目的 分离、鉴别游动放线菌(Actinoplanes sichuanensis sp.nov)103A-00723菌株产生的活性组分.方法 对I03A-00723菌株进行发酵,采用硅胶柱层析和HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,对获得的组分进行理化性质、UV、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等数据分析及活性测定.结果 通过分离纯化,从I03A-00723发酵产物中分离到8个单一组分,其中,组分95-2,135已分别被鉴定为大豆苷元和染料木素,其它几个具有抗VRE和PDF酶活性的小组分的结构有待鉴定.结论 在Actinoplanes swhuanensis sp.nov 103A-00723的发酵产物中发现抗VRE和抑制IPDF酶的活性物质;首次从游动放线菌中分离得到大豆苷元和染料木素.  相似文献

中国拟青霉对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:研究中国拟青霉(CN-802)对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用及其对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:小鼠尾静脉注射卡介苗加脂多糖(BCG LPS)建立免疫性肝损伤模型,检测其肝、脾重量和转氨酶活性,并同时测定血清与肝组织中脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量及T淋巴细胞亚群数量。结果:CN-802连用10d后可减轻其增大的肝、脾重量指数,降低小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平,降低其血清与肝组织中LPO含量,并增加外周血中T细胞亚群CD4数量和CD4/CD8比值。结论:CN-802对小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型有保护作用,其作用可能与调节细胞免疫有关。  相似文献

Lamellodiscus crampus sp. nov. (Monogenea, Diplectanidae) is described from the gills of Dentex maroccanus (Valenciennes) collected from the Gulf of Gabès (Tunisia) in the oriental part of Mediterranean Sea. The new species belongs to the “ignoratus” group (sensu Oliver 1987) characterized by a lamellodisc with complete lamellae and a “lyre” shaped male copulatory organ, and the “ignoratus” sensu stricto subgroup, characterized by a haptor with simple lateral dorsal bars, as proposed by Amine and Euzet (2005). Lamellodiscus crampus can be easily distinguished from all the congeneric species of the subgroup “ignoratus” by the presence, in the “lyre” male copulatory organ, of five spines in the distal portion on the axial side of the paired piece.  相似文献

We propose to name as Lamellodiscus theroni sp. nov., the gill parasite of Diplodus puntazzo (Cetti) that was reported by Euzet (1984) as L. ergensi Euzet and Oliver, 1966 in Kerkennah Island (Tunisia). L. theroni sp. nov. was also found specific to D. puntazzo in Algiers Bay (Algeria) and in Gulf of Lion (France). The host specificity of various Lamellodiscus species on D. puntazzo is briefly discussed. Within Lamellodiscus, L. theroni belongs to the “ignoratus” group characterized by a “lyre” shaped male copulatory organ and to the “ergensi” subgroup, characterized by a complex morphology of the haptoral dorsal bars. L. theroni differs from the five other species of this subgroup (L. ergensi, L. kechemirae, L. tomentosus, L. sanfilippoi, L. baeri) by the morphology and the size of the haptoral dorsal bar. L. theroni, as well as, L. hilii, L. bidens, L. impervius, was only reported on the sparid Diplodus puntazzo. These parasite species are all considered as oioxenic.  相似文献

Heligmosomoides vandegrifti sp. nov. (Nematoda, Heligmosomidae) is described from Peromyscus maniculatus (Rodentia, Cricetidae) from Pennsylvania, USA. It differs from its closest congener, H. douglasi, in the number of cuticular ridges (35 vs. 32 in male, 36 vs. 41 in female at mid-body), longer bursal rays 2 in relation to rays 3, and in having smaller spicules (635–740 μm long vs. 1 mm). It is proposed that both H. douglasi and H. vandegrifti sp. nov. are parasites of capture from species in North American arvicoline rodents.  相似文献

Moaciria moraveci sp. nov. (Nematoda, Heterakidae) from the large intestine of Hylophorbus cf. rufescens from Papua New Guinea is described. Moaciria moraveci sp. nov. represents the 9th species assigned to the genus and the 5th from the Australo-Papuan region. It is distinguished from congeners by the distribution pattern of the caudal papillae of the male, spicule length and vulvar position.  相似文献

A new nematode species, Trichostrongylus duretteae sp. nov., found in the small intestine of Ctenomys talarum from Argentina is described. The new species more closely resembles T. suis lwanitsky, 1930 a parasite of Sus scrofa in the USSR. However, the new species can be distinguished by the morphology of male genital bursa: Rays 6 distant from rays 8 and a larger dorsal ray in relation to the length of rays 2 to 8. The present finding is the first record of the genus Trichostronglyus in rodents of the family Octodontidae.  相似文献

The paper deals with two morphologically similar but molecularly clearly different species of Gyrodactylus: G. derjavinoides sp. nov. on Salmo trutta trutta L. in Western Europe and G. derjavini Mikailov. 1975 collected on Salmo trutta caspius Kessler in Iran. The new species is described and its opisthaptoral hard parts compared to those of G. derjavini. Our molecular analysis of G. derjavinoides and G. derjavini confirmed that the morphological differences between them are species differences and not intraspecific variations. Phylogenetic analysis using the ITS rDNA region placed both species within the subgenus G. (Limnonephrotus) and within the G. wageneri-group, quite in accordance with morphological results. The two species, however, did not cluster as sister taxa. The correspondence between molecular-based clades within G. (Limnonephrotus) and the morphological shapes of marginal hooks within these clades are discussed. The importance of combined molecular and morphological analyses when describing or redescribing Gyrodactylus species is stressed.  相似文献
