目的观察比较微波与液氮治疗丝状疣的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将353例丝状疣患者随机分为微波治疗组和冷冻对照组,观察各组的疗效。结果微波治疗组有效率为81.62%,冷冻对照组有效率为67.86%,各组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.0013)。结论微波治疗丝状疣优于液氮冷冻治疗,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱层析技术,检测了78例孕产妇、9例非孕妇女、60例脐血的血浆儿茶酚胺(CA)水平。结果表明,在孕期除去甲肾上腺素明显降低外,各组间CA水平无明显变化;脐动脉CA明显高于脐静脉(P<0.01);剖宫产组脐血浆CA水平明显低于阴道产组(P<0.01);胎儿窘迫的脐血浆CA水平明显增高,其幅度与新生儿窒息的发病率有关。作者认为胎儿血浆CA水平产生于自身,并非母体所传递;胎儿窘迫CA升高,可做为早期诊断胎儿窘迫及其严重程度的一项辅助指标。  相似文献

Two types of Mg2+-selective microelectrodes baed on a synthetic neutral carrier and containing poly-(vinyl chloride) (PVC) are described. The first is applicable to intracellular Mg2+ assays and suffers no interference from alkali and all other alkaline-earth metal cations. The second can be used for determining intra- as well as extracellular Mg2+ activities, but Ca2+ and especially lipophilic cations (e.g. acetylcholine) may interfere. Cyclohexanone is used for dissolving the PVC-containing membrane phases thus avoiding problems encountered with the much more volatile tetrahydrofuran. The procedure gives a higher output of working microelectrodes and can also be applied with other membrane phases.  相似文献

In 2,000 patients who underwent augmentation mammoplasties with different types of prostheses, the thickness of the pseudocapsules around gel-filled implants was greater than that of the pseudocapsules forming around inflatable implants. This observation was corroborated by an independent histologic study. Deposition of liquid silicone into the pseudocapsules as well as the adjacent brest tissue and migration into capillaries was demonstrated. Until an impermeable shell or a non-transgressive gel can be manufactured, gel-filled implants should not be used.  相似文献

Summary The whole vagal afferent innervation of cardio-vascular and respiratory systems of the cat was investigated by mean of the microelectrode technique. In this paper we study the discharge of 330 vagal neurons.The most interesting data concern the pericardial receptors, the expiratory receptors and the pneumo-vascular (or cardio-pulmonary) receptors.We have found several types of pericardial receptors. Some have a spontaneous cardiac rhythm, which happens generally during the diastole. Others keep silent or discharge irregularly, but they can get a cardiac rhythm if blood volume is increased.Only 4 expiratory receptors were found. They are connected with unmyelinated fibres and they discharge only during expiration.The pneumo-vascular receptors were often seen. They show superimposed cardiac and inspiratory rhythms. The cardiac rhythm happens generally at a precise moment of the cardiac cycle (ventricular or auricular systole). The pneumovascular receptors are located near the heart or the great thoracic vessels, the pulsation of which produces the cardiac rhythm.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: There are several potential endogenous digitalis-like factors (EDLF) in mammalian body fluids, and marinobufagenin (MBG) may be the most potent EDLF. Improved assays are needed to confirm the potency of these metabolites. In the present study, we have identified MBG and telocinobufagin (TCB) in human plasma by high-resolution mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). METHODS AND RESULTS: The high-resolution MS analysis revealed the molecular masses of TCB and MBG to be the same as their respective theoretical values. Using a tandem mass spectrometer, the mass-charge ratio for TCB was determined to be 403.2 for the parent ion and 349.2 for the daughter ion. The mass-charge ratio for MBG was m/z 383.2 and m/z 401.2. The NMR study revealed that the signals for MBG and TCB were the same as those obtained by MS analysis. In human blood, MBG and TCB were also identified by liquid chromatography (LC) as well as MS. In the LC/MS assay, proscillaridin A was used as an internal standard. The plasma was pretreated with Sep-Pak C18, and then 50 microL was applied to the C8 high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column. The mean plasma concentration of MBG in healthy volunteers (0.94 +/- 0.28 ng/mL) was significantly lower than that in patients undergoing regular hemodialysis (3.81 +/- 1.92 ng/mL). The concentration of TCB in the healthy volunteers (1.80 +/- 0.55 ng/mL) was also significantly lower than that in patients with terminal renal failure (6.86 +/- 4.30 ng/mL). CONCLUSION: These results indicate that the major EDLF is TCB because its plasma concentration is the highest among the reported endogenous digitalis candidates.  相似文献

脑康饮对脑缺血模型大鼠学习记忆功能的影响   总被引:11,自引:2,他引:9  
为探讨脑康饮(由黄芪、葛根、川芎、蒲黄等组成)治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效与机理。将75只雄性Wistar大鼠随机均分为假手术组(A)、模型组(B)、中药小剂量组(C)、中药大剂量组(D)、西药组(E)5组。除A组外,其余动物结扎双侧颈总动脉形成慢性低脑灌注模型。造模第3d起,后三组分别以脑康饮小、大剂量和脑复康灌胃治疗,期间以Y型迷宫进行学习记忆能力测试,50d后处死动物,测定脑组织胆碱能M受体(mACh-R)密度和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。结果:经中西药物治疗后,模型动物的学习记忆能力提高,脑mACh-R结合容量提高、AchE活性降低;且中药优于西药,中药大剂量优于小剂量。提示脑康饮可改善脑组织低灌流引起的学习记忆功能,这种作用可能与该药对脑内胆碱能系统的作用有关。  相似文献

目的 研究部分液体通气对急性肺损伤幼猪心肺功能的影响.方法 12只上海小白猪,随机分为对照组(n=6)和治疗组(n=6).内毒素60 μg/kg静脉维持诱导肺损伤.治疗组成模后予高氟化碳(C10F18)10 ml/kg灌入气管.于基础状态,成模时,成模后1、2、4 h分别行血气分析、记录心率、血压、呼吸、肺动态顺应性、气道阻力、脉搏轮廓心输出量、全身血管阻力.结果 两组动物成模时氧合指数、肺动态顺应性、脉搏轮廓心输出量均明显下降,各参数组间比较无统计学差异.2 h后对照组氧合指数193.8±47.5,肺动态顺应性(0.8±1.7) ml/(cm H2O·kg),4 h后心输出量(2.1±0.7) L/min;治疗组2 h后氧合指数为261.5±25.8,肺动态顺应性(1.2±0.7) ml/(cm H2O·kg),4 h后心输出量(3.1±0.2) L/min,较对照组均有改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 部分液体通气可明显改善肺损伤动物心肺功能.  相似文献

目的 探讨骨髓干细胞移植和伞状支撑骨移植治疗股骨头坏死的效果.方法 取6只健康山羊,采用液氮冷冻法制作单侧股骨头坏死动物模型,8周后在坏死侧行骨髓干细胞移植和伞状支撑骨移植术.分别于术后3、6个月做放射学检查,观察股骨头内骨质变化.结果 实验动物一般状况良好.液氮冷冻法8周后达成股骨头坏死模型,模型侧后肢出现跛行.骨髓干细胞移植和伞状支撑骨移植术后3个月X线显示,股骨头外形恢复,股骨头内囊性低密度区消失,可见骨柱影,股骨头内骨质愈合状况良好,原塌陷已修复,股骨头无再塌陷.6个月时,治疗侧股骨头外形正常,骨密度基本均匀,骨柱影已模糊,植骨已融合,股骨头无再塌陷.正常对照侧股骨头无异常变化.结论 骨髓干细胞移植和伞状支撑骨移植术可以有效治疗骨坏死,防治股骨头塌陷,效果良好. Abstract: Objective To study the usefulness to treat the osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation and umbrella strut bone grafting. Methods Six goats were established of osteonecrosis of the femoral head models on one side by method of liquid nitrogen frozen, and then they were taken into bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation and umbrella strut bone grafting after 8 weeks. The radiological examination was made at 3 and 6 months after the bong grafting, and observed changes of bone union in the femoral head. Results The general state of the experimental animal was fine after the operation. The model of ONFH was reached on 8 weeks after liquid nitrogen frozen, and limping. After 3 months of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation and umbrella strut bone grafting, X-ray film showed that low bone density disappeared, the shape of the femoral heads, grafting strut bone and initial bone union were fine in the head, and no repeated collapse of the head. The X-ray film showed that the shape of the femoral heads was normal, grafting strut bone was union in the head, and no repeated collapse of the head after 6 months. There was normal on the control side. Conclusions The ONFH can be treated effectively by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation and umbrella strut bone grafting, and the collapse of the femoral head is prevented.  相似文献
