓度、洗涤强度和洗脱方式等多种筛选的条件进行初步探索。结果:阳性噬菌体抗体与抗原反应1min,就可较好结合,洗涤次数为20～30次、洗涤液的pH为5时,筛选得到的阳性率最高。包被抗原的浓度对筛选的阳性率没有明显影响,用10mg/L抗原竞争洗脱60min,可得到较高的阳性率。结论:噬菌体抗体库的筛选是一个非常复杂的过程,其中的各个条件之间有着密切的联系,应该根据具体情况进行调整。

The traumatic dural sinus injury — a clinical study

Summary In a period of 13 years 978 cases of severe head injuries were operated on in our clinic. An analysis of the medical reports includes injuries of the superficial dural sinus (39 cases=4%): among these injuries of the anterior and central part of the superior sagittal sinus (66 per cent), injuries of the transverse sinus (18 per cent), injuries of the posterior part of the superior sagittal sinus (8 per cent), and combined injuries of different dural sinuses (8 per cent).Clinical data, i.e. the causes of accident, radiological examination results, intracranial lesions, operation technqiues and outcome are analysed and discussed. The analysis of cases with dural sinus injuries shows a high mortality rate (total mortality rate: 16 patients=41%; intra-operative mortality rate: 8 patients=20%).     

Patch testing with a mixture of 2 phenol-formaldehyde resins

1310 patients were routinely patch tested with a paratertiary-butylphenol-formaldehyde resin (PTBP-F-R), a resol resin based on phenol and formaldehyde (P-F-R-2), and a mixture of these 2 resins. Approximately 2.5 times more patients with contact allergy to phenol-formaldehyde resins were diagnosed when routinely patch tested with P-F-R-2 in addition to PTBP-F-R. Although patch testing with a mixture of both resins was not as good as patch testing with the 2 resins separately, it was better than testing only with PTBP-F-R, since 1.6 times more patients with contact allergy to phenol-formaldehyde resins were still diagnosed. P-F-R-2 is therefore recommended for routine patch testing, preferably as a separate patch test but otherwise as a mixture with PTBP-F-R.     

四甲基联苯胺在ELISA和免疫斑点试验中的应用

本文以间接法ELISA检测轮状病毒特异性IgG为模型,对新底物四甲基联苯胺(TMB)与邻苯二胺(OPD)进行了比较研究,结果发现,TMB具有下列优点:①稳定性好;②敏感性高;③酶结合物和H_2O_2用量少。而且TMB又无致癌性,故是辣根过氧化酶较理想的底物。此外,还首次将TMB应用于免疫斑点试验,获得成功。
