HLA-G molecule has considerable impact in various clinical fields, therefore many studies attempted to predict its expression based on HLA-G genotype. These studies have focused on polymorphisms in either the coding region or in one of the two untranslated regions (UTR) of the gene. The aim of our study was to determine if HLA-G haplotype defined based on SNPs 5′ and 3′UTR could be used to predict soluble HLA-G expression in unstimulated individuals. Our findings showed that HLA-G haplotype structure was well conserved between distant populations and that the defined haplotypes were correlated with high, normal and low HLA-G soluble secretors. In conclusion, we showed that this genotyping strategy based on the use of a few selected SNPs rather than isolated SNP analysis allows reliable HLA-G expression in all populations. This strategy could be useful in a number of clinical settings, e.g., predicting graft compatibility immunogenetic laboratories. 相似文献

Healthcare problems observed in the majority of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients regarding hemodialysis (HD) treatment are serious issues for the Taiwanese healthcare services, and an interesting topic is thus the adequacy of HD therapy. This study successfully models a hybrid procedure to measure HD adequacy to assess therapeutic effects and to explore the relationship between accuracy and coverage for interested parties. The proposed model has better accuracy, a lower standard deviation, and fewer attributes than the listed methods under various evaluation criteria. The study results are useful to subsequent researchers to develop suitable applications, and to ESRD patients and their doctors to ensure satisfactory medical quality. 相似文献

目的 观察强酸性电解水消毒复用三醋酸纤维透析器对小分子溶质尿素清除指数(KT/V)利尿素清除率(urea removal ratio,URR)的影响,以及扫描电镜下不同复用次数透析膜内纤维蛋白假膜的形成和变化,探讨强酸性电解水复用透析器对尿素清除效率的影响.方法 14例规律血液透析病人随机分为2组,每组7例,A组为强酸性电解水复用实验组,B组为过氧乙酸复用对照组.两组分别于复用的0、1、3、5次观察各指标.结果 两组间不同复用次数的KT/V、URR相比无显著性差异.扫描电镜下过氧乙酸复用第4次可见少量纤维蛋白沉积,两种消毒剂复用第5次透析膜内均见纤维蛋白假膜形成,强酸性电解水复用者纤维蛋白假膜沉积累及的纤维束数量明显少于过氧乙酸复用者,且假膜的厚度薄得多.结论 强酸性电解水消毒复用5次透析器对尿素的透析效率无影响. 相似文献

维持性血液透析患者血管通路血流量递减与Kt/V及尿素清除率定量分析 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
目的 通过测定维持性透析患者血管通路血流量、Kt/V值及尿素清除率 (URR)的定量分析 ,进一步探讨血流量对透析充分性的影响。方法 本研究选择慢性维持性血液透析患者 80例。设定血液透析开始后在线血流量 ,根据血流量不同分为 3组 ,I组血流量 30 0ml/min ,Ⅱ组血流量 2 5 0ml/min ,Ⅲ组血流量2 0 0ml/min ,计算各组Kt/V值与尿素减少率 ,观察血流量与Kt/V值及尿素减少率之间的相关关系。结果 3组之间Kt/V、URR比较P <0 .0 0 1,差异均具有显著性 ;血流量与Kt/V、URR之间呈正相关 (r1=0 .4 4 8,P <0 .0 0 1;r2 =0 .4 13,P <0 .0 0 1;)随着血流量从 30 0ml/min降到 2 0 0ml/min ,Kt/V、URR分别从(1.33± 0 .33)、(6 8.19± 8.86 ) %降到 (0 .99± 0 .31)、(5 8.5 9± 13.19) % ,分别降低 2 5 .5 6 %、14 .0 8%。结论 进一步从定量水平明确血液透析患者的血流量与Kt/V、URR密切相关 ,透析时保证足够的血流量是透析患者综合临床状况分析的一项重要指标。 相似文献

BackgroundLittle information is available regarding the expression of the immunomodulatory Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA)-G and -E molecules in pancreatic disorders.AimTo analyze HLA-G and -E expression in specimens of alcoholic chronic pancreatitis (ACP), idiopathic chronic pancreatitis (ICP), type 1 (T1D) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) and in histologically normal pancreas (HNP).MethodsHLA-G and -E expression (ACP = 30, ICP = 10, T1D = 10, T2D = 30 and HNP = 20) was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in three different areas (acini, islets and inflammatory infiltrate).ResultsAcini and islets from HNP specimens exhibited higher HLA-G and -E expression compared to corresponding areas from all other patient groups. In inflammatory infiltrate, HLA-G and -E expression was observed only among the pancreatic disorders. We observed higher HLA-G and -E expression in acini from T2D compared to ACP, as well as higher HLA-G expression compared to ICP.ConclusionThe decreased expression of HLA-G and -E in islets and acini together with the expression of these molecules in the inflammatory infiltrating cells were shared features among chronic inflammatory and autoimmune pancreatic disorders evaluated in this study, possibly reflecting tissue damage. 相似文献
