Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus with antiphospholipid syndrome

We report the case of a 44-year-old male with a 10-year history of manifestations of the rare form of bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with coexisting antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) that remained undiagnosed until thrombotic-embolic episodes appeared and high titres of anticardiolipin (ACL) antibodies were detected. The patient fulfilled the criteria for SLE and the atypical cutaneous manifestations together with histopathological changes and a favourable response to sulphones were the grounds for the diagnosis of the bullous variety of SLE. Treatment with prednisolone, acenocoumarol and dapsone resulted in marked clinical improvement, reduction in antinuclear antibodies (ANAs) and normalization of ACL antibody titres.     

小红参滴丸的制备工艺研究

目的 :研究小红参滴丸的最佳成型工艺条件。方法 :采用正交试验法 ,考察了提取物与基质配比、滴制温度、滴头口径大小等因素TLC定性鉴别。结果 :药物提取物 :基质 (1:1.4 ) ,滴制温度 85℃ ,滴头口径 1/ 2mm (内径 /外径 )。滴速 (8± 2 )滴 /min ,滴距 8cm ,冷却剂温度 (4± 2 )℃ ,柱高 6 0cm进行滴制 ,滴丸的成型率最高。结论 :证明此工艺可行 ,成品得率高 ,符合滴丸剂的质量标准。     

STUDIES ON NUTRITION AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS OF THE ESOPHAGUS IN THE ADOLESCENTS

This paper reports the prevalence of chronic esophagitis and nutritional status among 538 young persons aged 15 to 26 years from the high risk area for esophageal cancer. Of these subjects, 166 were from households with history of esophageal cancer and 372 were from households without history of esophageal cancer. The Incidences of chronic esophagltis among male and female adolescents were 37. 6% and 36% respectively, which was significantly higher than those in the low risk area (17%). The frequency of chronic esophagltis in the adolescents in the households with history of esophageal cancer was aiso higher than in those In the households without history of esophageal cancer. The deficiencies of vitamins, especially of riboflavin and ascorbate, are prevalent and severe among these adolescents. Ascorbate deficiency Is correlated with the severity of the chronic esophagltis. These results indicate that chronic esophagltis may be involved in the natural history of esophageal carclnogenesis. 清咽雾化液治疗咽喉炎的临床研究

清咽雾化液为紫红色澄明灭菌溶液，经９５例急慢性咽喉炎临床治疗观察，其临床痊愈率与显效率为８１．０４％，与对照组比较有显著差异。药效研究具有抗炎消肿、镇咳祛痰、改善微循环、增强免疫功能等作用。其可以提高患者唾液中ＩｇＧ水平，且具有统计学差异。     

Nerve conduction as a means of estimating early post-mortem interval

Summary Methods in current practice for ascertaining time of death are largely based on the cooling of the body after death and are somewhat unreliable. A theoretica relationship is known to exist between the decline in the properties defining nerve conduction and time after death caused by the gradual cessation of metabolic activity in nerves. A number of such properties were measured in rats during life and after death. In most cases the relationship was found to be inconsistent. The chronaxie of the strength duration curve for the sciatic nerve was, however, found to increase consistently and reproducibly in a linear fashion over the first 90 min after death to a plateau value which was maintained beyond 135 min. These findings are discussed as the possible basis of a forensic method of determining the duration of the “post mortem interval” within the first few hours after death.      

X线录相对无喉人食管发音机理的初步探讨

本文对19名无喉人食管发音患者,利用X线电影、X线录相及录音技术,对食管发声的机理进行了图、声同步的动态观察与分析。认为食管发声须经过:科学训练;代声门形成;贮气、送气、发音三个时相过程及口腔、鼻腔、舌唇、齿等构字器官的协调配合加工而成。文中还对此项检查设备、方法、检查前准备及步骤进行了详尽论述。     

对我校重点建设课程评价结果的分析与思考

目的：加强重点课程建设．提高学校的教学质量。方法：对8门重点建设课程进行深入细致地评价并对6项指标进行统计学分析。结果：各门课程均存在显著性差异。结论：对课程建设进行评价能够发现建设中的薄弱环节，对评价结果进行分析能帮助各课程认识不足，加以改进。

小儿氨基酸注射液治疗胎儿宫内发育迟缓的探讨

经临床鉴定静脉内注射小儿氨基酸对治疗胎儿宫内发育迟缓具有肯定效果。在Ｂ超监视下，使用小儿氨基酸的孕妇组于用药期间，胎儿生长参数ＢＰＤ和ＨＣ显著高于使用成人氨基酸的孕妇组。１０例足月娩出胎儿体重均达到甚至超过２．５ｋｇ。由此得出结论：使用小儿氨基酸注射液对于改善胎儿宫内发育迟缓优于成人氨基酸。
