基质金属蛋白酶与肺癌转移的关系

基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs)是一组锌离子依赖的蛋白水解酶，在ECM降解中起着重要作用。目前研究表明，MMPs活性异常不仅能促进肿瘤血管形成，还是人类多种肿瘤侵袭和转移的必要条件。本文就与肺癌侵袭和转移有关的MMPs研究作一综述。     

胎儿主要肢骨发育时间表──超声骨龄

用Ｂ超检测正常妊娠中的胎儿。选择受精龄为１２至３８整周（ｃｏｍｐｌｅｔｅｄｗｅｅｋ）的胎儿２９７例。测量其主要肢骨（干）长度。并将所测数据进行统计学处理。结果表明胎儿肢骨的生长发育与胎龄有显著的正相关关系。     

中国尖音库蚊组的分类志要

尖音库蚊类群与医学关系密切,但分类鉴定时有混淆。本文系统报告我国尖音库蚊组的组下分类,将已知的8种和2亚种,根据雄蚊尾器特征,分为三个亚组,即尖音库蚊亚组、迷走库蚊亚组和希氏库蚊亚组。并附有种的鉴别特征和检索。     

马桑内酯所致癫痫发作大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的研究

作者用红细胞Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环试验和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验对马桑内酯所致癫痫发作大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化进行了观察，结果表明，癫痫组动物红细胞Ｃ＿３ｂ受体花环率明显低于对照组，而红细胞免疫复合物花环率相差不显著．提示癫痫发作可导致大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能降低，因此在癫痫治疗中注意调整和增强患者的红细胞免疫功能具有重要意义。     

Lesbianism in China

Lesbianism in China has a long but usually hidden history. This paper examines the historical and literary sources of the past to illustrate the history of lesbianism and then turns to a survey of lesbianism in the China of today. As in the past, lesbianism remains more or less hidden, and comes to light only occasionally. Data for contemporary China comes from a visit to an institution for delinquent young women, recent police records, and contemporary fiction. It has only been in the past 4 or 5 years that it was possible to talk about lesbianism and most lesbians are fearful of becoming identified.     

Effect of environment on extremely severe road traffic crashes：retrospective epidemic analysis during 2000-2001

Objective: To make an epidemiological analysis of the effect of environment on extremely severe road traffic crashes (RTCs). Methods: Epidemiologic data of extremely severe RTCs associated with environmental factors, including weather, topography, road conditions and other traffic conditions in Mainland China during 2000-2001, were collected and analyzed. Results: ( 1 ) During 2000-2001, there were 3 365 extremely severe RTCs with 13 666 deaths, 12 204 injuries and a direct economical loss of 136 million RMB. ( 2 ) Most extremely severe RTCs occurred in fine weather days and in the daytime. The high occurrence sites were plain areas, horizontal and straight roads, Grade B and C roads, ordinary road segment, and asphalt, smooth and mixed roads. (3) Compared with other RTCs, extremely severe RTCs were more likely to happen under following conditions: on cloudy, snowing, misty and blustering days; in hill and mountainous areas; on crooked and sloping roads; on freeway, Grade A, B, and C roads; mixed roads; ordinary, bridge, narrow and transitional roads; sand and dirt-roads; without traffic control measures; night without lighting. (4) Extremely severe RTCs of mountainous area or crooked and sloping roads were most severe in terms of deaths and injures per crash. Conclusions: Extremely severe RTCs are closely related with environmental factors. Rational road programming, enhancing road establishment and improving road conditions are probably effective measures to reduce the road traffic injuries.     

从中日沿海城市部分老年人生活满足感比较看老年社区护理的发展

目的 通过比较中日两围老年人生活满足感，探讨老年人社区护理的发展方向。方法 中国大连市选取60岁以上老年人，进行人户调查，日本滨松市选取俱乐部的65岁以上老年人，填写问卷。结果 除在与亲人、朋友交往及存钱以防万一等方面外，2国老年人在其他生活满足感方面比较，差异均有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论 中日两国不同的经济基础导致了不同层次需求的差异。在中国发展老年人社区护理，一方面可以借鉴国外经验，从物质基础上改进和完善；另一方面，借助传统文化优势，从社会风气上进行促进。     

江西麦饭石对某些实验动物生理功能影响

用江西麦饭石水浸液喂养小鼠116只,自来水喂养39只,食物条件完全相同,一个月后,发现饮用江西麦饭石水浸液的小鼠体重增长和抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力均优于对照组。用麦饭石任氏液灌注离体蛙心后,心肌收缩力有明显增强。     

《中国矫形外科杂志》被引分析研究

目的：分析《中国矫形外科杂志》被引情况，从文献引证角度了解该刊学术水平和期刊质量。方法：利用清华大学同方光盘股份有限公司研制开发的中国医院知识仓库期刊全文数据库中的数据，用定量分析的方法，对《中国矫形外科杂志》被引情况进行统计、分析和研究。结果：总被引2039篇次，被引频次逐年上升。2002年自引率1839％，单篇平均被引1．2次，影响因子0．293。结论：《中国矫形外科杂志》已形成自己的学术风格和专业特点，具有较高的被引率，是我国骨科领域的精品期刊之一。
