具有A-π-D电子结构的苯胺衍生物掺杂的玻璃态高聚物PMMA的有机薄膜经极化取向后显示很强的二次非线性光学性能,其取向弛豫是实用化的一个有待解决的重要问题。木文通过几种苯胺衍生物以不同百分比与PMMA掺杂,用紫外-可见吸收光谱、二次谐波强度测量、动态力学粘弹谱等方法进行了取向弛豫的机理研究,结果表明分子尺寸和形状以及偶极矩的大小对取向弛豫有显著影响。  相似文献

Flow-independent angiography (FIA), an approach that isolates arterial blood using MR relaxation characteristics rather than flow effects, was evaluated for application in peripheral vascular disease (PVD). First, pilot studies were conducted in which FIA coronal projection images were obtained from controls and symptomatic patients with PVD to assess clinical utility. All control images corresponded to the expected leg arterial anatomy with little interference from deep veins (one of five) and muscle (zero of five). Superficial venous signal was less well suppressed in comparison to deep veins (four of five). Images of symptomatic patients were less consistent with difficulty suppressing muscle and deep venous signal in some cases and edema when present. We then compared T2 values for muscle (T2m, tibialis anterior), arterial blood (femoral and popliteal arteries), and venous blood (femoral, popliteal, and saphenous veins) in controls (n = 8) and symptomatic patients with intermittent claudication (n = 5) or ischemic rest pain (n = 7). Changes in T2 measurements of various tissues accounted for poorer contrast in symptomatic patients. Patients with ischemic rest pain had significantly higher T2m compared with controls (T2m = 39.3 ± 2.1 (1 standard error of the mean [SEM]) versus 30.9 ± .4, P < .01). For all measurements, other than saphenous vein, variances were greater in symptomatic patients. To realize the inherent advantages of FIA for this clinical application, additional work on suppression of signals from muscle, veins, and edema is required. One promising approach involves shifting from projection images to three-dimensional acquisitions for improved tissue suppression.  相似文献

Development and evaluation of a presurgical preparation program   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
Three presurgical preparation programs were developed and evaluated in an Australian hospital utilizing an additive component design. The component basic to all three preparation programs was modeling. This technique was compared with the additional components of teaching child coping skills and parent coping skills via videotape. Subjects were 28 children between the ages of 4 and 13 years who were scheduled for elective surgery. Anxiety of both the children and parents was assessed by self-report and behavior observation. Results indicated that there was no further anxiety reduction by the addition of child and parent coping skills. Results are discussed in terms of the viability of teaching coping skills via videotape particularly to parents. Methodological difficulties associated with research in this area are examined.  相似文献

Twenty women diagnosed with functional urinary incoordination were randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups: biofeedback or progressive muscle relaxation. Ten subjects who were placed on a waiting list prior to treatment allocation served as a comparison group. The biofeedback intervention focused specifically on retraining of pelvic floor musculature (PFM). Patients were assessed pretreatment, posttreatment, and at 2-month follow-up. Outcome measures included self-reported symptomatology, psychological functioning, psychophysiological assessment of the PFM, and urologist ratings of problem severity and treatment efficacy. Both treatment approaches proved effective in improving symptomatology and psychological state. Subjects on the waiting list demonstrated no change in urological difficulties. No differences were found between the two treatment groups on any of the outcome measures. Theoretical and practical implications of the results are discussed.  相似文献

目的 :研究阴道毛滴虫代谢产物体外对人精子活力的影响。 方法 :阴道毛滴虫体外培养 ,除去虫体 ,留取培养液 ,稀释成三个浓度 ;将 10例正常生育男性的优化精子分为等体积的 4份 ,组成以下 4组 :A组加入未培养滴虫的空白培养液 ,B ,C ,D组依次加入前述浓度梯度的培养液 (1.2× 10 9/L、6× 10 8/L、1.2× 10 8/L) ,分别于 30s、1、2、4和 6h时采用计算机辅助精子分析系统 (CASA)分析精子运动参数。 结果 :阴道毛滴虫浓度在 6× 10 8/L以上时 ,精子的活率和活力与对照组相比都显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并呈浓度依赖性和时间依赖性。 结论 :阴道毛滴虫代谢产物体外能抑制精子活力 ,可能是造成不孕不育的原因之一。  相似文献

An assumption of previous models of hepatic elimination is that there is negligible axial diffusion in the liver. We show, by construction of a stochastic model and analysis of published data, that compounds which are readily diffusible and partitioned into hepatocytes may undergo axial tissue diffusion. The compounds most likely to be affected by axial tissue diffusion are the lipophilic drugs for which the cell membranes provide little resistance and which are highly extracted, thereby creating steep concentration gradients along the sinusoid at steady state. This phenomenon greatly modifies the availability of the compound under conditions of altered hepatic blood flow and protein binding. For moderately diffusible compounds, these relationships are similar to those predicted by the simplistic venous-equilibrium model. Hence, the paradoxical ability of the venous-equilibrium model to describe the steady-state kinetics of lipophilic drugs such as lidocaine, meperidine, and propranolol may be finally resolved. The effects of axial tissue diffusion and vascular dispersion on hepatic availability of drugs are compared. Vascular dispersion is of major importance to the availability of poorly diffusible compounds, whereas axial tissue diffusion becomes increasingly dominant for highly diffusive and partitioned substances.This study was supported by the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia.  相似文献

Purpose. Poorly compressible crystals of acebutolol hydrochloride were agglomerated by the spherical crystallization technique with a two-solvent system to improve the compressibility for direct tabletting. The mechanism of improvements in static compression behaviors and tablettabilities of the spherically agglomerated crystals were investigated. Methods. The improvement of static compression behaviors of the agglomerated crystals was determined by measuring the stress relaxations and elastic recoveries of compressed powder of original and agglomerated crystals. The improved tablettability of agglomerated crystals was evaluated by the pressure transmission ratio upon compression, the ejection pressure for releasing the tablet from the die and the tablet strength, i.e., tensile strength required for breaking. Results. The higher relaxation pressure and the lower elastic recovery of the agglomerated crystals than of the original crystals were found. The pressure transmission ratio data showed that the friction pressures of the two crystals were similar during the compression period. The ejection pressure of the agglomerated crystals was lower than that of the original crystals. The tensile strength of the tablet of agglomerated crystals was greater than that of the original crystals. Conclusions. The compressibility and tablettability of the spherically agglomerated crystals prepared by the spherical crystallization technique were much improved due to their increased plastic property and reduced adhesive property compared to the original crystals.  相似文献

The origin of image artifacts in an off-resonance spin-locking experiment is shown to be imperfections in the excitation flip angle. A pulse sequence for off-resonance spin locking is implemented that compensates for imperfections in the excitation flip angle through an off-resonance rotary echo. The off-resonance rotary echo alternates the frequency offset and phase of the RF transmitter during two spin-locking pulses of equal duration. The underlying theory is detailed, and MR images demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique in agarose gel phantoms and in in vivo human brain at 3T.  相似文献

Objective: Aprotinin is widely used in heart surgery for reduction of intraoperative blood loss. But recent reports presenting results from rat aorta experiments claimed that aprotinin selectively impairs endothelium-dependent relaxation (EDR) as well as basal NO availability in concentrations similar to doses routinely used in cardiovascular surgery. An impairment of coronary EDR by aprotinin would be a great danger for any cardiothoracic intervention. We therefore tested the influence of aprotinin in the coronary arteries of a non-rodent species. Methods: Fresh coronary arteries of pigs were obtained from the local slaughterhouse and transported to our laboratory in cold oxygenated Krebs–Henseleit solution. Five-millimeter long rings were consecutively tested with or without aprotinin in concentrations of 500 KIU/ml (n = 7) or 1000 KIU/ml (n = 6) in oxygenated normothermic Krebs–Henseleit solution. PGF2 (10 μmol/l) was used for inducing contraction and substance P (10 nmol/l) for inducing EDR, which was calculated in percentage of the precontraction. Indomethacin (10 μmol/l) was added in all measurements to eliminate the influence of prostaglandins. In additional similar experiments (n = 5), the influence of 1000 KIU/ml aprotinin on the EDR caused by the endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF) was tested using l-NNA (300 μmol/l) to block all NO formation. Results: The EDR of pig coronaries (82 ± 5% or 80 ± 5% of the precontraction in the control tests before and after aprotinin exposure) was not significantly changed by 500 KIU/ml aprotinin (78 ± 7%). A small, but significant reduction of less than 1/10 of the EDR was induced by 1000 KIU/ml aprotinin (74 ± 5%). After accounting for l-NNA for NO blockage, no aprotinin-related difference remained (59 ± 6% vs 60 ± 6% in controls). Conclusion: For clinically relevant concentrations of aprotinin up to 500 KIU/ml, no significant reduction of the EDR can be found in epicardial coronary arteries of the pig. For higher doses of 1000 KIU/ml, a reduction in NO production seems to be the cause of the small but significant reduction of the EDR by aprotinin. Therefore, danger for impairment of coronary EDR by aprotinin at clinical dosage levels, as suggested by studies on rat aortas, seems to be absent in coronary arteries of a large mammalian model.  相似文献
