目的 :通过测定妊高征 (PIH)患者红细胞免疫粘附 (RCIA)调节因子活性 ,探讨PIH患者红细胞免疫功能改变的原因。方法 :测定 40例PIH患者和 30例正常孕妇的RCIA促进因子活性和抑制因子活性及红细胞补体受体花环率(RBCC3bRR% )、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBCICR % )。结果 :与正常孕妇相比 ,PIH患者RCIA抑制因子活性明显升高 ,RBCC3bRR%及RBCICR %明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,RCIA促进因子活性无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :PIH患者红细胞免疫功能原发低下 ,其原因可能与RCIA抑制因子活性增高有关  相似文献

目的探讨Fas在正常妊娠过程及妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)中的表达变化及意义。方法分别选取正常妊娠早期和晚期及HDCP胎盘绒毛组织。采用免疫组织化学方法检测Fas表达,并用高清晰彩色病理图像分析系统对其表达进行分析。结果Fas在妊娠早期胎盘组织中极少表达,妊娠晚期胎盘组织中表达增高。HDCP胎盘组织中Fas表达明显升高,与前两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论孕早期滋养细胞表面Fas表达在母胎免疫耐受中发挥重要作用,孕晚期Fas表达增加可能是引起HDCP的原因之一。  相似文献

In the event of smallpox bioterrorism, widespread vaccination may be required. Vaccinia immune globulin (VIG) has been used to treat complications from the smallpox vaccine. While the potency of VIG was defined by its ability to neutralize intracellular mature virus, a second form of vaccinia called the extracellular enveloped virus (EEV) is critical for virus spread in the host. The B5R-protein is one of many EEV-specific proteins. Immunoprecipitation and ELISA revealed that VIG recognizes the B5R-protein. An EEV plaque-reduction assay using a recombinant vaccinia that lacks the majority of the extracellular domain of B5R showed that the ability of VIG to neutralize EEV is principally directed at B5R. In addition, absorbing out the anti-B5R antibody present in VIG through the addition of recombinant B5R protein abrogated VIG's ability to significantly neutralize wild-type EEV. This work demonstrates the prominent role of B5R as a target of EEV-neutralizing activity of human antibodies.  相似文献

目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)对母婴影响。方法观察妊娠糖尿病患者36例及健康孕妇36例,分析其妊娠结局。结果GDM组妊娠期高血压疾病、早产、巨大儿及剖宫产发生率分别为41.7%、27.7%、25%及58.3%,明显高于对照组16.7%、8.3%、5.5%及27.7%,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论GDM是危害孕产妇和围产儿的妊娠并发症,早期诊断GDM及控制血糖是减少母婴并发症的关键。  相似文献

应用放射配体结合分析,测定40例正常晚期妊娠妇女及40例妊高征妇女外周血淋巴细胞β_2-肾上腺素能受体(β_2-AR)结合量,并测定两组妇女分娩的新生儿体重。结果为:1.正常晚期妊娠妇女外周淋巴细胞β_2-AR结合量明显降低,妊高征妇女β_2-AR结合量降低更显著;2.妊高征孕妇组的新生儿出生体重明显低于正常妊娠组的新生儿体重;3.孕妇β_2-AR结合量与新生儿出生体重呈明显正相关,提示好高征与机体β_2-AR结合量下降有关,β_2-AR改变影响胎儿生长发育。  相似文献

Summary Diabetic late complications are characterized by morphological and biochemical alterations of the extracellular matrix. In particular, longstanding diabetes causes quantitative and qualitative changes in basement membrane structure of retinal and renal capilleries. Immunohistochemical investigations of diabetic kidneys with diffuse glomerulosclerosis show increased collagen type IV deposition in the mesangial matrix and decreased heparan sulfate proteoglycan content in the mesangial matrix and glomerular basement membrane as well. In nodular glomerulosclerosis normal basement membrane components are decreased or absent while the occurrence of collagen type III in this stage has been interpreted as an irreversible alteration of the glomerular structure. These changes seem to be the underlying cause for the alterations in renal functions like persistent albuminuria and proteinuria. Increased intra- and extracellular levels of glucose and its derivatives are thought to be responsible for diabetic tissue dysfunction although there are reports on possible genetic defects causing increased susceptibility to develop diabetic nephropathy. Recent results, however, focuse on the role of glucose-induced cytokine secretion as mediator for altered metabolism of glomerular matrix proteins. In vitro studies with cultured kidney cells have shown that the glucose-induced dysregulation of the basement membrane synthesis may be mediated by a glucose dependent activation of protein kinase C. Alternatively or synergistically, the formation of AGE products formed after prolonged exposure of matrix proteins to elevated glucose may also lead to cytokine secretion subsequently inducing synthesis of extracellular matrix proteins. 采用流式细胞术对42例正常晚孕妇女及50例妊高征患者产前及产后72小时P-选择素进行对比研究。结果:妊高征患者P-选择素含量明显大于正常晚孕妇女,P-选择素含量在轻、中及重度妊高征患者呈递增趋势,差异均有显著性,产后72小时其P-选择素含量降至正常晚孕妇女水平。提示:P-选择素可作为妊高征早期诊断及监测病情的一个重要指标  相似文献

An exercise test was performed in 455 patients in the thirdweek after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). One hundred andseventeen (26%) of them were considered as having a complicatedAMI. During a follow-up of 4.5 years their mortality was 49%vs 23% in the remaining patients with uncomplicated AMI. Thesurvival of the patients was assessed in each clinical groupin relation to various exercise variables. Exercise-inducedST-segment depression, irrespective of its degree, did not discriminatesignificantly between dead and living patients in any of theclinical groups. A high value of the rise of the pressure-rateproduct (PRP) from rest to maximal exercise (dPRP) and absenceof significant exercise-induced ventricular arrhythmias identifiedin both clinical groups patients with a very low risk of dying.A low dPRP and/or occurrence of significant ventricular arrhythmiasidentified a relatively high risk in uncomplicated AMI patientsand a very high risk of dying in complicated A MI subjects.The difference in the probability of survival between low-riskand high-risk patients was highly significant in each clinicalgroup (P<0.0001 in uncomplicated, and <0.005 in complicatedAMI, respectively).  相似文献

Vitamin D has been claimed to be effective in the response to infections, including the respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It is supposed that lockdown measures and fear of SARS-CoV-2 infection might reduce vitamin D levels through the modification of lifestyle. However, very few data exist on the association between lockdown measures and vitamin D status in humans. For this cross-sectional comparative study, adolescents (n = 298) aged 18 to 19 years were enrolled during the compulsory military fitness-for-duty evaluation between July and December 2020 in Southern Switzerland. Beyond anthropometric measurements, participants filled in a structured questionnaire about their lifestyle and a blood specimen was sampled for the determination of total 25-hydroxy-vitamin D. The obtained data were compared with those of 437 adolescents enrolled at the military fitness-for-duty evaluation during the same period of the year in the context of the CENERI study (2014–2016). The anthropometric measures were similar between the two study groups. The levels of vitamin D were also comparable (77 (64–91) vs. 74 (60–92) nmol/L, p = 0.50; median and interquartile range). A total of 38 (13%) and 43 (9.8%) subjects presented insufficient (<50 nmol/L) levels of vitamin D (p = 0.42) during the current pandemic and in the CENERI study, respectively. These data do not support the hypothesis that during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, late adolescents are at higher risk of vitamin insufficiency.  相似文献

BackgroundHyderabad, Pakistan, was the first city to witness an outbreak of extensively drug resistant (XDR) typhoid fever. The outbreak strain is resistant to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, fluoroquinolones, and third-generation cephalosporin, thus greatly limiting treatment options. However, despite over 5000 documented cases, information on mortality and morbidity has been limited.ObjectiveTo address the existing knowledge gap, this study aimed to assess the morbidity and mortality associated with XDR and non-XDR Salmonella serovar Typhi infections in Pakistan.MethodsWe reviewed the medical records of culture-confirmed typhoid cases in 5 hospitals in Hyderabad from October 1, 2016, to September 30, 2018. We recorded data on age, gender, onset of fever, physical examination, serological and microbiological test results, treatment before and during hospitalization, duration of hospitalization, complications, and deaths.ResultsA total of 1452 culture-confirmed typhoid cases, including 947 (66%) XDR typhoid cases and 505 (34%) non-XDR typhoid cases, were identified. Overall, ≥1 complications were reported in 360 (38%) patients with XDR typhoid and 89 (18%) patients with non-XDR typhoid (P<.001). Ileal perforation was the most commonly reported complication in both patients with XDR typhoid (n=210, 23%) and patients with non-XDR typhoid (n=71, 14%) (P<.001). Overall, mortality was documented among 17 (1.8%) patients with XDR S Typhi infections and 3 (0.6%) patients with non-XDR S Typhi infections (P=.06).ConclusionsAs this first XDR typhoid outbreak continues to spread, the increased duration of illness before hospitalization and increased rate of complications have important implications for clinical care and medical costs and heighten the importance of prevention and control measures.  相似文献
